Be able to search for documents by what user stored them
When I am doing quality data checks on our documents that are stored in Docuware, it would be much easier to be able to search by what user stored the documents, not what what the document is/when it was stored.

google-search "ENTHÄLT" alternativ zu "BEGINNT MIT"
das "lostippen" und das Anzeigen von vorgeschlagenen Begrifflichkeiten funktioniert in DW wunderbar, wenn der gesuchte Begriff exakt so beginnt.
Ich habe den Wunsch erhalten, dass Docuware auch Begriffe vorschlagen soll, die den getippten Wert ENTHALTEN und nicht nur "BEGINNT MIT" als Treffer übereinstimmend hat.
Mein Versucht mit einer "Wildcard" - z.B. einem Sternchen oder einem Fragezeichen zu arbeiten blieb erfolglos. (natürlich nicht beim Klick auf den "Suchen-Button" - ich meine das proaktive Vorschlagen von Begriffen noch bei der Eingabe)Da es sicher auch die Anforderung geben kann, dass man das derzeitige Verhalten beibehält wäre mein Wunsch, dass man optional das…

Bring back the Print Result List button
Previous versions of the thick client had a Print Result List button that would print a result list directly to a printer. I have customers that use this to report on recently stored documents. Now they have several more steps to work around this missing button.
The older Thick client -
1. Search for documents.
2. Click button to print result list. - - It would be printed directly to a printer. (In a readable format.)The Web Client.

3. Open CSV in excel.

Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.Currently you can download the resultlist as an csv file and open this in Excel to print it.

Right Click on a value to search for all related documents based on this value
From the file cabinet, right click on any of the values and have ability to search for all related documents based on this value in this category. For example if Status = Indexed and I wanted to quickly search for all documents with this same value even though my search dialog had be set to another search type, then i can initiate a new search dialog from the right click and a drop down option.

Mehrfachauswahl in Feldern bei der Suche
Die vorgeschlagenen Ergebnisse in einem Suchfeld sollten per Mehrfachauswahl selektierbar sein und bei der Suche quasi automatisch mit "OR" verknüpft werden.
Für den Großteil der Anwender wäre das komfortabler und eingängiger, als die Suchbegriffe mit "OR" einzugeben.4 votes -
Suchen in Tabellenfeldern
Es wäre schön, wenn man innerhalb von Tabellenfeldern auch suchen kann (z. B. Buchungszeilen für DATEV Export > dann Suche nach Sachkontonummer).

provide a method of public access to docuware repositories
We are getting many requests both from existing customers and prospects for the ability to provide access to public record or read/only documents to a pool of users. Many are municipalities. Currently there is no way to share a pool of read only users or a way to accomplish this with Docuware cloud as far as I know of so we have to recommend alterntatives.

Rote Markierung im Highlight Search mit Fulltext
Im Smart Search, besser gesagt im Highlight Search mit Fulltext fehlt momentan die rote Markierung mit der gesagt wird wo auf dem Dokument der Begriff gefunden wurde.
Dieses wäre sehr praktisch auch hier einzufügen um nachzuvollziehen woher er diesen Begriff zieht.

"Document in workflow" flag in result list
It would be very helpful to have a flag in the result list to see which documents are currently in a workflow. At the moment the users will have to build rather complex searches for various different status entries to identify all documents which are still in a workflow process. If there was a flag like the paper clip for appended pages, it would help the users a lot

Indexeinträge ändern in Suche über mehrere Archive
Es sollte, genau wie bei der Suche in einem einzelnen Archiv, möglich sein, auch bei der Suche über mehrere Archive via Rechtsklick oder Tastenkombination (Strg+Alt+I) die Indexeinträge nachträglich zu ändern.

Change the max limit of results to more than 10K
When doing a blank search I want to determine how many documents are in a cabinet, it maxes out at 10K and also provides different numbers every time I search.
Why does this most basic feature not already exist? Has no one else ever wondered how many docs are in a cabinet?

File Cabinets in Alphabetical Order for Searches
I have 90 some file cabinets. I manually put them in alphabetical order. When I do a search they are not in alphabetical order. I have four columns to hunt through. It would seem that each column would be in alphabetical order. Not user friendly.

Bearbeitung Anzeige Document History
Sobald ich von einem Dokument die "Document Hisotry" anzeigen lasse, sehe ich welche User ein Dokument abgelegt haben (Stored By). Leider werden hier die Benutzer IDs angezeigt, die in meiner großen Umgebung für die User nichts sagen sind.
z.B. Max Mustermann = Benuter ID: MMU001
Für die Analyse von Dokumenten ist es zwingend notwenig das die User überprüfen können wer dieses Dokument abgelegt hat.
Ich benötige eine möglichkeit dort den User von Benutzer ID zu long Name zu ändern oder einfach ein Feld zu nutzen wo ich den long Name reinschreiben lasse.

show number of full text results within a document
Hi, When using full text search for key word(s), it would be really useful to know how many results with the document there are. We can see the number of documents it exists in but not the number of times within that document

A notice of being checked out is only shown if a subsequent viewer attempts to edit the document. A notice should also be provided that the document is check out even if they are only viewing it. Otherwise the user viewing the document is assuming that it is the most current version and may take action accordingly not knowing that they should actually wait and view the document later after any…

es sollten Summenfelder in Dialogen geben
Wir haben Listen Dialoge gebaut die alle Rechnungen des laufenden Monats anzeigt nun wäre es Mega Hilfreich, wenn wir bei den Rechnungen die Beträge addieren könnten, also eine Art Gesamtsummen in Dialogen

Schließen von Tabs - X nach links
Derzeit ist das "x" zum Schließen eines Tabs rechts positioniert. Wenn man "x" links positioniert, würde beim Schließen eines Tabs das "x" des dann offenen Tabs immer an der gleichen Stelle stehen. Die Mausbewegungen würde geringer ausfallen und die Mausposition kann beim Schließen mehrerer Tabs beibehalten werden.

Ergebnisliste Filter erweitern mit "nicht leer" oder "leer"
Wenn ich z.B. ein Hilfsarchiv habe, welches ich über Docuware pflege, benutze ich die Suche und sortiere mit der Filter Funktion die Ergebnisliste, um dann mehre Indexeinträge mit dem gleichen Wert zu ändern. Hier fehlt mir die Sortierungsoption bzw. Fitleroption, wie Sie auch Excel etc. bietet, "leer" oder "nicht leer". Ich kann nur nach eingetragenen Werten filtern. Wenn aber 0 Werte in der Spalte sind, lassen sich diese nicht filtern
