Use single IndexFile to update multiple documents in StorageRobot
When using StorageRobot, it would be great to be able to use a single Index file to update multiple documents instead of needing a index file for each document that needs to be updated.

Feste Auswahllisten bei der Ablage filtern
Es wäre praktisch, wenn sich feste, auch mehrspaltige Auswahllisten bei der Dokumentenablage gegenüber anderen Feldern ebenfalls filtern liesen, genau wie bei internen Auswahllisten.
Aktuell lassen sich m.E. bei mehrspaltigen Auswahllisten diese nur bei direktem Bezug einer weiteren Spalte zu einem bestimmten anderen Feld filtern.

Invoice Date - Option to restrict dates
It would be useful to have the option to restrict the invoice date when storing, to a particular range of date. ie the financial year.

Currently charged for double space for attachments stored within email chain
How can DW store an email using Connect to Outlook and only have the attachments count as one for storage purposes. Currently, it's storing the email with the attachment, then it saves a second copy of the attachment using up double the storage space. This is leading our storage space to be taken up much more quickly. It seems unfair that our files within emails are counted up twice.

Allow extended storage areas for files such as Quickbooks Company Files that do not get renamed to a GUID internally.
Quickbooks files spawn multiple files when opened and they cannot be renamed like for example to a GUID on the raw storage disk. Other companies have an 'extended' storage area where these types of files can be stored with the benefit of being searched but not managed otherwise. This would be beneficial for a Document Storage Management system.

Table autofill with only one selection from store dialog
It would be great to have Table fields using selective select list logic filtering have the autofill function from the store dialog as there is with DW Forms end of DocuWare

List of value with users and filters group
Allow a list to be used in store / search dialog box with some filters like :
- A list who shows users froma group for example
- a list of users with a specific rightThis list should be the users list plus a filter on group for example.

PDF-Formulare als solche ablegen können
Wenn ein vorhandenes PDF-Formular importiert wird, lässt es sich nicht so bearbeiten, dass die bereits vorhandenen Formularfelder genutzt werden können. Es wäre praktisch, wenn dies möglich wäre.

Indexfelder aus Splitbuchungstabelle einzeln als Stempel ermöglichen
Es ist von einigen unserer Kunden gewünscht, einzelne Indexfelder aus der Splitbuchungstabelle im Stempel nach der Kontierung anzeigen zu lassen (Sachkonto, Gegenkonto, Betrag). Aktuell ist es leider nicht möglich, daher bitten wir um die Verbesserung.

Dokumente über WEC Ablage Versionieren
Bei der Ablage über den WEC (Speichern unter / Drag & Drop bzw. Copy & Paste) könnte eine Prüfung erfolgen, ob im Ziel-"Ordner" bereits eine Datei mit dem gleichen Namen existiert. Ist dies der Fall, wäre es wünschenswert, dass eine Auswahl erscheint

Hallo Docuware, super wäre, wenn ich eine PDF aus einer E-Mail automatisch in einen DW-Importordner ablegen könnte.
Mit der Abalge in einem DW-Importordner könnte die Importkonfiguration ohne Umweg durch den Briefkorb den Beleg automatisch in einen Workflow legen.

Anordnung der Spalten in der Ergebnisliste manuell zurücksetzen
Es sollte für den Anwender möglich sein, die Anordnung der Spalten in der Ergebnisliste manuell zurückzusetzen, damit diese wieder der Reihenfolge der Ergebnisliste entspricht.
Der Anwender kann die Anordnung/Reihenfolge der Spalten manuell verändern, dadurch wird der Eintrag ColumnOrder im Local Storage des Browsers gespeichert. Wird jetzt die Anordnung/Reihenfolge der Spalten in der Ergebnisliste generell geändert, dann greift diese Änderung nicht. Der Local Storage überschreibt diese Anpassung mit den Einträgen der ColumnOrder. Dies kann nur behoben werden, wenn in der Entwicklungsumgebung des Browser der entsprechende Eintrag gesucht und gelöscht wird. Verarbeitungskonfiguration nachträglich
Beim DocuWare Scanmodul lassen sich Dokumente bereits im Scandialog sehr gut bearbeiten. Möchte man allerdings Rechnungen, Lieferschein etc. gemeinsam Scannen, so kann man bei der Aufteilung der Dokumente die Verarbeitungskonfiguration je Dokument nicht mehr ändern. Dies sollte geändert werden. Ebenfalls wäre es ein Vorteil, wenn man bei der Verarbeitngskonfigurationen auch einstellen könnte, ob ein Ablagedialog erscheinen soll oder nicht.

Seitenübersicht bei der Ablage
Bei der Ablage von Dokumenten passiert es häufig, dass einzelne Seiten entweder leer sind, oder jede zweite Seite die AGBs enthält oder ein paar Seiten durcheinander gewürfelt wurden, oder ein zweites Dokument manuell abgetrennt werden soll.
Sehr hilfreich wäre die Möglichkeit eine Seitenübersicht bei der Ablage zu öffnen, in der man per Drag&Drop die eintzelne Seiten versschieben kann, einzelne Seiten löschen kannn und vielleicht sogar "Trennmarker" setzen kann, die dafür sorgen, dass das Dokument bis zu dem Marker abgelegt wird und alles dahinter als nächstes Dokument im Briefkorb landet (und idealer Weise gleich neu durch den Intelligent-Indexing-Dienst vortverschlagwortet wird).

Remove Highlight Selections if Store Operation is Cancelled
Hello Everyone and please vote for this enhancement!
It would be a great enhancement to operations if the highlighted set was NOT still highlighted in the document tray if the Store operation is cancelled. An important client just lost a couple hundred documents due to the fact that after cancelling the Store operation the highlighted group was still highlighted when they attempted to delete a single document. I can't picture a scenario where keeping the highlighted set is a benefit, but can see (and have seen) how keeping the highlight can cause trouble.

add gl assignments to recurring invoices
I have multiple invoices that we pay each month (some having multiple GL assignments). Each month I have to re-enter the GL assignments and $ amounts. There should be a "memorized" function for these types of recurring invoices so I do not have to enter each month.

I would like to suggest strongly that you add an option in the docuware desktop app...
I highly suggest you add a check box in the settings in the docuware apps setting under "import" that allows a sub folder to get deleted as well after it sends up the files to store. Currently, If you set up files to automatically go to docuware that are dropped in a watch folder, using a subfolder that gets dragged in... all files within the sub folder gets automatically deleted after the files get sent. That is perfect.. however... the sub folder that the files were sent from remains in the watch folder and stays there. I cant have hundreds…

Erstellen der Verknüpfung eines Dokuments
Momentan ist es nur möglich, in DocuWare ein Dokument abzulegen oder einen Datensatz zu erstellen. Wünschenswert wäre eine Verknüpfung zu einem bereits abgelegten Dokument erstellen zu können, um das gleiche Dokument verschiedenen Indexen zuordnen zu können. Das Stichwortfeld können wir leider nicht nutzen, weil das Stichwortfeld weder in der Ergebnissliste noch im Windows Explorer Client angezeigt werden kann.

Zoom while storing documents
While storing a document when using document processing, or intelligent indexing, have the viewer zoom into the area where the data is being extracted for an easier visual validation of the data on the page compared to what has been extracted. This would be particularly useful when validating long strings of numbers such as automobile VIN numbers.

Group related storage dialogs
When you click on "store" the user is provided a list of dialogs they have access to. I would like to suggest the ability to group dialogs. For example, maybe there are 5 dialogs for Customer Documents and 8 for Vendor Documents. When you click on "store" you would at the top of the list see "category" Customer, Vendor. When hover over Customer or Vendor, another level opens with just dialogs relevant to the particular category.
