  1. add previous week day (work day) to the document store date dropdown

    gives you the ability to email yourself a report of document types from the previous day/ previous workday.

  2. Convert Adobe Portfolio Documents and store as Clipped PDF

    Adobe Portfolio documents are a group of PDF's Clipped together in a PDF. I believe that this format has been a standard since Adobe 9 around 2008. A portfolio document looks like a stardard PDF and clients do not understand why DocuWare is not Compliant with the Portfolio Standard for PDF. I would suggest that because this is VERY simular to DocuWares Clipping that DocuWare EXPORT all of the files in a portfolio document and clip them together as one Document making it easier for the client to work with

    Introduce a different viewer allowing the user to parse…
