connect2outlook mit Importkonfiguration
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man bei der automatischen Ablage von Connect2Outlook und auch bei Connet2Mail eine Importkonfiguration mit einem Template für bekannte Rechnungen anlegen könnte wie es für die Desktop Apps möglich ist.

WebClient: Windows Fenster wenn Datei erfolgreich in DW gespeichert ist deaktivieren
bei Ablage durch "Datei -> Speichern unter" in Windows DW Ordner, wird ein Windows Fenster mit Meldung "Die Datei wird erfolgreich gespeichert" immer angezeigt. Mann muss diese Popup Fenster jedes mal weg klicken. Für die Benutzer, die durch diese Verfahren jeden Tag vielen Dokumente speichern müssen, ist es sehr umständlich. Es ist sehr hilfsreich, durch Einstellung diese Popup Fenster deaktivieren zu können. Oder die Meldung wird anderes gezeigt statt popup Fenster, so dass die Benutzer nicht jeden Tag hundert mal die Popup Fenster weg klicken müssen.

Validation Before Store and return corrected data in awnser
The validation option should also be anble to be done before storage. In this way customers can correct index data to their specs. Or add index data to sthe store option.

Being able to make a selectlist via an API CALL
BEcause more and more applications are SaaS application, it is harder and harder to make a select list from data from other applications or databases. This is because SaaS applications like finance application, protect access to their database directly. The only way to do this is via API calls. In this way the customer can control the API reguest and manipulate, alter, or adjust the return awnser that fills the select list.
This is a must have for Docuware to be able to integrate with other applications which databases are not reachable.2 votes -
Änderungsdatum als Vorschlag für Indexfelder im Web Client wie Dateiname, Dateityp, Erstelldatum
Im Web Client werden die Dateieigenschaften Dateiname, Dateityp und Erstellungsdatum zum anklicken angeboten. Hier fehlt mir das Änderungsdatum.
Konkreter Fall: Bilder sollen abgelegt werden. Ich habe mir diese auf meinen PC kopiert. Das Änderungsdatum entspricht jetzt dem eigentliche Aufnahmedatum, das Erstellungsdatum ist aber das Datum, an dem die Datei kopiert wurde. Im Archiv interessiert mich aber das Aufnahmedatum.2 votes -
Create Blank Store Dialogs
It would be really helpful to have the option for a blank store dialog option instead of left clicking all the options I dont want. We have around 100 index fields and sometimes I just want 3 or 4.

Es sollte möglich sein, dass ein gerade abgelegtes Dokument sofort automatisch im Viewer geöffnet wird - z.B. um gleich einen bestimmten Stempel anzubringen

When you are in a file, there should be a note tab to write a note regarding any recent notes to the file.

Duplikate entfernen
Es wäre gut, wenn man auch Duplikate (wie in Excel) entfernen könnte. z.B. wenn man aus versehen mehrere Dokumente doppelt archiviert hat.

documentcreation tool
most document management software offers the possibilities to extract stored document data and export it into a Word template. From there you can complete the document and store it as a new document in DocuWare. I guess this issue has been asked a few years ago and i don't see it comming. Most of my prospects are asking for this feature.

Rechnungen bezahlt stempeln
Wenn Rechnungen bezahlt gestempelt werden, sollte man in DW im Stempelfeld ein Standarddatum und eine Standardbank auswählen können. damit man es nicht jedes Mal aufs Neue auswählen muss.

Wir würden gern aus eine Worddatei eine PDF erstellen können, die automatisch voll indexiert abgelegt wird.
Hintergrund: Word-Dateien werden im Archiv bearbeitet und durchlaufen einen Workflow. Am Ende wird das Dokument als PDF abgespeichert, versandt, in den Briefkorb gezogen und ebenfalls abgelegt.
Wir würden gern direkt im Archiv aus der Worddatei eine PDF erstellen, die automatisch mit den Indexwerten der Worddatei abgelegt wird.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Field Mask
In the field mask option, there is not the possibility to set a configuration about a "password type". This means the user can digit a password (for stamps for example) and the data are display as "******".
In workflow step I can set several condition where I ask a password, but in this case it's write in visible way.

Indexierung mit Tastenkombination, sollte wie in den alten Versionen möglich sein
In früheren Docuwareversionen war es möglich die Indexfelder mit der Tastenkombination ALT und E automatisch zu füllen. Es war egal ob das erste abgelegte Dokument aus dem Benutzerbriefkorb oder über eine automatische Ablage (Tiffmaker...) im Archiv stand. Das geht jetzt nur noch mit Dokumenten die aus einem Briefkorb abgelegt wurden. Tastenkombination STRG ALT L Das erschwert unsere Ablagetätigkeit erheblich.

Ablageoptionen "Vorindexieren" und "Aus Briefkorb löschen"
Die Optionen sollten aus den Einstellungen des Ablagedialogs übernommen werden, so wie das auch im Windows Client der Fall war.

Allow Control of Filing Dialogs by Screen and Operation
Please add the ability to control which filing dialogs are shown depending on the screen or operation.
Currently, the filing dialogs available to users are controlled by their access permissions for each filing dialog. However, in addition to permission-based control, we would like to control which filing dialogs are displayed for each screen or function.
For example:
・when storing documents from the Document Tray
・when using the “Copy” function from the right-click menu on the search results screen or list screen
This would allow more detailed and flexible control based on actual business workflows.1 vote -
Bei der Ablage den den gewählten Dialognamen sehen
Die Anwender finden es immer wieder gut, wenn man bei einer Dokumentenablage den ausgewählten Ablagedialog lesen kann, nicht nur das Archiv. Gerade in komplexeren Strukturen sehr hilfreich.
