intelligent indexing field filter - add option to use Local Data Connector for dynamic lists
Currently you need to use a text file to update the Vendor field filter. Every time a new Vendor is added a new file needs to be uploaded. If you add the ability to use Local Data Connector this will update automatically.

Display ALL of the select list options even if a value is present
When a value is already present in an index field, popping up the menu of acceptable values only shows an option for what is already in the field! That's pretty much useless. The end used has to delete what is there before he can change it to something else.

Großbuchstaben nicht mehr möglich.
Bisher wurden alle Buchstaben automatisch in Großbuchstaben umgewandelt. Dank einer Konstanze in den Einstellungen war dies möglich. Das hat die indexierten Beleg einheitlich abgelegt. Seit dem letzten Update ist dies nicht möglich. Wir hätten diese Funktion unbedingt wieder.

Send email to the partner contact when 80% of the Intelling credit is reached
Right now only the customer contact receives an English message when 80% of Intelligent Indexing credit is used
The message should be in the langage configured in the portal and more important a copy should be send to the partner. So the partner could act before 100% of the limit is reached.

Zoom to intelligent index zone
Similar to many capture products Intelligent Indexing should have a configurable option to "zoom to zone" so that when the user is focused on a certain field (say the Invoice Number) the document viewer will zoom into that highlighted location on the document. This helps achieve a quicker review of the document. An example of this is attached.

I suggest to extend the color indicators by fill levels
Documents and index fields are marked with a color indicator that is either gree, yellow or red. This color represents how confident the service is for a proposed index value.
The color green actually represents a confidence range between 75% and 100% - there is no difference visible: 76% as well as 95% result in a green indicator.
The idea is to extend the color indicators by fill levels (as known i.e. from the battery status of a mobile phone), which would allow to distinguish the originating confidence between same-colored index fields and/or documents.

close the activity with the Enter key on the keyboard
If I have to validate multiple documents and modify indexes, it wolud be nice that after last index entry I can close the activity with the enter key.

Bring back the ability to Attach, Delete, or Skip a page when pre-indexing in a tray
The Windows Client allowed the user to essentially staple pages to a document when pre-indexing in the Storage Mask. You could select a group of scanned pages in a Basket, drag them to a store dialog, and click the pre-indexing check box. When clicked, this would enable three new buttons, Attach, Delete and Skip. This allowed the user to construct documents by attaching, deleting or skipping pages while indexing, without having to go back to a basket or tray. This was a big time saver in the Windows Client, and a big time waster when trying to accomplish the same…

automatische Ablage auf Basis von Belegdaten
In unserem Hause gibt es zu fast allen Rechnungen entweder Aufträge oder Verträge. Deren Auftrags-/ Vertragsnummern ließt das intelligent Indexing bereits zuverlässig in Indexfelder ein.
Anhand unserer externen DB unserer ERP können wir auf Basis dieser Daten die Indexierung für die Ablage vervollständigen, so dass die Ablage der Belege automatisiert werden könnte.
Aus unserer Sicht könnte so das intelligent Indexing nach seinem Prozess diese Vervollständigung vornehmen und dann einfach die Ablage vornehmen. Der MItarbeiter kümmert sich nur noch um den Rest, der nicht vervollständig werden konnte.

Leeres Indexfeld suchen als Auswahl
Es ist möglich, mit EMPTY() und NOTEMPTY() nach leeren und befüllten Feldern zu suchen. (siehe https://start.docuware.com/de/blog/produkt/suchparameter-f%C3%BCr-gezielte-ergebnisse)
Es wäre praktischer, wenn man sich nicht die Befehle dazu merken muss, sondern es über die integrierte Dropbox einfach dies Auswählen könnte.

Empty() in Date Field
It should be possible to search for empty date fields (Search Dialogue). Currently, this function is only possible as a list.

Es sollte möglich sein nach leeren Datumsfelder zu suchen (Suchdialog). Aktuell ist diese Funktion nur als Liste möglich.

Allow Connect to Outlook to use Document Processing on Email Body, not just attachments.
Currently you can only use a Document Processing configuration to capture OCR indexing zones and anchors on attachments. If the email is converted to a PDF when stored, we should be able to capture values from the email body as well.

Stichwörte als Ordnungskriterium für Ordner Struktur
Es wäre sehr hilfreich um eine elektronische Akte abzubilden, das die Ordnerstruktur auch Stichwortfelder auswerten könnte.
Zu jedem einzelnen Stichwort müsste dann ein eigener Ordner simuliert werden, welcher alle Dokumente mit diesem Stichwort im Stichwort Feld darstellt.
Hier geht es um eine Vertragsakte, wo einige Dokumente mehreren vertragsnummer zugeordnet sein kann.
Es wäre nicht sehr zielführend, Doublette hier abzulegen.6 votes -
Provide different sort settings for keyword fields
It seems to be the case, that if an MSSQL Database (DocuWare Cloud) is used, keyword field entries are automatically sorted in an alphabetical order after applying changes to them.
This is not the case for MySQL Databases. Sometimes the order/sorting of the entered values are important for the customer or special use cases. It would be very nice to have possibilites to select how or if the entered values should be sort/ordered.6 votes -
Intelligent Indexing and Colour Blindnees
I have a client that has red-green colour blindness which affects 8% of the male population. This makes Intelligent Indexing difficult as he can not tell which documents have been successfully indexed.
I propose a graphical representation of the indexing status such as a letter to represent the status i.e. G, Y or R. This will also have a benefit as you be able to sort the documents by indexing status.6 votes -

Autoindex monitor should show updated documents
The Auto Index monitor in DocuWare 6.11 shows the number of documents processed, not the number of documents updated. I like that it now shows how many documents were processed. It would be nice if it showed both the documents processed and the number that were updated.
