Bring back the ability to Attach, Delete, or Skip a page when pre-indexing in a tray
The Windows Client allowed the user to essentially staple pages to a document when pre-indexing in the Storage Mask. You could select a group of scanned pages in a Basket, drag them to a store dialog, and click the pre-indexing check box. When clicked, this would enable three new buttons, Attach, Delete and Skip. This allowed the user to construct documents by attaching, deleting or skipping pages while indexing, without having to go back to a basket or tray. This was a big time saver in the Windows Client, and a big time waster when trying to accomplish the same…

Briefkörben nur bestimmte Ablagedialoge zuordnen
Wenn man in einem abteilungsspezifischen Briefkorb ist z.B. "Personalwesen" oder "Rechnungswesen",
so hat man aufgrund der grundsätzlich unterschiedlichen Indexdaten logischer Weise im Personalwesen einen anderen Ablagedialog als im Rechnungswesen. (völlig unterschiedliche Felder)
Wenn ein Mitarbeiter nun für beide Rollen berechtigt ist, dann sieht diese Person aktuell unabhängig vom Briefkorb, in dem sie sich gerade befindet, beim Ablegen sämtliche Ablagedialoge, für die Sie berechtigt ist.
Also z.B. sieht man sämtliche Rechnungsablage-Dialoge obwohl man im Briefkorb Personal ist.
Wenn wir es ermöglichen würden, einem Briefkorb spezielle Dialoge zuzuordnen, dann würde man im jeweiligen Briefkorb nur noch die Dialoge sehen, die erstens dem…46 votesWe are currently not considering your idea.

Feld in Ablagedialoge nach Abhängigkeit sperren
Die Ablagedialoge sollten flexibler gestaltet werden. Ideal wäre die Möglichkeit, die Anzeige eines Feldes von dem eingetragenen Wert eines anderen Feldes abhängig zu machen.
Im angehängten Beispiel wäre das Feld "wenn ja, wer (Kunde, Branche ...)" nur sichtbar, wenn zuvor ein "Ja" bei Konkurrenzausschluss Vertrag ausgewählt wurde. Wird hier "Nein" ausgewählt, sollte das zweite Feld nicht im Zugriff stehen. Das Feld könnte gesperrt oder ausgeblendet werden.

Bestimmte Felder, welche keine konstanste Werte enthalten, aus "Indexierung vervollständigen" ausschließen
Seitens der Kunden kommt immer häufiger die Anfrage bestimmte Felder aus der "Indexierung vervollständigen" Option auszuschließen. Denn wenn man viele Dokumente manuell Indexiert und ablegt, möchte man, dass die Autovervollständigung die Felder, die variable Werte (z.B Datum, Status etc) enthalten, nicht befüllt.

Clip Documents Directly in Results
Hello, I would love to be able to clip documents directly in the results list. Currently, we must check documents to our tray, clip them together, than store them again. This of course leaves the individual pages behind, which we must manually delete or mark for deletion. It would be enormously helpful to be able to clip them together within the results list. Just shift or ctrl select the documents, right-click, and clip. I can't describe how much time this would save our company. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Allow changing real file name during Copy To
Currently, if I have a document that I might use as a template for a new document and I perform a "Copy To" operation, the base file name will remain the same. This makes it impossible to edit two resulting documents side by side in an editor such as Word or Excel because their base filename is identical.
Either the file should be opened as the "File Name" index, or the option to change the file name during "Copy To" needs to allow the base file name to be specified.

move to document tray
Need the possibility to move documents to basket/document tray. Move document out of filecabinet.

Please let "Keep entries” option to be checked by default. It will shorten 1 step for companies who only use that function in their imports.
Unfortunately, this functionality is not implemented. It’s not posible to set “keep entries” option checked by default.

Allow for reset of pre-indexed fields in Document Tray
When using the autofill indexing to store multiple documents in the document tray to a file cabinet, using the "Reset" button does not clear all fields in the store dialog. Understanding that this may be by design, there should be an option to reset all fields or just the fields that don't apply to the pre-filled index fields.

In einem Stichwortfeld mit Tab die Eingabe bestätigen nicht ins nächste Feld springen
Im Stichwortfeld wird bisher mit Enter gearbeitet. Wenn man aber mit den Stichwörtern fertig ist und ins nächste Feld springt, drückt man aus Gewohnheit wieder Enter. Dabei wird das Dokument abgelegt.

Ablagemasken je Briefkorb individuell ausblendbar
Sobald ein Benutzer mehrere Briefkörbe und mehrere Ablagemasken besitzt, werden alle Ablagemasken in jedem Briefkorb angezeigt. Es wäre nützlich, wenn man für jeden Briefkorb einstellen könnte, welche Ablagemasken dort zur Verfügung stehen.
Im Idealfall sollte sich der Benutzer für keine Ablagemaske entscheiden müssen, weil sich die zu benutzende Ablagemaske aus dem gewählten Briefkorb ergibt (alle Ablagemasken bis auf eine ausgeblendet).25 votes -
Can you add a Skip feature when storing documents?
After selecting a group of documents from a tray and dragging them to the store dialog, if I find I have an issue with a document and I want to leave it in the tray and not store it, I have to press cancel and re-select the remaining documents and again dragto the dialog. Can a skip icon be added so we can stop doing this and instead after storing the final document the screen returns to the documents I skipped?

Mehrere E-Mails mit gleicher Indexierenung ablegen
Es wäre großartig, wenn man mehrere E-Mails, die zum gleichen Thema gehören, markieren könnte und sich dann das Fenster zum Ablegen nur einmal öffnet!

Create a shortcut key to enable the filter check mark in select lists
in 6.6 I can fill out a store dialog only using the keyboard, but if I need to check the filter on a select list it requires me to use the mouse as well. This is slowing down data entry considerably. Please put a shortcut key in to enable the filter check box on a select list.

Archivnamen in der Ablagemaske ausblenden
Man sollte bei einer Ablagemaske entscheiden können, ob der Archivname vorne angezeigt wird oder nicht.
Dies ist einfach zu unübersichtlich und man weis nicht welche Ablagemaske das ist.(Featurewunsch eingetragen für Herrn Mayer - pmi Software u. Datenkommunikations Gmbh - 7337

Indexierung mit Tastenkombination, sollte wie in den alten Versionen möglich sein
In früheren Docuwareversionen war es möglich die Indexfelder mit der Tastenkombination ALT und E automatisch zu füllen. Es war egal ob das erste abgelegte Dokument aus dem Benutzerbriefkorb oder über eine automatische Ablage (Tiffmaker...) im Archiv stand. Das geht jetzt nur noch mit Dokumenten die aus einem Briefkorb abgelegt wurden. Tastenkombination STRG ALT L Das erschwert unsere Ablagetätigkeit erheblich.

It would be nice if it was possible to make divisions within a file (i.e. in Personnel Documents you can have sections that can be sorted by items like absences or applications).

Zurücksetzen/Leeren der Ablagemaske: zwei Buttons?
DocuWare hat in der Ablagemaske im Web Client das Verhalten des "Reset/Zurücksetzen"-Buttons geändert.
Bisheriges Verhalten in der Version 6.1: Leeren aller Felder
Jetziges Verhalten in der Version 6.7 (evtl ab 6.5): Zurücksetzen der Felder auf den Zustand vor dem aktuellen Ablagevorgang. Falls Felder (z.B. über den Dokumentnamen oder einer Vorindizierung über Import) bereits vorgefüllt waren, werden alle Werte auf diese vorbefüllte Maske zurückgesetzt.
Beide Verhaltensweisen haben ihre Berechtigung, da z.B. der manuelle Autoindex nicht funktioniert, wenn in einem anderen Feld der Dokumentname eingetragen ist. Hier wäre ein Löschen aller Felder sinnvoll. Auf der anderen Seite ist es auch durchaus sinnvoll…
