Multi-stage forms
I think it would be helpful if one party could pre-fill part of a form, then another person could finish filling out the form (i.e. office could fill out customer info, then technician onsite could fill in details and submit form).

Eingangsdatum mit Stempel auf Dokument (bei Empfang im Briefkorb)
Es wäre schön, wenn bei Empfang eines Dokumentes in bestimmten Briefkorben (sollte je Briefkorb individuell ein-/ausgestellt werden können) automatisch ein Stempel auf´s Dokument gesetzt wird mit dem aktuellen Tagesdatum (quasi ein Stempel mit Eingangsdatum).

Allow storer to select "store document in black and white" when scanned in color
Documents stored in color are much larger than those in black and white. Allow user to require documents to be stored only in b/w, even if this causes a color document to be converted to b/w pdf prior to storing. Should be able to be over-ridden by authorized users.

connect to outlook seit DW 7.6 getrennte Ablage
Seit der Version 7.6. ist es nun möglich mehrere Anhänge einer E-Mail getrennt zu indexieren und abzulegen. Das ist super!
Leider muss das getrennte Ablegen von E-Mails und Anhängen in der Konfiguration vordefiniert werden und kann durch den Benutzer nicht ad-hoc entschieden werden.
Beispiel:
In der Regel enthält eine Email eine Rechnung, E-Mail und Anhang werden als ein Dokument geklammert abgelegt.
Manchmal enthält eine E-Mail mehrere Rechnungen, in diesem Fall wäre es sehr hilfreich wenn der Anwender entscheiden könnte (so wie er auch entscheiden kann was zuerst angezeigt werden soll) ob es geklammert oder in einzelnen Dokumenten abgelegt werden soll.…

Flatten PDF with REST/.NET API
We can use DocumentAction to merge annotations on the Document. It would be nice if you could provide a method for Flattening all Form Fields on the Document. Right now we have to use 3rd party libraries to get this done.
For all readers: I am using Syncfusion - they have free commercial license for small companies.

Processing Profiles - Split into Multiple Documents - Each with own set of indexing values and read out areas
Transferring from other DMS's - Users normally scanned a pack of documents as a single pdf, it would be useful if we can put this through a processing profile to 'Identify','split',Index each document
In example Employee onboarding pack
(may contain a ID document, Bank Account confirmation letter, Employment contract, etc.)You would create sub profiles (or main profiles, then link to this profile) for each expected document, those not identified will have default indexes using the original input files' indexes, those that are defined is split / indexed and stored as per the sub profile.

Sendeconnectoren einzeln Jobs / Workflows oder Benachrichtigungen zuweisen
Es ist möglich, Sendeconnectoren für den Versand von Benachrichtigungen oder Workflow Erinnerungen zu definieren.
Diese können aktuell nur "für alle" Notifications oder "für alle" Workflows aktiviert werden.
Ein nützliches Feature wäre die Möglichkeit der Einzelzuweisung eines Connectors für einzelne Schritte / Benachrichtigungen oder Workflows, z.B.:
Workflow 1 - 5: Standardversandconnector für Workflow
Workflow 6: spezieller Versandconnector (z.B. weil über diesen Workflow Dokumente auch mit Kunden geteilt werden)4 votes -
Die Breite des Indexdialogs sollte sich DocuWare merken
Die Breite des Indexdialogs in der Einstellung "DocuWare-Viewer im neuen Fenster mit Indexdialog öffnen" sollte wie bspw. auch die Spaltenbreite in der Ergebnisliste in den benutzerspezifischen Einstellungen mit gespeichert werden, damit man das nicht bei jedem Mal neu größer ziehen muss.

Parallele Aufgabe im Workflow - Erweitern der Funktionen
Es wäre super, wenn man eine "erweiterte Parallele Aufgabe" hätte. Bei dieser kann man vorab User/Gruppen bestimmen und je Gruppe sollen diese eigene Entscheidungen haben, welche am Ende zusammengeführt werden.
Beispiel:
1 Dokument soll parallel geprüft werden.
User Gruppe A prüft das Dokument und setzt Entscheidungen, welche eigene Aufgaben beinhalten
User Gruppe B prüft dasselbe Dokument parallel und sieht andere Entscheidungen mit anderen Aufgaben. Wobei dies am Ende zusammengeführt wird wieder zu einer Aufgabe etc.1 vote -
Assign users dynamically to Substitution list global variable
Currently substitution lists are static which is not usable for dynamic environment. I should be able to assign multiple users to a list and let DocuWare validate if the first (or second..) user is out of office and assign the task to the next available user.

Ability to lock positions for form fields
I would like the ability to lock positions for form fields. I have some hidden fields and when I run the form one of the visible fields moves over the location where the hidden fields are. I want it in a specific place and not to move.

Sortieren nach mehreren Spalten
Ein möglichkeit, dass die Tabellen nach mehreren Spalten (in einer definierbaren Reihenfolge) sortiert werden können wäre gut, um größere Listen überschaubarer zu machen.

Es sollte möglich sein mehr als nur einen User innerhalb der Administration oder der Konfiguration zu löschne
Es kann immer wieder mal vorkommen das man aus Versehen User Importiert hat, die gar nicht ins DocuWare kommen sollten, dann ist es sehr mühselig User für User zu löschen, da würde es sehr helfen die User zu markieren und auf einmal zu löschen

Eingabemasken für Formate über Regular Expressions z.B. bei Stempeln
Mit der Regular Expression gebe ich die Formatierung meine Eingabe vor.
Z.B.
1.)
Eingabe "10000000" wird in das Format "10.0000,00" über ein Reg-Expression gebracht.
2.)
Eingabe "29042022" wird in das Format "29.04.2022" gebracht.Die Verifizierung der Eingaben gibt es schon.

E-Mailadressen für alle Arten von Meldungen zentral verwalten
Es sollte möglich sein, Zentral einzustellen welcher User/Rolle welche Meldungen aus dem System heraus erhällt.
Manche Meldungen gehen an den DSC der im Partnerportal hinerlegt ist, manche an den Sysadmin und wieder andere an den Orgaadmin, den DSA oder den Kunden.
Konkrete Beispiele:
Connect to Mail trennt die Verbindung zum Postfach und versendet eine E-Mail an die Adresse welche beim Adminuser hinterlegt ist.
Beim Adminuser sollte aber eine Personenbezogene E-Mail hinterlegt sein, da sonst jeder bei einer Sammeladresse über Passwort vergessen das Adminpasswort zurücksetzten kann.Es ist aber problematisch wenn solch kritische E-Mails nur an eine Person gesendet werden, hier…

language mapping for index fields when creating
When creating indexfields you create those in one language. But if you need multiple languages they are not supported yet.
A simple solution could be, that after creating the index field you can add the translation to those fields in the desired language.1 vote -
Clear selection option in Multiple Choice field in forms.
Currently you can initialize a multiple choice field to a default choice of none. However, a way to reset the field to none after a choice has been made would be greatly beneficial. This way if a choice is not required a user can clear the field without restarting the entire form.
