2. DocuWare Import - Reihenfolge der Papierdokumente

   Ein DocuWare Import Job sollte nach der Barcodetrennung bei der Archiv-Direktablage, die ursprüngliche Reihenfolge von einem Papierstapel beibehalten.

   Wir haben Fälle, wo es nicht möglich ist nach dem Barcode zu sortieren. Beispielsweise wenn dieser von einem ERP System erzeugt wird und nicht im Zusammenhang mit der Dokumentenreihenfolge steht.

3. Docuware Import: Trennung und Metadaten (.dwcontrol) kombinieren können

   Ich möchte mittels DW-Import ein PDF + Metadaten (.dwcontrol) importieren - das funktioniert.
   Konfiguriere ich "Teilung bei jeder 1.Seite" hinzu, wird diese Konfiguration akzeptiert, wirft später beim Import aber einen Fehler. Lt. Support ist das eine unzulässige Konfiguration.
   a.) sowas sollte sofort in der Konfiguration abgefangen und verhindert werden

   b.) Wesentlich besser wäre: Ich möchte beides kombinieren können: Importiere mir 1 Dokument (1 DocID) mit mehreren Dateien geklammert

   c.) ich vermisse allgemein Klammer-Optionen im DW-Import (Bordmittel von DW-Import)

   d.) ist dieses Verhalten hinter diesem Link bereits gefixt: ?

   Hintergrund: zu b.) und c.) Ich möchte einen Stapel scannen und mit Metadaten archvieren - dabei soll jede einzelne Seite als eine Datei im Archiv abgelegt werden. Das ginge mit externen Tools und .dwcontrol (Metadaten definiert das Dokument) allerdings ist der Aufwand dafür Monstermäßig..

   Thank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

5. Remove the name field

   When looking for imports all you need is the import and the folder. Adding a name is a duplication in steps.

6. The import makes no sense

   I currently have 4 imports with 300 to 9i000 files to be stored, When I press the Start ONCE, an import starts AND KEEPS GOING with no way to stop it. EVEN THOUGH the import says it is STOPPED it is not the RED STOPPPED but the IN IDLE stop....but is is still moving images. Then it give me a warning but the warning seems to mean nothing as Everything got stored....The whole thing is confusing.
   So to fix it I would:
   1: Change the NOT Stopped and waiting to do something to IDLE
   2: ADD a STOP button or change one to STOP and use it.
   3: Change the log output to tell the user what is going on
   4: Write a log file bigger than 100 items
   5: Write a manual or an entry into the online manual that explains what it is doing or SUPPOSE to be doing.

7. Autoscan/Scan hotkey

   I feel like it would be a good idea to have the option to allow the scanner to automatically scan documents into Docuware when it detects that there are papers placed into the paper tray, or maybe even allow the user to assign a hotkey on the keyboard that will start the scanning process.

8. Bei den Import Einstellungen die Option neben Sekunden und Minuten auch Stunden auswählen.

   Ich benötige die Funktion das der Import nur Dokumente abholt, die z.B. 48 Stunden alt sind. Leider kann man nur maximal 99 Minuten eingeben. Eintragen kann man 2880, aber bei weitergehen springt die Zahl wieder auf 99. Wieso kann das der DWUpload??? Dort kann ich 2880 min einstellen...

   Dies ist aktuell nicht geplant. Diese Funktion ist für Multifunktionsgeräte gedacht, die Dokumente im Netzwerk speichern. Diese sollten nicht länger als wenige Minuten benötigen, um eine Datei zu schreiben.

   Vielleicht können Sie uns Ihren Anwendungsfall näher beschreiben.
