System should inform the administrator that user ID already exists
If I have two users with a long name, e.g. "Katarzyna Nowak" and "Katarzyna Kowalska", the system prompts the user ID "KATARZYN"
While this is ok when creating the first user, with the second one this name cannot be used and the system does not inform about it, but changes the user ID to a random string of characters. System should in such a case prevent the creation of such a user and inform the administrator that such a user ID already exists.2 votes -
Öffnen eines Ordners in der Ordnerstruktur verbessern
Für alle die bisher für ihre Daten eine Ablage im Dateisystem hatten und jetzt die Dokumente in Docuware ablegen wollen, ist die Verwendung von Docuware Ordner eine super Sache. Allerdings gibt es einen großen Nachteil. Um auf Dokumente in einem speziellen Ordner zugreifen zu können muss die ganze Ordnerstruktur durchgeklickt werden. Bei uns sind z.B. alle Dokumente für die Projekte in einer definierten Struktur abgelegt. Um z.B. auf alle Dokumente für einen Bestellakt zuzugreifen müsste man in Docuware sich durch 5 Ordner klicken. Bei hunderten von Projekten nicht machbar. Man könnte natürlich nach allen Dokumenten für einen Bestellakt suchen, verliert…

It would be nice to have an Indication that a stamp is present on another page or a list of pages with stamps.

Die Aufgabenreiter unter "Meine Aufgaben" können verschoben und dadurch individuell sortiert werden. Es sollte aber möglich sein, dass dies auch für den entsprechenden Benutzer gespeichert wird.

Allow the workflow designer to change retry attempts for individual workflows.
KBA-36354 explains
How to change the count of retry attempts of failed tasks. There are 2 problems with this. First, it isn't an option in the cloud and second, it is system-wide. I have been creating workflows as a workaround to fill in table fields in merge forms. I could do all of the error checking to see if a row is in a table before filling in the document but it is time-consuming tedious work that is unnecessary because the workflow manager has error checking. Change the workflow designer to allow changing a data assignment without changing the entry type and destination.
I am using data assignments in a workflow to fill in a table on a merge form from a table field. It is a work around that works but the annoying piece is that I set up a data assignment that fills in a row and then I should just need to copy to data assignment for each row but change the field name and the index number of the data entry. Unfortunately when I change the field/variable it wipes out the entry type and entry. So I have to copy the entry to the clip board and then put…

Allow Export of the Documents File Name
Please add Document File Name as an Exportable Field.

Allow the "Size of document" with arithmetic expression or by direct assignments to use it directly in the Workflow Designer.

Tabellenfelder im Workflow verwenden
Es wäre wünschenswert, dass man generell Tabellenfelder in einem Workflow mit einbinden kann. So kann verhindert werden, dass man kein zusätzlichen Workflow braucht zum Auslesen der Tabellendaten in Stichwortfelder. Wir haben aktuell den Case, dass wir Belastungsanzeigen unserer Bank ablegen und der Kreditorenprozess erst dann weiter geht, wenn die Belastungsanzeigen korrekt abgelegt sind mit Angaben von bsp. Rechnungsnummern. Diese möchten wir jedoch anhand der Tabelle im Workflow verwenden was aktuell leider nicht geht.

Automatic identification import job failed to selected inbox
Use 1 named account for DocuWare Desktop Connection in file server. Got different projects using automatic identification document processing import job, when failed, it will transfer to this 1 named account default inbox.
Which is undesirable when different group of people involve different projects.Should have an option to choose which inbox whenever automatic identification failed.

Ein User will aus verschiedenen Briefkörben Dokumente klammern,
leider ist das ohne verschieben in den selben Briefkorb zur Zeit nicht möglich.
Es gibt zwar viele Feature Request bzgl. klammern aus diversen Quellen, jedoch war diese noch nirgens erwähnt.Vielen Dank

Listenfelder mit Autoindex füllen
Bei der Datenübernahme aus einem vorhandenen Dokument möchte ich alle Indexfelder auswählen können. Aktuell können z. B. keine Listenwerte übergeben werden.

Anpassbare Gruppen als Globale-Variablen
Im Workflow Designer neue anpassbare Gruppen als Globale Variablen erstellen können damit man Aufgaben besser verteilen könnte.
Z. B. ein User + eine Gruppe wird zusammen als GV "Neue_Gruppe" gespeichert an die dann eine Aufgabe zugewiesen wird.2 votes -

Send one email to all recipients in Notification - Tasks
Hello,
For now, when an email is sent from the Task activity, it is sent individually to all users to whom the task is assigned. Unfortunately, business users are lost and do not know if the task is assigned to them personally or to the whole group.
It is too bad as a developer to add a condition and based on the condition (is the task attributed to a role or a user?), use the Notify activity.
Is it possible to add the option "notify everyone in a single mail" inside the Task activity?

A way that a e-form can be populated with data from a external data source automatically by inserting only one value in a field or dropdown and then populate all other fields with the rest of the data and then automatically submitting the form.

Erstellungszeitpunkt beibehalten beim Verschieben/Kopieren in anderen Briefkorb
Beim Verschieben bzw. Kopieren eines Dokuments in einen anderen Briefkorb wird der Erstellungszeitpunkt des Dokuments neu gesetzt. Das ist für eine zeitliche Nachverfolgung ungünstig.
Kann der ursprüngliche Erstellungszeitpunkt beibehalten werden?2 votes -
Options for how to license new users sync'd from AD
Right now, when a new user is added in the AD sync, they're automatically assigned a workflow license. If no workflow license is available, they're automatically assigned a named license. It would help to have more control over this. Maybe give us the option in the User Synchronization tool to select between "assign named license to new users" "assign workflow license to new users" and "assign no license to new users". (Some customers have limited licenses they manage manually; the last option would be helpful for them.)

Eigenes Anlegen Intelligentes Indexing Felder
Hallo,
Da einer meiner Kunden an der Grenze der Felder liegt, wünscht dieser sich weitere Felder.
Da dieser Kunde immer mehr Felder verwendet wird, wird ein einmaliges erweitern der Felder nicht lange halten.
Damit nicht jedes mal auf eine Erweiterung der Felder gewartet werden muss, liegt es nicht Fern die Felder selbst anzulegen.
Dies Feature ist bei dem Kunden und auch bei mir den DSC sehr erwünscht.
