autofill single value
Docuware 7.6 preview..
I simply can't understand why you haven't made the autofill single value function in the store dialogs.. because this is the main input source to get documents inside Docuware.. (Currently in 7.6 is only on forms). Please make this feature available in 7.6 final release.. i have many customers who are waiting for this feature where they are using filtered lists..2 votes -
Indexfelder Arithmetischer Ausdruck bzw. rechnende Indexfelder
In Indexfeldern arithmetische Ausdrücke ermöglichen bzw. die Möglichkeit schaffen, dass Indexfelder rechnen können. Diese Funktion sollte auch in Verbindung mit mehreren Indexfeldern funktionieren.
Wir haben bei Kunden den Fall, dass bei Rechnungen bestimmte Beträge vom Rechnungsbetrag abgezogen werden und der Zahlbetrag sich dadurch vom Rechnungsbetrag unterscheidet. Der Rechnungsbetrag kann per One Click Indexing oder Intelligent Indexing vom Dokument übernommen werden, die Abzüge und der Zahlbetrag sind aber nicht auf dem Dokument zu finden und werden manuell in die jeweiligen Indexfelder eingetragen. Bisher müssen die Anwender diesen Schritt manuell außerhalb von DocuWare durchführen. Auch über den Workflow Designer ist ein Workaround…

Intelligent indexing and colour blindness
14% of the Spanish population suffers from colour blindness (about 3.7 million Spaniards according to other sources, and an estimated 8% of the world's population).
This is no small number. By extrapolation, 14% of Spanish Docuware users live with this problem. It would not be unreasonable to think that a customisation of colours would benefit and please many Docuware users.
That is why we propose an improvement: From 'Profile and Settings' the user can customise the red, yellow and green colours that are presented in the current interface.

Smart Index templates window resizing
Smart index template moves when resizing the window of the connected application. Create a way to set the window size so users can not accidentally resize the window in which causes the template to not be aligned.

Create alternative color scheme for Intelligent Indexing so Color Blind users can use module more effectively
Color blind users have reported difficulties see the color scheme when using this module. Currently DocuWare has no feature that helps it's color blind users identify the color scheme for intelligent indexing.

Process Documents in Archive again with Document Processing
If you update parameters or fields within document processing profiles and you want to update all "Matching" Documents in the archive accordingly, you should be able to send Documents of an Archive to Document Processing. (for example from within a result list)
The updateable (changed / new) values should then be accepted or discarded from the requesting user.2 votes -
Be able to assign notifications to user groups
It is a bit unconfortable to asign notification for each user. It would be easier and more confortable to asign it to a group.

Gliederung der Autoindizes
Wenn man für ein Projekt viele Autoindex Konfigurationen braucht wäre es praktisch diese gliedern zu können je nach Archiv oder nach bestimmtem Stichwort ö.ä.
Sonst wenn die liste lang wird, kann es schnell unübersichtlich werden.
Eine Art Ordnerstruktur wäre da hilfreich :-)

Indexing alias information
For indexing, validation, intelligent indexing, external data and normalization it is nearly impossible for all incoming documents to have the exact same data all the time.
Example:
IL Illinois Ill
City of Springfield, Springfield City of
CWLP, City Water Light and Power
EPA, Environmental Protection Agency, IEPA, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, Illinois EPAAll of the above are from different documents I have received. The file cabinet data I want them stored by are

Ability to use Intelligent Indexing on invoices with multiple line item layouts on one invoice
Good that Intelligent Indexing can also populate line item tables. However, it only recognises simple line item tables on invoices. It does not recognise lines on the same invoice that have a different layout. Some invoices have 2 or 3 different line layouts on one invoice. I have examples available upon request.
Intelligent Indexing does not learn from processing these invoices either, i just learn one of the layouts. Please enhance intellingent Indexing to recognise multiple line item layouts on one invoice.2 votes -
Create a notification
If one person is working on a document in Docuware, another person can't save any updates until the first person is out of the document. If Docuware could create a "notify" button to let the second person know when work can be saved and entered (after the first person is finished) that would be great. This would be similar to the "notify" button in Excel.

Allow to use Index Cleaner in DocuWare Cloud systems
Index Cleaner is a very useful tool but right now is not enable to use in DocuWare Cloud systems, so it would be great can use it with the Cloud Systems.

WEC - Feld sperren, bearbeiten der Indexbegriffe über Indexdialog ermöglichen
Es wäre schön wenn man Felder in Ordnerstrukturen im Windows Explorer Client sperren könnte für die Bearbeitung aber gleichzeitig die Indexbegriffe über den Indexdialog änderbar bleiben.
Hintergrund ist deras die Felder zu beabeiten sind aber die User nur einzelne Indexbegriffe ändern können und nicht direkt die ganze Ordnerstruktur ändern.

Add refresh button to Autoindex Configuration page to better monitor status
Add a refresh button to Autoindex Configuration page. On-the-fly updates are not consistent and monitoring for extended period of time. Refreshing web page brings you back to the start of the configurations page.

Specify initial doc version on Store
Provide for a user to choose the initial version number value for the document when storing under Version Management.
When replacing another system, documents may come with existing version numbers and need to progress from that point easily when migrated to DocuWare.

Möchte aus bereits eingescannten und archivierten Dokumenten NACHTRÄGLICH zusätzliche Felder auslesen.Beim Autoindex eine Registerkarte 'Verarbeitung' könnte dies lösen.

Autoindex Ereignisprüfung mit Dokumentenverknüpfung
Es wäre hilfreich, bei dem Tool Autoindex die Ereignisprüfung auch auf Verknüpfungen zu existierenden anderen Dokumenten prüfen zu lassen.
Beispiel:
Ich suche nach Dokumenten im Register Angebote, mit Belegdatum > 6 Monate, die eine Vorgangsnummer enthalten.
Diese Vorgangsnummer darf jedoch über die Dokumentenverknüpfung nicht im Register Auftrag enthalten sein.
Wenn dies der Fall ist, dann setzt den Status [zu löschen], da hier zum Angebot nie ein Auftrag abgelegt wurde.2 votes -
one click indexing off by default
would like to have one click indexing off by default for new users. Most users don't index much and they change fields by accident.

index select
Most sites, when you start typing in a field will show the top field in the entry box with selection list below. It would be so much easier to simply hit enter or tab when the top item is reached rather than having to click or use the arrow to move down to the line. It would speed up indexing enormously.
