DW Icon unten bei der Uhr soll neue Aufgaben signalisieren ähnlich Outlook
Wenn eine neue Aufgabe in DocuWare für den User ansteht, wäre es prima, wenn unten bei der Uhr bei dem kleinen DW-Icon ein Signalisierung erscheint. Ähnlich wie bei Outlook, wenn bei einer neuen Nachricht, ein kleines Briefsymbol erscheint;
Das könnte man auch noch auf die MobileApp ausweiten, dass das Icon eine Signalisierung erhält, wenn einen neue Aufgabe vorliegt5 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. In der DocuWare Web-Konfiguration sollten die Module ( Dokumentverarbeitung, E-Mails aus Outlook) als Desktop Apps gekennzeichnet werden
Für die Module, wo die Desktop Apps benötigt werden, sollte direkt in der Web-Konfiguration erkenntlich sein, dass die Desktop Apps benötigt werden.
Beispielweise ist das bei E-Mails Allgemein nicht der fall.
Für die Detailierte Ordner, Printer Konfiguration sind verbundene Desktop Apps notwendig. Das sollte sichtbar gekennzeichnet sein.

Connect2Outlook AddIn für neues Outlook
Aktuell gibt es für das neue Outlook kein C2O AddIn. Zukünftig werden immer mehr Kunden auf das neue Outlook wechseln.
Damit sie C2O weiterhin nutzen können, finde ich es wichtig, dass es auch ein AddIn für das neue Outlook gibt.4 votes -
DocuWare für Microsoft Outlook Add-in für OnPremise
Das neue Modul für die Webbasierte Outlook Version benötigen wir auch für OnPremise. Bei uns haben sich bereits 5 Kunden mit Interesse an diesem Modul gemeldet und ein Supportfall, weil bereits versucht wurde ein OnPremise DocuWare mit der neuen Outlook Version zu verbinden.
Connect to Outlook ist bei vielen unserer Kunden im Einsatz, diese können C2O, nach aktuellem Stand, Ende kommendes Jahres nicht mehr benutzen.4 votes -
Outlook Plugin technologisch auf ein AddIN modernisieren (COM VSTO => OFFICE AddIN)
Das DocuWare Office Plugin basiert aktuell noch auf den "veralteten" Technologin COM und VSTO. Das schränkt die Verfügbarkeit auf den nativen Outlook client ein. Hier wird mittelfristig die Umstellung auf ein Outlook AddIn auf Basis des Microsoft Office Add-in framework notwendig um neure Clients wie OWA, ONE OutlookClient <sowie Mobilgeräte zu untersützugen. Es wäre wünscheswert hier zeitnah einen Parallelbetrieb beginnen zu können und die Funktionen nach und Nach umzuziehen.

connect to outlook seit DW 7.6 getrennte Ablage
Seit der Version 7.6. ist es nun möglich mehrere Anhänge einer E-Mail getrennt zu indexieren und abzulegen. Das ist super!
Leider muss das getrennte Ablegen von E-Mails und Anhängen in der Konfiguration vordefiniert werden und kann durch den Benutzer nicht ad-hoc entschieden werden.
Beispiel:
In der Regel enthält eine Email eine Rechnung, E-Mail und Anhang werden als ein Dokument geklammert abgelegt.
Manchmal enthält eine E-Mail mehrere Rechnungen, in diesem Fall wäre es sehr hilfreich wenn der Anwender entscheiden könnte (so wie er auch entscheiden kann was zuerst angezeigt werden soll) ob es geklammert oder in einzelnen Dokumenten abgelegt werden soll.…

Enable Outlook Signature to attach automatically when sending from Docuware Web app opposed to manually attaching with the Signature button. Even if you have a signature enabled it will not attach your signature when sending from Docuware.

Outlook Exchange Kontoauswahl - Eingangsrechnungen (ZUGFeRD)
Die Installation der Desktop Apps erstellt den Ordner "Eingangsrechnungen (ZUGFeRD)" im aktuellen Profil im ersten Microsoft Exchange Konto innerhalb von Outlook. Leider ist dieses im Zeitaltern von Office365 nicht immer das gewünschte Konto. Ein kleiner Auswahldialog könnte extrem helfen.

Using Connect to Outlook auto populate index fields from attachments
When a user has Connect to Outlook and they go to store an email with an attachment, it would be nice if the user could open the attachment and auto-populate the index fields with matching fields from the attachment.

Kopieren der Indexierungsfelder beim Ablegen über connect-to-Outlook
Beim Ablegen von Dokumenten über connect-to-Outlook kann man innerhalb der dort geöffneten Indexierungsfelder nicht mehr via Rechtsklick die Einträge kopieren, sondern nur über die Tastenkombinationen "STRG-C" und "STRG+V". In der alten Version ging dies noch.
Evtl. kann man dies wieder einführen?4 votes -
Connect to Outlook - Farbauswahl der Markierung
Die farbige Markierung in Outlook, von in DocuWare abgelegten E-Mails, sollte beliebig einstellbar sein.
Wurde von mehreren Kunden bereits gewünscht, da blau häufig eine unternehmenseigene Symbolik hat.

Allow selection of attachments stored with emails with Connect to Outlook
When an email is being stored via Connect to Outlook, not all attachments are needed. It would be great if people can just select only those attachments within an email they want to store. For example, if there are 5 attachments and they want to store three of the attachments, they should be able to check off which ones they want to store.
This saves space because currently, we are paying for both the attachments within an email and then the additional copies DocuWare is extracting of each attachment to show in the preview pane.

introduce the "Store all with the current index entries" in Outlook
This is a feature which is available in DocuWare when selecting multiple documents from a document tray and then selecting the Store button. Ideally when a user is filing multiple emails from outlook using the store feature, the user will be able to enter the index field values once for several documents at once (as can be done from the document tray)

Please make the new Outlook Add-in available for on-premise customers. Currently, this new add-in is only available for cloud customers.

We have clients who use Macs who would benefit from storing emails to DW using this add-in, since Connect to Outlook & DocuWare Desktop are not available for Macs.

Create an Add-In for Outlook.live.com (web mail, Office365 etc)
Working remotely isn't going away. Microsoft continues to push Office365 and has introduced a web-based desktop client. We need a way to store emails and attachments in DW when away from desk-top apps. Please create an Add-In for Outlook.

Connect to Outlook - Barcodes auslesen - Dokumentenverarbeitung
eine Möglichkeit, um bei einer über Outlook Abgelegten E-Mail den E-Mail Anhang auch nach Barcodes zu durchsuchen.
Hintergrund ist hier ein unterschriebener Tätigkeitsbericht, der vom Kunden zurückkommt. Könnte hier jetzt aus der angehangenen eingescannten PDF der Barcode ausgelesen werden, könnte diese E-Mail direkt indexiert werden.
Diese Möglichkeit besteht momentan nur über die Dokumentenverarbeitung, wenn der Tätigkeitsbericht z. B. in einen Ordner abgelegt wird, an dieser Stelle würde ich aber auch gerne die E-Mail dazu abgelegt haben.

EML-Dateien sollten auch per Outlook versendet werden können
Aktuell ist es nur möglich, dass MSG-Dateien richtig mit der "Senden"-Funktion als E-Mail aufgehen. Bei EML-Dateien geht eine E-Mail mit der EML-Datei im Anhang auf was nicht gerade komfortabel ist, wenn ich auf diese E-Mail antworten möchte oder diese E-Mail weiterleiten möchte.
