SFTP
Can we look at offering SFTP instead of unsecured FTP? There are many opportunities where i have sensitive or confidential information contained in .csv files that need to be processed but cannot be due to the lack of security in this area.

Optimizing access to document history
Problem: In the _AUD tables with more than 10 000 000 rows we are experiencing delays in consulting the document history.
The service is functional, the first log entries are displayed immediately, but after browsing the drop-down menu, the rest of the display takes more than 1 minute.
Solution: We want a development that avoids having to purge the _AUD tables.

Allow Processing Configurations in the General Email Connection
When using Connect to Outlook, you can assign a Watch Folder processing config to process the document. Using general email, you can not do this.
If you are using Connect to Outlook, your computer must be online in order to send the document to the cloud. With General Email, you are logged into the email account... so you are able to always capture the emails... but not process and index them.

In Email from Outlook it is possible to configure a document processing, it would be great to be able to do the same while using General EMail configuration.

Update option for preconfigured solutions
A possibility to update from an older version of a preconfigured solution to a current version would be very helpful. Currently, the new features advertised in the DocuWare UserInfo have to be recreated in the old version of the preconfigured solution with a lot of effort. At some point it probably makes sense to make the move to a current version.

Import "E-Mails allgemein" und "Dokumentenverarbeitung
Es wäre super, wenn man bei dem Import über "E-Mails allgemein" auch eine Importkonfiguration (Dokumentenverarbeitung) hinterlegen könnte, damit eingehende Dokumente auch mit einem Musterdokument abgeglichen werden können. Wie beim Printer, Connect 2 Outlook und der Ordnerüberwachung.

Workflow Manager Anmerkungen anbringen
Es wäre schön, im Workflowmanager Visuelle Anmerkungen einfügen zu können, um die Übersichtlichkeit und Kooperation zu verbessern.
So könnte ich mir Notizen machen, an welcher Stelle noch nachgebessert werden muss oder an welcher Stelle separate Workflows getriggert werden usw.
Einfache Anmerkungen wie auf jedem Dokument möglich würden reichen, schöner wären selbst erstellbare Icons (Baustellensymbol, Häkchen usw.)

In a form it is possible to configure a minumum and maximum value for a numeric field. Please make this also possible in the webclient store and edit dialogs

Please maintain Index details of a deleted document in Audit report to help deleted documents audit.
When i modify any document index values, Audit report screen shows modified record's details. But deleted record details are not shown.

Autoindex Zeit wieder kleiner machen
Die Ankündigung AI Zeitbasiert auf ein Minimum von 60 Min zu setzten stellt uns vor Probleme. Es ist nicht möglich alle AI Jobs Dokumentenbasiert zu steuern. Oft haben wir das Problem dass Dokumente ins Archiv kommen aber die Daten noch nicht da sind. Bei 60 Min ist dies für viele Anwendungsfälle m.E. nicht praxisrelevant. Zumindes bei On Premise Systemen würde ich mir Wünschen auch wieder eine Minute einstellen zu können. Hier Sollte man m.E. zwischen Cloud und On Premise unterscheiden

Desktop notifications
Windows Desktop Notifications should be a thing, in the same way as E-Mail notifications are. If one has Desktop Apps installed or allowed the WebClient to send notifications, a User should be able to receive Desktop notifications in addition to Mail notifications.

Set Logging Level for Local Data Connector
Requesting the ability to manage the logging level of the Local Data Connector logs. Currently, any event ran through the data connector is logged (including the sql query ran against the database). For one of our queries, this results in a log that grows in size by 250MB to 1GB (varies based on active purchase orders and invoices) over the course of 24 hours. Would like the ability to set this to be different levels from logging everything like it currently does, to only logging errors and critical events. So this logging control would be similar to the logging level…

Customer's want to have the sender address as their own company when email documents within workflows.

For Docuware to know who the manager of anyone else is, would be more efficient for approvals, example travel requisitions or leave approvals.

Löschfunktion im Briefkorb unterbinden
Es sollte möglich sein, die Löschfunktion auch im Briefkorb zu sperren bzw. nur bestimmten Benutzern zu ermöglichen.
Wir haben einen Kunden, der in den Filialen Dokumente in die DocuWare Briefkörbe scannt. Diese werden in der Zentrale indexiert und abgelegt. Hier sollte es nur bestimmten Benutzern möglich sein, z.B. fehlerhafte Dokumente zu löschen.5 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. User Reporting Capabilities
I would like to see who is using the system and what files each person has touched as well as how many people are in Docuware at any given moment.

Connect 2 Mail to also allow the usage of .msg not just .pdf and .eml
I think it is great you added the .eml to the Exchange configuration in Coonect2Mail feature of 6.6.
However the .eml extension does not allow for forward/reply/reply all from the right-click context menu. This is currently allowed with an Active import and Connect2Outlook stored emails.
The only way to forward/reply/reply all is to edit the document. This causes a security concern for users that do not have the edit right/ however they were still able to forward/reply/ reply all from the context menu.Please look at adding the emails as .msg again from the C2M module.

Batch user tools for managing users.
Some installations have hundreds or thousands of users. We need tools to manage sub-groups, for ex., the DW customer's customers customers, or enterprise customers with large divisions. In particular one function badly needed is a wayt to export users (and attributes) to CSV or Excel.

Wartungsmodus
Es sollte eine Art Wartungsmodus geben, mit dem alle Anwender (bis auf den Admin) vom Einloggen gehindert werden.
Dort könnten dann Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden, ohne die Gefahr, dass User falsche Daten / Fehlermeldungen während Änderungen erhalten.
