    Die Controller-Funktion für "Alle Aufgaben" wird jedoch nicht prinzipiell jedem Benutzer freigegeben, sondern nur einer selektierten Auswahl an Mitarbeitern.

    Eine Eingrenzung für einen bestimmten Benutzer (Evtl. anhand der Vertretungsregel?) erachte ich auch für sehr sinnvoll.

    Dies wäre auch für uns eine sehr wichtige Funktion, da sich z. B. unser Rechnungsprüfungs-Workflow aus 6 verschiedenen Workflows zusammensetzt. Hier werden u. A. Benutzerinformationen vom einen in den anderen Workflow übernommen. Bislang kann man hier leider nur den Benutzer und nicht eine Vertretungsregel oder Gruppe einer globalen Variablen zuweisen die wiederum in nachfolgenden Workflows genutzt werden sollen.

    Dies ist vorallem für einen Rechnungsprüfungs-Workflow eine wirklich hilfreiche Funktion.
    Somit könnte sich z. B. die Buchhaltung die Aufgaben nach Soll/ Haben oder nach Kunden etc. filtern. Super Idee!
