Result list functions in workflow task lists
DW 7.6 said that the result list functions are available in the task workflow lists, but it seems not all functions are available such export CSV the results. It'd be a great idea if ALL functions are available

Nach der Suche wird die Ergebnisliste angezeigt. In dieser wäre es klasse, wenn die Suchergebnisse noch weiter eingeschränkt werden können (z.B. mit Checkboxen) Siehe Anhang

Be able to send recurring reminders in a workflow task
Would be nice if we can send recurring reminders in a workflow task until it has been actioned. For example, "send a reminder email every x days".

Enhance Notifications to include more fields in the message
Would help if we can select multiple fields for the Notifications in the Message tab. Currently we can select one field and have it be a link. Would ALSO like to select other fields to show. For example:
Customer Name field
Date field
Information field
Document Name field - this one could be the one that is a linkThere could be multiple documents for the same customer with different dates, and it would be most useful to show this in the notification received.

Definition Kriterium für Stickwortfeld auf auf Teile eines Feldes
Es ist in einer Listenkonfiguration nicht möglich, bei Kriterien auf Teile eines Stickwortfeldes zuzugreifen.
Enthält Anweisung greift nur auf das ganze Stickwortfeld zu. Zudem ist es auch nicht möglich mittels einer Ist(Where-Klausel) auf Teile eines Feldes zuzugreifen.
Konkret geht es darum, dass man in der Liste alle Dokumente anzeigen lässt, die in einem bestimmten Stichwortfeld teile des "Login des Benutzers" haben soll.

Documents in Stopped Workflows
The ability to be able to automatically update an index field of a document went the document has gone through a workflow, errors out, and you manually stop the workflow. We have a customer that scans so many invoices that if there is an error in one of the workflows, we could get 25 failed tasks before the error is updated. And then, they have to manually stop all of those workflows and resubmit the invoice, creating duplicate entries. Indexwert in einer Spalte in einer Tabelle einfügen
Hintergrund ist, wir haben eine Spalte "Zielort", dieser ist kann leider nicht zuverlässig übertragen werden. Deswegen müssen wir den Ort in jeder Zeile per Hand eintragen. Besser wäre es, wenn man den Ort in die ganze Spalte einfügen kann, bzw. mehrere Zeilen einer Spalte markieren könnte und dann einfügen könnte.

Löschen von Spalten in Tabellen
Die Funktion, Tabelle übertragen finde ich sehr gut, leider überträgt dieser nicht immer in die richtige Spalte. Im Nachgang wäre es schön, wenn man die ganze Spalte löschen kann.

Workflow Aufgaben - ändern von Indexfelder auch ohne Berechtigung
Es wäre schon wenn Indexwert-Änderungen die durch eine Aufgabe durchgeführt werden nicht mit den Berechtigungen des Anwenders durchgeführt werden, sondern mit denen des hinterlegten Workflow-Benutzers (meist dwadmin).
Durch die Workflow Aufgabe wird bereits festgelegt welche Felder durch eine Bestätigung geändert werden sollen.
Das würde Fehlermeldungen bei der erst Einrichtung eines WF minimieren + Benutzern hätten im Normalen Indexwert Bearbeiten auch nicht die Berechtigung Workflow spezifische Felder zu ändern.

Da wir tagtäglich unternehmensweit mit SVG-Dateien arbeiten, ist eine Unterstützung dieses Dateiformates durch DocuWare für unsere Archive notwendig. Wir bitten um eine adäquate Ablage und Anzeige aus dem Archive heraus. Vielen Dank.

Enforce Single Sign on: Add the Role Organization Administrator or a User of this Role to the excluded policy list,automatically
It happes quite often, that the SSO enforcement is activated but administrators oversee the warning message, to exclude a user or a role from this policy.
It is not unusual, that administrative DocuWare users are not connected with an SSO Login, due to security or other reasons.

Es wäre schön, wenn man beim Herunterladen zwischen Layern auswählen könnte
Wenn man z.B: zwei Layer nutzt, ist auf einem der Buchhaltungsstempel und auf dem anderen eine firmeninterne Notiz. Es wäre schön, wenn man hier beim herunterladen zwischen den Layern auswählen könnte, da sich auch manchesmal das Geschriebene überlappt, weil nicht jeder Nutzer des Workflows alle Layer zur Verfügung hat, bzw. Zugang hat. Dann wird es bei allen Layern sonst teilweise beim Herunterladen leider unübersichtlich.

fix the workflow designer to recognize when a local data connection has been restored
First I would like to thank DocuWare for no longer supporting MSSQL versions < 11. I would like to thank DocuWare even more for not letting me know before the update that broke my data connection. Having said that, I got the database updated and the local data connector setup but now all of my workflows that were affected by the data connector being broken need to be fixed. It would be really nice if it would just look and see that oh yeah the data source is there now and use it rather than forcing me to go into…
