1. Mac OSX compatibility with Desktop Apps is ESSENTIAL. Otherwise, a web-based solution that is not OS specific would work.

   Hi,

   Is DocuWare Desktop App for mac already in the product roadmap?
   You guys could use ElectronJs to rebuild the Docuware Desktop App, So you guys would have only one codebase for that.

3. Create a mass delete within the "temp" document tray due to the fact if you have an issue during import all the files get placed there.

   Docuware storage for one cloud customer is using 90% of its capacity. There are 13k docs sitting on a test tray that is ok to delete. To avoid this issue to have to do the delete process 130 times, I went to the configuration and deleted the test tray. Even after the tray deletion procedure, the storage usage percentage keep the same 90%.
