Einfachere Navigation in der Konfiguration
Der Grad der Konfigurierbarkeit in DocuWare ist extrem groß.
Als DSC muss ich ständig von einer Stelle in der Konfiguration an eine andere.
Während ich den Trend zu einem klaren Interface in der Webkonfiguration begrüße, meine ich, dass man die Navigation in der Konfiguration effizienter machen könnte, so dass man sich nicht immer durch komplette Hierarchie klicken muss.
An einem Beispiel: Wenn ich eine Änderung an einen Suchdialog vornehmen möchte, warum muss ich die Seite anklicken (und laden) in der alle Einstellungen des Archivs zu sehen sind? Auf der Archivkachel ist ein Icon für die Dialoge und darunter steht die…6 votes -
Links aus E-Mailbenachrichtigungen sollen in ein DocuWare mit Menü führen
Aktuell ist in der Version 7.4, sowohl Cloud als auch OnPremise, bei Erhalt einer E-Mail-Benachrichtigung über zu erledigende Aufgaben nur die eine Aufgabe in DW mit dem Entscheidungsbaum sichtbar ohne DW-Menü. Wenn aber mehrere Aufgaben zu erledigen sind, muss der Kunde sich entweder in DW einloggen oder er muss für jede einzelne Aufgabe in der jeweiligen E-Mail auf den Link klicken. Das ist sehr unkomfortabel und es sollte in jedem Fall die Möglichkeit geben - wie in den Vorversionen - in ein DW mit Menü weitergeleitet zu werden.

Sort order in external select lists
In the data connector or external list configuration allow the ability to set the sort order by one or more fields in the data connection. Allow workflow designer or sys admin to define or modify the SQL query used to pull the data for the external select list to use WHERE and ORDER BY clauses.

Disable auto assignment of licenses in cloud.
If a License is held open a new AD user will auto-populate. This is a flaw and security issue. At the least it should be able to be disabled.

Single Sign-on is great however it automatically add all users from AD into Docuware and assigns them a license automatically.

This process negates the AD user management feature, if they still need to assign licenses manually. Additionally I noticed that ALL AD Groups could be added to Docuware automatically, typically only a subset of AD groups are used in Docuware.

Keep Hyperlinks within a document active in Docuware Viewer
It would be great if Docuware would keep hyperlinks in a document active. A user should be able to click on the link in a document when being viewed in the document viewer.

Viren-Scan / AntiVirus
Es wäre gut, wenn man beim Hochladen von Dateien (Drag and Drop // Desktop Apps // Connect to Mail/Outlook // Forms // ...) in den Briefkorb oder in das Archiv ein Viren-Scan durchführen könnte.
Ein Scan auf dem Dateisystem nach Ablage ist meiner Meinung zu spät, da entweder abgelegte Dokumente verschlüsselt sein könnten oder das System schon kompromittiert sein könnte, je nach dem wie DocuWare Dateien im Viewer behandelt und/oder welcher Code ausgeführt wird.
Eine mögliche Implementierung könnte ICAP sein, da hier ohne größeren Aufwand bestimmte HTTP-Daten an einen ICAP-Server weitergegeben werden können, der dann die Prüfung vornimmt und die…

Indexdialoge für Listen übernehmen
Die Konfiguration für Indexdialoge (Anordnung und Reihenfolge der Indexfelder) in Listen zum Anzeigen/Ändern von Indexeinträgen von Dokumenten sollte aus der der Anordnung/Reihenfolge der Indexeinträge aus Ablagedialogen od. Suchmasken übernehmbar sein.

Allow Connect to mail to ignore small signature images
When using the Connect to mail feature, I used to be able to ignore image files less than a certain size, so images that are in signature did not import into the document. This option is no longer available, so the signature image is now part of the document. Removing them is cumbersome when you are importing thousands of documents weekly into a document tray.

Add the ability read JSON response data as lists (add REST API as data connection)
It would be really nice in the age of cloud services to be able to establish data connections to REST APIs and read JSON responses into lists. Unfortunately, with many of the services that many clients use being cloud-based, they often have no access to backend database tables or views to create data connections to. Being able to hook up to generic REST APIs would solve this problem.

URL Creater Options
I would like to be able to create URL's that will take someone to the full Docuware interface while still redirecting them to the piece I want. Currently, if I want to take someone to their task list, it gives them a pruned down interface that doesn't allow them to use all of the features of docuware. Very confusing for the users, as there is no easy way to get the the full interface from the hobbled version.

Ablage des Mailtext über Connect to Mail ermöglichen.
Ist derzeit (DW 6.10) nur in Connect to Outlook möglich. Wäre schön, wenn das auch bei Connect to Mail möglich ist.

Webadministration: Anzeige Konfigurationen auch in tabellarischer Form
In der Webadministration werden Konfiguration (Importjobs etc.) grundsätzlich in Thumbnail-Form dargestellt. Die Möglichkeit auf eine tabellarische Ansicht bei sehr vielen Jobs umzuschalten würde die Übersichtlichkeit deutlich verbessern.

E-Mail-Benachrichtigung mit PDF-Anhang
Es wäre schön, wenn man bei E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen auch PDF-Dokumente und nicht nur Links mitsenden könnte.

URL Integration in Verbindung Touchscreens
Es wäre sehr hilfreich wenn die URL Integration so genützt werden könnte um den anschließend hochgehenden Viewer über ein Touchgerät zu nutzen. Gerade bei mehrseitigen Dokumenten ist der Blätter-Knopf nicht zu erreichen, da er zu klein ist. Mehrseitige Dokumente sollten mit wischen oder anderen Gesten durchblätterbar sein

Bitte in der Konfig von Connect to Mail Filtermöglichkeiten einbauen, so dass bestimmte Mailadressen nicht archiviert werden. Danke!
Momentan gibt es keine Filtermöglichkeit im Connect to Mail. Somit werden alle Emails archiviert. Danke!
