1. Ergebnisdialogfelder aus der Suche übernehmen

   Wer häufig viele und stark individualisierte Suchdialoge für seine Kunden konfiguriert würde sich sehr darüber freuen, wenn bei der Anlage einer Ergebnisliste bereits nur die Feldnamen eingeblendet werden würden, die bei der Suche definiert wurden und auch die Feldnamen im Dialog gleich mit übernommen werden würden. Das gleiche gilt dann natürlich für den Indexdialog.

   Individuelle Suche erstellen > Neue Ergebnisliste für diese Suche erstellen > Ergebnisliste auf Basis der Suche erstellen > Indexdialog auf Basis der Suche erstellen.

2. Usersync Tool v2 - autom. Lizenzvergabe deaktivieren

   Da in der Version 7.10 die Lizenzverwaltung in die Benutzerverwaltung verschoben wurde fehlt nun eine einfache und komfortable Verwaltung der Lizenzen komplett und eine Zuweisung wurde maximal erschwert (Named vs WF License).

   Helfen würde eine Checkbox im User Sync Tool, welche eine automatische Lizenzvergabe verhindert (analog zur Checkbox für die Briefkörbe).

   Ich kann nicht ständig die Benutzerverwaltung durchgehen, jedem User die Lizenzen entziehen die vergeben wurden und anschließend auf Basis der Kundenvorgabe neu verteilen.

   Für Sie getestet bei einem AD-Sync mit 100namend und 100WF Lizenzen.

   Besser noch: Die Lizenzverwaltung wieder aktivieren....

3. Das Intervall des Desktop Services sollte durch eine Einstellung konfigurierbar sein

   Aktuell wird der Job etwa alle zwei Sekunden ausgeführt und initialisiert jedes Mal den Datenbanktreiber neu. Das hat zur Folge, dass ein entsprechend hoher Aufwand entsteht, der sich in CPU-Last und außerordentlich vielen Events im ProcessMonitor äußert.
   Wir beobachten mit dem ProcessMonitor sobald die DocuWare Desktop Apps unter Windows installiert sind, respektive die DocuWare.Desktop.exe und DocuWare.DesktopService.exe laufen, innerhalb von fünf Minuten etwa 900.000 Events mehr im Gegensatz zu einem Windows ohne DocuWare Desktop Apps. Für dieses Verhalten dieser beiden Prozesse ist keine aktive Nutzung der DocuWare Desktop Apps erforderlich.

4. Erzwingen von Textshots bei Verwendung von Connect to Mail

   Es sollte möglich sein, auch bei Connect to Mail das Erzeugen neuer Textshots erzwingen zu können. Gerade in Umgebungen, in denen keine Desktop Apps zum Einsatz kommen können, bleibt oft nur Connect to Mail für einen automatisierten Import nach DocuWare. Da viele Kunden hier jedoch zahlreiche Dokumente mit unbrauchbaren oder nur teilweise vorhandenen Textshots (aufgrund grafischer Elemente) erhalten, ist hier viel manuelle Indexierungsarbeit nötig.

   Innerhalb der Windows Explorer Ordnerstruktur ist es möglich Schnellzugriffe anzulegen.
   Diese Funktion fehlt innerhalb des Webclients, gerade wenn intensiv mit der Ordnerstruktur gearbeitet ist ein "durchhangeln" sehr umständlich.

8. Die Schriftarten in Forms Vorlagen mit den wichtigsten Arten wie Calibri etc. zu erweitern!

   Es gibt nur 5 Schriftarten in Forms. In DocuWare direkt gibt es mehrere. Diese sollten in gleicher Art und Weise in Forms verfügbar sein um einheitlich auch ggü. Kunden und Lieferanten auftreten zu können. In vielen Unternehmen muss CO eingehalten werden.

9. Rules/Conditions for deleting a document

   Today, a user who has the right to delete a document can delete it whatever the state of the document (its status, its progress in a workflow).

   In addition to custom profiles and restrictions in the Result list functions, it would be very useful to be able to set conditions for deleting a document.

   For example, a document cannot be deleted if its status is "sent to accounting". Or the other way around : a document can only be deleted if it has a status included in "new document" or "to be validated", etc.

   To date, the workaround which consists of restricting deletion rights only in a list where the documents have a defined status works is very restrictive.

    Zurzeit ist es nicht möglich, Request Header einzufügen. Wir haben mehrere Webservices, wo die Autorisierung als Beispiel via Request Header Token erfolgt. Das müssen wir aktuell über einen Umweg implementieren.

11. Ability to use Roles instead of hard-coded user names in workflow designer's tasks validation

    In workflow task validation (data input validation condition) use of Roles should be added currently (V7.5) only hard-coded user names can be specified so if the user needs to be removed or added (because employees change), it creates a new version of workflow and that causes issue because the change is only effective for new documents and not effective for the existing ones.

13. Autoindex und Löschregel jährlich ausführen

    Es ist nur möglich monatlich bei der Ausführung auszuwählen, während alle 6 Monate den größten Abstand darstellt. Gerne würde ich bestimmte Jobs nur einmal pro Jahr ausführen. Dafür müsste die Auswahl bitte auf alle 12 Monate erweitert werden.

14. Add the ability to restore deleted Workflow Tasks

    Without knowing we stopped workflows for employees that are no longer here. Tired of getting emails that wont deliver. We didnt realize this would stop the flow for all users. It would be nice if when a workflow is stopped that it is moved to the recycle bin where we can restore

15. Dokumentenverarbeitung - Metadaten-Format XML unterstützen

    Viele ERP-Hersteller können zu den PDF-Ausgangsbelegen im Standard eine XML in einem Verzeichnis abstellen, jedoch keine DWCONTROL.
    Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn DocuWare XML-Dateien bei der Dokumenten- bzw. Metadatenverarbeitung unterstützen würde.

16. Admin - Reporting

    For a scalable product, it is time to provide more details on usage in the form of a report or KPI on a dashboard. We need a breakdown of how each cabinet is being used, not just the overall account. We cannot perform chargebacks to departments who use different cabinets proportionally to our overall account storage consumption.

18. Texte von Zellen der Ergenislisten per Mausklick ändern

    um in der aktuellen Version 7.9 (cloud) Werte von Indexfeldern ändern zu können, muss man ein Dokument anklicken und das Dialogfeld "Indexeinträge ändern" anklicken.

    In einigen Fällen wäre es jedoch praktischer, wenn man direkt in der Ergebnisliste auf einen eintrag klick, um dann einen Text (oder Wert) eingeben zu können. Dies würde das Ändern von Indexeinträgen erheblich beschleunigen.

    Diese Funktion sollte mind. für den Admin zur Verfügung stehen.

19. System should inform the administrator that user ID already exists

    If I have two users with a long name, e.g. "Katarzyna Nowak" and "Katarzyna Kowalska", the system prompts the user ID "KATARZYN"
    While this is ok when creating the first user, with the second one this name cannot be used and the system does not inform about it, but changes the user ID to a random string of characters. System should in such a case prevent the creation of such a user and inform the administrator that such a user ID already exists.

20. Öffnen eines Ordners in der Ordnerstruktur verbessern

    Für alle die bisher für ihre Daten eine Ablage im Dateisystem hatten und jetzt die Dokumente in Docuware ablegen wollen, ist die Verwendung von Docuware Ordner eine super Sache. Allerdings gibt es einen großen Nachteil. Um auf Dokumente in einem speziellen Ordner zugreifen zu können muss die ganze Ordnerstruktur durchgeklickt werden. Bei uns sind z.B. alle Dokumente für die Projekte in einer definierten Struktur abgelegt. Um z.B. auf alle Dokumente für einen Bestellakt zuzugreifen müsste man in Docuware sich durch 5 Ordner klicken. Bei hunderten von Projekten nicht machbar. Man könnte natürlich nach allen Dokumenten für einen Bestellakt suchen, verliert dabei aber die Struktur der Ablage.

    Es gibt aus meiner Sicht 3 Möglichkeiten die Ordnerstruktur zu verbessern.

    1. Öffnen eines Ordners als Parameter für den Explorer analog zu "explorer c:\Temp". Das ist aber wahrscheinlich sehr schwierig.

    2. Zugriff über eine Verknüpfung. Derzeit kann man ja im Explorer für einen Ordner eine Verknüpfung am Desktop erstellen, die dann ganz normal über einen Aufruf oder im Explorer geöffnet werden kann. Allerdings funktioniert die Generierung der Verknüpfung nur manuell. Wenn man das per Script durchführen könnte, wäre schon viel erreicht.

    3. Erweiterung des URL Generators um einen Link zu einem Ordner zu generieren. Wir verwenden diese Methode schon um Links zu Dokumenten mit Powershell zu generieren. Super Sache.
