We have deliberately not included table fields in webhooks and web service requests. The reasons for this decision were:
A table can contain up to 1000 rows and 50 columns. This means that a lot of data would be transferred. For this type of integrations, it is typically not recommended to transfer such large amounts of data.
Table data is a data matrix. It can be provided in a variety of formats and structures. It is hardly possible to provide a standard structure that fits the external application without any adaptations.
In most cases, it is necessary to adapt the data to the structure of the external application.
At the moment, the recommended way is to provide the necessary parameters, GUIDs and IDs to a middleware, e.g. an integration platform (iPaaS), then pull the table data and transform it there before sending it to the third-party application. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Es gibt die Möglichkeit in der Konfiguration bei der Identifizierung den Operator "enthält nicht" auszuwählen. Mit diesem sollte man das von Ihnen gewünschte Verhalten umsetzen können. Haben Sie diese Funktion schon ausprobiert. Gibt es einen Grund warum diese nicht ausreichend ist?

An error occurred while saving the comment Sie können zum ablegen von E-Mails auch das Modul Connect to Mail verwenden. Dieses greift direkt auf den Mail-Server zu und legt alle E-Mails aus einem Ordner automatisch ab.
Sie können dann Thunderbird nutzen und die Mails, die archiviert werden sollen, legen Sie einfach in einen Ordner.

Um solche Dokument aus den normalen Personaldokumenten zu finden, können Sie eventuell mit Dokumentverknüpfungen arbeiten.

An error occurred while saving the comment It is possible to search for certain forms or sort them in the forms configuration. Having the possibility to create folders and organise all forms in those folders is currently not planned.

An error occurred while saving the comment No, DocuWare services and Application Pools are using the Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) for the internal communication. If you are facing problems you should contact DocuWare Support. Maybe there is something wrong with the set up of the systems.
