General Email - Import delay on attachments
I have a client who is using the General Email option to import attachments from a mailbox. What we are noticing is that the PDF attachments are intermittently uploading as corrupt files even though in the mailbox, the PDF is perfectly fine to open. I also confirmed this by manually importing that PDF from the mailbox into Docuware which works fine.

Only allow storage box in relation with a file cabinet
For a document in a document tray, the user must be allow to use only storage box define for the file cabinet choosed while the cration of this document tray.
That could be more confortable in use of th tray, non possibilities to store the document in a wrong file cabinet.2 votes -
Ermittlung Prüfsumme - "echte" Dublettenprüfung mit Prüfsumme als Indexwert
Um echte Dubletten (absolut identische Dateien) zu identifizieren, wollen wir die intern vergebene Checksumme prüfen - am besten per Indexwert, alternativ über die Platform Services.
Das ist zur Zeit nicht möglich, man kann nur den Status der Checksumme prüfen.
Wenn allerdings Angebote, Auftragsbestätigungen etc. mehrfach in DocuWare gelangen, sind die Indexwerte nicht hinreichend, um Dubletten zu identifizieren.
Der Inhalt kann sich bei gleichen Indexwerten geändert haben.Damit werden dann Workflows unbeabsichtigt mehrfach ausgelöst.
Die Archive werden unnötig gefüllt.
Es entsteht doch wieder ein Suchaufwand, weil das "richtige" Dokument erst identifiziert werden muss.Eine Prüfsummenerstellung außerhalb von DocuWare per Webservice ist…

Bookmarking the DocuWare Cloud Loginpage should be possible
As a user, I would like to save my DocuWare Cloud login screen for easier access later.
As the https://login-emea.docuware.cloud/ URL seems to contain temporary session data, i can´t simply use the browser function to store the bookmark, as i got stuck in redirect page, the next time i use this bookmark.2 votes -
JWT for login through API
For a server to server connection through API it is necessary to use a cookie at the moment and send the credentials as arguments.
We would like to have the option to use a JWT to login instead of a cookie. The cookie lasts for only 28 days and then the whole authentication process has to start again. Which means we have to send the username and password as arguments to the server on a monthly basis.

Allow Document Processing by Index Value Change
There are many times that it would be very useful to be able to send a document in a file cabinet out for run in a Document Processing instance. Let's say we have some data presented on a document in both barcode and plain text. First we try to capture by the barcode, and sometimes that doesn't work. We could then set a field value and send the document off for a shot at a Document Processing instance that tries for the text instead. Filterung über Tabellenüberschriften in Listen einschränken auf mögliche Ergebnisse
Wenn ich eine Suche öffne und nach Firma XY Suche kann ich im Anschluss in den Spaltenüberschriften der Ergebnisliste noch einmal eine Filterung durchführen. Bei z.B. Dokumenttypen werden mir hier auch nur Dokumenttypen(Belegarten) vorgeschlagen welche zu meiner Suche passen.
(Anhang Screenshot1)Mache ich das gleiche vorgehen in einer Liste, erhalte ich hier als Vorschlag alle Dokumenttypen die es in meinem Archiv gibt, also nicht gefiltert auf möglichen Dokumente innerhalb der Liste. (Anhang Screenshot2)
Hier sollte die Filterung genau so funktionieren wie in der Ergebnisliste, die anderen Dokumenttypen können mir ja gar nicht angezeigt werden.

Benutzer mit WorkflowUser Lizenen sollten Textanmerkungen schreiben können
Leider können Benutzer mit WorkflowUser Lizenz keine Textanmerkungen auf Dokumenten machen. Das wäre aber bei manchen Workflows durchaus sinnvoll z.B. Eingangangsrechnungsworkflow und dann entsprechende Kommentare zu den Rechnungspositionen schreiben. Das in ein Indexfeld zu schreiben ist sehr unübersichtlich.

Fill table from other sources that another tables ..
Currently you can only fill a table from data from another table ..
I would be a great idea if you could get data also from external sources ..
and from sources that are not table fields..Because you can still select which fields you want to use..

Anmerkungen auf dem Dokument per Radiergummi entfernen
Wenn man bei den Anmerkungen eine Freilinie zeichnet, ist diese mit der Maus oder noch schlechter mit einem Stift auf einem mobilen Endgerät sehr schlecht zu greifen um diese wieder zu entfernen.
Eine Funktion wie ein Radiergummi wäre hier wesentlich vorteilhafter und leichter anzuwenden als das X zum löschen oder die entf-Taste auf der Tastatur.8 votes -
Auswahllisten in Aufgabendialogen auch in der App zur Verfügung stellen
Gerade für leitende Angestellte wird von Kunden die Möglichkeit erwartet, dass diese Rechnungen auch bequem von Unterwegs aus freigeben können.
Leider ist die Bearbeitung von Aufgaben mobil ja nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.
Folgende zwei Punkte vermisse ich hierfür am schmerzlichsten:
- Auswahllisten (z.B. Usernamen oder Kostenstellen in Freitextfelder einzugeben führt gezwungenermaßen laufend zu Fehlern)
- Anzeige von Tabellen (hierzu gibt es ja bereits mehrere Einträge in diesem Forum, daher ist der Fokus dieses Eintrags der erste Punkt).5 votes -
Notiz-Funktion im Workflow Designer
Es wäre schön, würde man Notizen in den Layouts frei platzieren können. So könnten erklärende Informationen ergänzt oder "Gruppierungen" mit einem Titel versehen werden.

Flexiblere Gestaltung von Ablagedialogen
Aufgrund der starren Definition und Konfiguration von Dialogen kommt es gerade bei der Konfiguration von Ablagedialogen immer wieder zu Problemen, die umständliche Lösungen erfordern. So sind häufig bestimmte Kriterien abhängig von den Werten anderer Kriterien als Pflichtfelder zu definieren oder ggf. auch aus-/einzublenden, was aktuell leider nicht möglich ist. Dadurch ist es notwendig mit einer steigenden Anzahl an Ablagedialogen zu arbeiten oder für den Benutzer umständliche Lösungen über Workflow-Aufgaben zu bauen.
Sinnvoller wäre es, wenn bei den Feldeinstellungen "nur lesen" und "Pflichtfeld" eine Abhängigkeit zu Eingaben bei anderen Indexkriterien eingerichtet werden könnte.6 votes -

Indexdialoghandling vereinfachen
Bei den meisten Archiven sind die Dialoge für Ablagedialog und Indexdialog der Ergebnisliste identisch. Als Administrator würde ich mir wünschen, dass ich in einer Ergebnisliste keinen extra Indexdialog pflegen muss, sondern einfach einen Ablagedialog als Indexdialog zuweisen kann. Oder zumindest per Funktion sagen kann: Erzeuge mir den Indexdialog aus der Ablagedialog-Konfiguration. Aktuell hat man hier viel unnötigen doppelten Anpassungsaufwand.
