1. Alphabetical list of search dialogs in WebClient

   When I go to Settings > searches, to enable which search dialogs I want to be visible. I see a list of 40+ dialogs, but they are not alphabetical so I cannot easily find the one I want!!

2. dynamische Ergebnisliste, Spalten autom. ausblenden

   Wenn wir nach mehreren Feldern (eindeutige Auswahl ohne *) suchen, interessieren diese Felder in der Ergebnis-Anzeige nicht mehr, da diese ja bei allen gefundenen Dokumenten gleich sind.

   Wir würden jetzt gerne die Spalten, die in der Suchmaske mit eindeutigen Werten befüllt wurden automatisch auf Spaltenbreite 0 setzen lassen, damit diese die Übersicht in der Ergebnisliste verbessern, also „Suchspalten dynamisch ausblenden“.

   1) Unsere Suchmaske (Screenshot-1)
   2) Das Ergebnis, hier sind die Spalten ProjectNr., Doctype, Item und PSP Code uninteressant, da diese ja anhand der eindeutigen Suche (ohne *) alle den gleichen Inhalt aufweisen (Screenshot-2)
   3) Besser wäre eine Ansicht, die diese Spalten automatisch möglichst ganz ausblendet. Derzeit ist es nur möglich, diese jedes mal in der Breite zu reduzieren (Screenshot-3).

   Es wäre der Übersicht in der Ergebnisliste dienlich, wenn die Spalten, deren Inhalt in der Suchmaske eindeutig definiert wurde, in der Ergebnisansich einfach ausgeblendet werden. Die Admin-Option, die Spalte dauerhaft aus zu blenden ist leider nicht hilfreich. Auch ein Anlegen mehrerer Suchmasken und ein ständiges wechseln zwischen diesen dient nicht dem Arbeitsablauf oder der Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit.

   So, wie in eurem Info-Video die Suche nach "Stahlwerk München" erfolgt, interessiert mich diese Spalte im Ergebnis nicht mehr, sehr wohl aber, wenn ich bei Firma kein oder kein eindeutiges Suchkriterium eingegeben habe z.B.: "Stahlwerk*".

5. Fuzzy Searching Capability

   Potential customers have often inquired about fuzzy search support where words that aren't completely spelled correctly are still found similar to functionality of popular search engines. This is a current feature in some competitive document management offerings.

7. Left Clicking or highlighting a value in the search dialog allows you to select and can copy the value.

   From the file cabinet, left click on any of the value allows you to select that value (highlight) and copy so that you can paste it elsewhere, like back into a search dialog.

8. Right Click on a value to search for all related documents based on this value

   From the file cabinet, right click on any of the values and have ability to search for all related documents based on this value in this category. For example if Status = Indexed and I wanted to quickly search for all documents with this same value even though my search dialog had be set to another search type, then i can initiate a new search dialog from the right click and a drop down option.

10. Erweiterte Suche bei Numerischen- und Datumsfeldern

    Im WebClient sollte die erweiterte Suche auch für Datums- und numerische Felder möglich sein, so wie es im Windows-Client der Fall ist.

    Momentan ist in diesen Feldern weder eine AND/OR Suche noch die Suche nach z.B. leeren Einträgen möglich.

15. Restore the ability to do an "OR" search in the web client when searching more than one index

    The windows client had radio buttons for "And" and "OR" on the search dialog when entering values on more than one index. Example: Email file cabinet has a To index and a From index. I want to search for emails To or From an individual.

16. bring back the ability to copy search results and paste into Excel

    We had this feature in our previous version of Docuware. We recently upgraded to 6.6 and lost this feature. It's handy for reporting.

18. Enable on Webclient enhanced search for booleans (and, or) option that works with two o more fields

    If you have to search for example field name=Jhon or lastname=Dhoe is not possible on Webclient because always search using AND.

19. dringendst die Auswahllisten in DW Request wie in vorhergehenden Versionen verfügbar wieder zu integrieren

    Eine Suche ist derzeit quasi nicht verfügbar - zumindest keine strukturiere Suche (nur Volltext / unstrukturiert zu suchen ist nicht hilfreich). Daher ist hier ein Einsatz nur sinnvoll wenn die Auswahlliste bzw. selektive Auswahlliste wieder zur Verfügung gestellt wird.

20. Externe Links aus Ergebnisliste aufrufen

    Wir benötigen für verschiedene (Partner-)Projekte die Möglichkeit direkt aus der Ergebnisliste einen externen Link in einem neuen Browser-Fenster/-Tab aufzurufen. Wir würden damit z.B. gerne von einem Dokumenteneintrag direkt in den zugehörigen Vorgang in den Web Client des ERP-Systems abspringen. Den Link könnte man bei der Ablage des Dokuments aus dem ERP-System direkt mit in ein DocuWare-Indexfeld ablegen (z.B. http://myerp/invoices?id=12345) oder per Auto-Index nachindexieren. Der letzte Punkt geht auch heute schon, aber es erscheint eben nur die URL und keine echte Verlinkung. Technisch bräuchte man dafür "nur" die Möglichkeit, den Inhalt eines Textfelds bei der Anzeige als externen Link zu interpretieren (und ggf. noch die Möglichkeit einen festen Namen zu vergeben wie z.B. "ERP-Vorgang öffnen...").

    Anbei noch ein Screenshot (wie es einmal aussehen könnte)...
