Ich schlage vor, dass es möglich sein soll Anhänge an E-Mails die vom Workflow erzeugt werden zu hängen. Ich denke z.B. an Merkblätter, Datenschutzbestimmungen etc.

In DW gibt es beim Workflow-Designer (egal ob das alte oder das neue, welches noch kommt), durch veröffentlichen eine neue Version zu erstellen.
Diesen kann man gegebenenfalls wiederherstellen.
Allerding sind diese Versionen kaum auseinander zu halten.
Daher mein Vorschlag, dass beim Veröffentlichen eines Workflows ein Textfeld ausgefüllt wird, in dem man Beschreiben kann, was in dieser Version geändert wurde.
So ähnlich wie man es unter git kennt.Von der Umsätzung wäre es auch nicht viel.
In der Datenbank gäbe es dazu ein Feld mehr und im Workflowdesigner müsste beim Veröffentlichen ein Textfeld abgefragt werden.2 votes -
Allow user to link a common field in a form to a select list
I have several multi-select lists that have a common field - Facility. But the only way to use them would be to combine them into a larger multi-select list. For instance I have a list of Pay type codes and a list of Supervisors. At the top of the form the facility is chosen and I am using that to pull the pay types. I'd like to also limit the Supervisor list to the facility as well. Maybe a way to associate a Form Field to a field in the select list when you click Filter. Then a choice to…

Smart Connect SSO (SingleSignOn)
Es wäre schön, wenn die Möglichkeit bei Smart Connect Konfigurationen, insbesondere Smart Search, bestehen würde, dass man einstellen kann, ob z.B. die Smart Search automatisch das SingleSignOn durchführen würde.
Wir haben nämlich den Fall, dass die User auf einem Terminalserver aus der Software Vias Kundenakten in DocuWare einsehen möchten, ansonsten wird das DocuWare kaum verwendet.
Weswegen ein automatisches SSO in Smart Search/Smart Connect, schön wäre, sodass die entsprechenden Listen direkt geladen werden.
Vielleicht kann man das Umsetzen, dass das man in den Konfigurationen von Smart Connect einstellen kann, z.B. über eine Checkbox.

Displaying the subtotal of the amount columns (decimal or integer) would be very useful for customers.
Indeed, they are using "DcW lists" (and result dialogs) to prepare there payment schedule.
They are displaying several useful columns included "amount" columns, so they know wich amount represent each line (each invoice). But to decide weither they will pay or not an invoice, they also need to see the total amount of all the selected invoices.So having the possibility (same as in table fields for ex.) to display a total of a decimal or integer column will be very helpful for…

Provide a way for IT admins to be notified when a desktop app that is running on a server needs to be updated.
Apps like the Local Data Connector have stopped working if they require an update, this causes issues when not noticed for days with multiple functions within DocuWare like Auto Index and Workflow calculations.

Ich schlage vor, dass man im Viewer auch verschlüsselte Nachricht sehen kann.
Verschlüssele Nachrichten werden in Outlook normal angezeigt, aber bei und nach der Ablage in Docuware im Viewer, sieht man nur den Absender und Empfänger.
Die Verschlüsselung nimmt infolge des Datenschutzes zu.

a href für Links in Indexfeld ermöglichen
In Version 7.12 ist in der Konfiguration - Sicherheit eine Möglichkeit vorhanden Externe URL´s zu aktivieren, damit in Indexfeldern die URL aktiv wird und per Klick sich öffnet. Da einige URL´s sehr lange sind wäre eine Integration von a href schön. Bedeutet https:\xxxx.de\xxx\xxx\test.hml wäre dann nur im Indexfeld TEST zu sehen mit dem Eintrag im Indexfeld <a href=" https:\\xxxx.de\xxx\xxx\test.hml">TEST</a>

Ability to Add File Cabinet Index Data to an Email Notification's Subject Line
Currently this can be done in a Notification Task within a Workflow. But for standard non-workflow email notifications, index data can only be added to the body of the email and not the subject line. Due to this it's impossible to accomplish unless the customer has the Workflow module. Would be nice to have this feature available in a standard, non-workflow, email notification configuration.

The automatic storing option must use the store dialog that is assigned per document tray, not the default store dialog as currently
Using intelligent indexing in three document trays with three store dialogs, each with its own document type, after extracting the indexes per document tray, it must click store automatically to save time with the bulk of bills when storing, but this will use the default store dialog defined in the file cabinet and will not use the store dialog that is already set in the document tray!

In der Ansicht über mehrere Seiten, sollte es eine Hervorhebung geben, auf welchen Seiten Anmerkungen oder Ergänzungen gemacht wurden.
ie oben beschrieben, sieht man bei mehrseitigen Dokumenten, wenn man sich alle Blätter anzeigen lässt nicht, ob irgendwo etwas bearbeitet wurde.
In der Seitenübersicht sollte durch ein Symbol soetwas hervorgehoben werden

Anfragen: Eingabefeld für Text größer darstellen
Beim Erstellen von Anfragen ("Anfrage senden") kann über das Feld "Text" dem Empfänger etwas mitgeteilt werden. Leider werden beim Textfeld nur 3 Zeilen anzeigt (siehe Anlage), was unpraktisch ist - vor allem weil ansonsten der Text von bereits gesendeten Anfragen, der bei neuen Anfragen erneut eingeblendet wird, leichter modifiziert werden könnte. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn das a) das Textfeld größer dargestellt werden würde oder b) das Fenster für "Anfrage senden" insgesamt vergrößert werden könnte, wodurch das Textfeld dynamisch entsprechend vergrößert werden würde.

Workflow Designer : please improve the font selection dialog of the stamps.
We are having trouble with stamping characters out of frame when using an unsupported font from the font selection dialog in the task's stamp settings.
This is because the font selection dialog in DocuWare’s workflow designer (especially when configuring stamps in tasks) seems to displays all fonts installed on your operating system.
We hope you can improve this function by either changing the list of fonts so that only supported fonts can be chosen, or by increasing the types of fonts supported.2 votes -
Filtern von Workflow-Aufgaben über Datumswerte mit Zeitangabe
Wenn man eine Suche ausführt und in der Ergebnisliste ein Datumsfeld mit Zeitangabe hat, kann man die Ergebnisliste nach Datum und Zeit filtern. Das geht in der Workflow-Aufgabenliste leider nicht. Hier kann man bspw. im "Erhalten am" Feld nur nach einem Datum Filtern obwohl die Zeitangabe mit dabei stehen würde. Bitte die Filter-Funktion hier um die Zeitangabe erweitern!

Docuware Cloud Update verschieben auch ohne gültige/aktive Lizenz.
Unser Admin Account hat keine Lizenz. Diese wird bei Bedarf aktiviert.
Beim Login zur Terminverschiebung wird ein User ohne Lizenz abgewiesen bzw. die Seite "ist nicht verfügbar". Sobald dem User eine Lizenz zugewiesen ist, kann der Termin verschoben werden. Die Verschiebung sollte auch ohne Lizenz gehen. Das Login verhindert bereits, dass das eine "Drittperson" vornehmen kann.2 votes -

B. zur automatisierten Dokumentation, Analyse oder Anpassung durch generative KI.
Durch die Integration dieser Funktion könnte man Workflows schneller verstehen, effizienter dokumentieren und gezielt weiterentwickeln – mit Unterstützung moderner KI-Tools wie ChatGPT & Co.

Implement unstapple & stapple, removal functionalities after the document is stored in order to manage pages if needed.
To enhance customer experience and document management, there should be an adaptation of the already existent functionalities when the document is already stored. By so, the users could unstapple & stapple, remove pages if needed.
On customer side, this could be easily controlled with Version control within the file cabinet, so the integrity of the tool is not questionable.2 votes
