Right-Click "Open Document in File Cabinet" for Workflow Tasks
It would be very helpful for Administrators to be able to right-click on a Workflow task and open the document in the File Cabinet. This would make troubleshooting a multi-workflow configuration much simpler and more user-friendly.

Erweiterung der Filter in Aufgabenübersicht
In der Aufgabenübersicht sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, nicht nur nach einem bestimmten Wert zu suchen, sondern ähnlich wie z.B. auch Excel, nach "ungleichen" Werten zu suchen, um bestimmte Werte auszuschließen.

enable Conditions in Workflow to behave more like Select Case statements than If...Else statements
In one of our workflows, we have three possible conditions that could be present
Let's say these are A, B, and C.
The only way I can describe the logic about what is and what could be is to draw from my programming background.
Workflow only lets us set up the logic that it might look like this:
If Condition = A Then
... (A's actions)
Else
... If Condition = B Then
... (B's actions)

Allow the creation of Data Records from Workflow Manager/Designer.
I have a need to create two 'Numbers' from based on a condition. If IndexField A is not empty create the 'Number'. If Indexfield B is not empty create the 'Number'. It would be good enough for the customer that one or two Data Records are created using the data

Workflow durch anderen Workflow auslösen lassen
Eine Funktion, durch die ein Workflow durch z. B. einen Schritt oder des Enden eines anderen Workflows auslöst wäre sehr wünschenswert.
Bei uns läuft der Einkaufsprozess z. B. über verschiedene Workflows. Der Einkäufer bekommt die Aufgabe etwas zu bestellen. Hat er es bestellt und legt die Bestellung unter der zugehörigen Vorgangsnummer ab, so sollte die Aufgabe "bestellen" beim Einkäufer automatisch beendet werden können.
Derzeit haben wir es so gemacht, dass alle 10 min. ein Autoindex abgleicht, ob eine Bestellung für den Vorgang vorliegt und dann den Status der Materialanforderung ändert. Im Workflow ist eine Fälligkeitseinstellung eingestellt, die wiederum alle 15…

Catch All Error Block
It would be incredibly useful to have a workflow wide error handling option. With the addition of the error variables in 6.11, this would allow a single action to be taken regardless of error location, and greatly simplify workflow design.
As it is, connecting all of the error outputs becomes hideously complex very quickly.

Allow error links to be hidden in Workflow Designer
It would be wonderful if we can toggle off the display of the red error links, maybe also providing some indication on the item that it is connected (for example change the color on the handle of the error output.) For complex workflows with many automatic steps, the error links can become overwhelming.

Gruppierung von Entscheidungen im Workflowmanager
Es sollte in Entscheidungen möglich sein einzelne Felder in den Formularen gruppiert zu können? Bsp. Kontierung einer Rechnung, hier müssten Blöcke (Betrag; Konto; Kostenstelle; Steuer; Kostenträger) zu einzelnen übersichtlichen Blöcken zusammengefasst werden.

Druckausgabe über den Workflow Manager
Über den Workflow Manager sollen Dokumente ausgedruckt werden, eine Druckfunktion wäre hier sinnvoll mit Zugriff auf die am Server installierten Drucker.
6 votesWir haben diese Idee bereits in unserem Backlog. Allerdings können wir diese Funktion nicht kurzfristig umgesetzt.
Eine Alternative wäre, dass Sie einen Drucker verwenden, der Dokumente ausdruckt, die sie an eine E-Mail-Adresse schicken. Der Workflow Manager könnte das Dokument dann per Mail an diese Adresse schicken und der Drucker druckt das Dokument. Falls Ihr Drucker dies nicht unterstützt, können Sie eine Software z.B. http://www.automatic-print-email.com/ einsetzen, die die Anhänge der Mails druckt.

Fester Platz für Stempel auf Dokumenten (WF Manager)
Durch das neue DocuWare Forms kann man sich jetzt vordefinierte Formulare bauen, welche durch Workflows abgearbeitet werden sollen. Ein solcher WF für jedes Unternehmen wäre z.B. der Urlaubs WF.
In dem entsprechenden Formular habe ich Felder gezogen damit der entsprechende Bearbeiter (Vertretung, Geschäftsleitung etc.) weiß wo, welcher Stempel hin soll.
Eine Funktion die ich mir aber einfach wünschen würde während des designen des WFs: In einer Aufgabe unter Stempel die Option "Entscheidung per Formular - Stempel wird an vordefinierten Stellen gesetzt".Damit könnten die User die entsprechende Entscheidung treffen, ohne schauen zu müssen wo ihr Stempel jetzt auf dem Dokument…

Eskalationsstufen für den gesamten Vorgang
Aktuell können Eskalationsstufen nur auf einzelne Aufgaben angewendet werden und nicht auf den gesamten Vorgang / Workflow.
So könnte man die gesamt durchlauf Zeit überwachen und verkürzen.

Im Workflow Manager 2 bis n GRUPPEN MIT Mehrfach-Auswahl
Im Workflow Manager benötige ich eine Zuweisung zu 2 bis n GRUPPEN MIT Mehrfach-Auswahl für die nächste Zuständigkeit. Auf User-Ebene geht dies indem ich "User einer Gruppe" und "Mehrfach-Auswahl" erlaube.
Auf Gruppen-Ebene kann ich nur eine einzelne Gruppe auswählen, brauche aber eine Mehrfachauswahl für die nächste Zuständigkeit z.B.sind die Abteilungen Buchhaltung, Geschäftsleitung, Technik GLEICHZEITIG mit der Aufgabe betraut.
Vorschlag: Eine Gruppenliste, die wie eine Vertreterliste (aber ohne Rangfolge) definiert werden - s. Bild6 votes -

Verknüpfung zur Workflow-Aktivität anbieten
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man (ähnlich zu Dokumentverknüpfungen) aus einem geöffneten Dokument in die aktiven Workflow-Aktivitäten springen könnte.
So könnte man sich die erneute Suche unter den Workflow- "Aufgaben" sparen.5 votes -
Ich schlage vor, dass bei der Kontierung eine Autovervollständigung eingeführt wird, anstelle von Auswahl über die Auswahlliste
bei der Kontierung ist es immer erforderlich die Eingabe über die Auswahlliste zu vervollständigen, obwohl beispielweise im Feld "Konto" das Sachkonto komplett eingegeben ist, muss für Docuware die Bestätigung incl. Sachkonto-Bezeichnung erfolgen.

New type of activity "jump to task" in workflow designer
A new type of activity allow to jump to a task present inside the workflow from a trigger (index value).

API - Transfer without annotations
Since 7.9 we can access Platform API directly in the workflow.
The transfer call allows us to copy a document from one storage location (File cabinet or tray) to another.
However, I can't transfer the document without the annotations. It could be a good thing to be able to have the choice to copy with or without annotations (parameter in the call ?).The goal is to have the ability to place specific stamps that, once merged, can be used as anchor text for signature purposes. We cannot have other stamps or annotations on the signed document.

Workflow Designer in the web configurations would make version switching between customers an issue of the past. It would also make supporting multiple systems much more flexible.

Allow more C# libraries and data types for arithmetic expressions
Please allow more C# libraries for arithmetic expressions.
Currently (Version 7.10), it is very hard to work with Lists/Arrays/Keywords which contain values which are not of Type String.For example, when retrieving a List of decimal values via external data (SQL), this can only be stored into a keyword field, which is always handled as an array of string.
The available LINQ functions do not allow to use sum, max, min etc. functions, because these depend on a numeric data type.
Converting the string[] to a decimal[] or int[] is also not possible because no methods or classes which provide…

Möglichkeit Dokumente passwortgeschützt zu versenden aus dem Workflow
Für die Personalverwaltung wäre es super Hilfsmittel, wenn z.B. Gehaltsabrechnungen aus einem DocuWare Workflow als verschlüsselte PDF oder alternativ in einer verschlüsselten ZIP Datei per E-Mail versendet werden könnte. Aus Gründen des Datenschutzes dürfen z.B. Gehaltsabrechnungen nicht unverschlüsselt per E-Mail verschickt werden.
