Der Button "Datensatz erstellen" ausblenden
Im Client lassen sich Datensätze ohne angehängte Datei über "Datensatz erstellen" ablegen. Es wäre es möglich diesen (Button - Datensatz erstellen) auch auszublenden.

Specify Destination for failed identification
I should be able to tell an Import folder what Document Tray to use if an import fails. This would allow failed jobs to go to a document tray used by multiple people, where they could be taken care of at a greater speed.

Workflow Designer: Auslöser Bedinungen mehrere Kriterien
Es wäre gut wenn als Auslöser-Bedingungen auch die "Allgemeine Suchmaske" mit vielen Bedingungen vorhanden wäre.
Wir haben zum Teil sehr komplexe Workflow und müssen aktuell immer prüfen das nicht mehrer Workflows sich kolidieren.16 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee.

Offline Synchronisation ausgewählter Ordner
Wie man es bereits aus Cloud-Diensten kennt, sollte es eine Möglichkeit der Offline-Synchronisation auch beim DocuWare Windows Explorer Client geben. (Sowohl bei der Cloud, als auch bei der on premise Lösung). Um diese Funktionalität zu haben, muss oft noch parallel mit z. B. One Drive gearbeitet werden.

Ich schlage vor, dass die Anmerkungsebene nicht nur für die Stempel aus bzw. eingeblendet werden kann - sondern auch für das Dokument.
Da teilweise so viele Stempel auf einem Dokument vorhanden sind, wäre es vom Vorteil auch nur die Stempel sehen zu können. Die Funktion aus bzw. einblenden von Dokumenten wäre hilfreich.

Bei Fulltext-Suche soll die Anzahl der Treffer pro Dokument angezeigt werden
Wenn man nach einem BEGRIFF in Fulltext sucht, wird eine Ergebnisliste zurückgegeben. Nach Doppelklick in dieser Ergebnisliste auf ein Dokument soll dann die Anzahl der Treffer pro Dokument im Viewer angezeigt werden.

Place Hoders for Signatures
When opening a document that needs stamping/signing, it would be great if stamp go automatically go to a predefined location on the document (signature field).

Zuweisen von Rollen aus Indexfeldern und globalen Variablen
Unsere Kunden arbeiten im Projektgeschäft und verwenden projektbezogene E-Mail-Adressen (20-50 Adressen je Kunde). Sämtliche dort eingehende E-Mails werden über Connect to Mail in ein DW-Archiv importiert. Dort wird ein Posteingangsworkflow gestartet um die jeweiligen Gruppen bzw. Projektteams (2-5 Personen) zu informieren. Leider kann man derzeit keine Rollen aus Indexfeldern oder aus globalen Variablen im Workflow zuweisen. Aktuell bleibt uns nur die Möglichkeit für jedes Projekt einen eigenen Workflow bereitzustellen, bei dem die passende Rolle fest hinterlegt ist.
Aktuell versuchen wir mit einem View die Mitglieder einer Gruppe sowie deren Anzahl auszulesen und diese im Workflow über eine Schleife nacheinander abzufragen…

Gruppierung nach Datum im Windows Explorer Client
Wir nutzen aus dem alten Windows Client die Baumansicht welche nach dem Ablagedatum gruppiert ist. Leider ist die Gruppierung nach Datum und Integer Werten im Windows Explorer Client nicht möglich. Dieses sollte aber recht leicht wieder zu implementieren sein.

Link documents manually
Add a function to link manually two or more documents. We have a lot documents from different areas (Finance, Sales, Production etc.) but for the same product (movie trailer etc.). We want to search for the Trailer and want to see all documents about it.
All the documents itself are indexed in docuware. Clipping is not a solution, because all the documents are indexed in the System.16 votesThank you for your idea. Weniger Beschränkungen im Umgang mit SQL-Queries: Views und nicht nur Where-Klausel
Im WF-Manager in DW 6.7 habe ich zwar die Möglichkeit externe Daten abzufragen, bin aber auf TABLES und rein auf die WHERE-Klausel beschränkt.
Wenn ich einen VIEW nutzen könnte, dann wäre das Problem schon gelöst, da ich ein case select brauchen würde.
Das Thema mit der Where-Klausel könnte man im übrigen auch auf alle anderen Bereiche in Docuware ausweiten - nur die Where-Klausel nutzen zu können beschränkt einen sehr (bei den Auswahllisten kann ja noch ein Subselect machen) In diesem Fall will ich keine AWL sondern für einen zeitkritischen Prozess brauche ich automatisch gefüllt zu diesem Dokument ganz bestimmte Werte…16 votes -
Übersichtlichkeit bei den Aufgabenslisten
Die Möglichkeiten einer farblichen Darstellung ählich wie bei den alten Content Folders geht vielen Kunden bei den Aufgabenslisten ab. Es wäre toll, wenn hier eine Priorisierung oder farbliche Kodierung möglich wäre.

Visual improvements to Workflow Designer
I would like the ability to reorder Decisions within a task and their outputs, alter the size and shape of activities, and select a bunch of the activities and move them all at once. Right now it is very tedious and time-consuming to design a workflow that is visually clear.
16 votesThank you for your contribution. We are now working on a new version of the Workflow Designer, which will bring a whole new user experience, so we set this wish to “Planned”.
I’d like to point out that a couple of things are possible in the meantime, like reordering decision and now also reordering data assignments. Multiselect will come with the new version.
In case of changing size and shape of the activities, we are not planning to do this currently.
I’d be happy to learn why and how this would help you in your daily work. -
Mehrere Indexfelder bei Stapelverarbeitung
Beim indexieren von mehreren Dokumenten/E-Mails kann bei einer Massen Indexänderung nur ein Feld bei mehreren Dokumenten geändert werden.
Die User müssen aktuell z.B. 5 Mal die E-Mails anfassen um 5 Indexe zu ändern.
Hier würde es den Usern eine große Zeit Ersparnis bringen, wenn man die Möglichkeit hätte, mehrere Felder bei der Massen Indexierung gleichzeitig zu ändern.16 votes -
Pre-load upcoming pages in web viewer so pages load instantly
When a document is opened in the web viewer, it can take a while to render each page. Instead of waiting until the user clicks "Next page", the viewer should pre-download the next few pages in the background. This way, when the user clicks the Next Page button, the page can be displayed instantly.
This would make navigating documents much quicker/simpler for the users. Presenting content to the user as quickly as possible, even if it causes unnecessary bandwidth, is a primary concern of any CMS. It should be just as fast as browsing photo albums on popular social networking…

URL integration
The Mobile Client should Support URL Integration like the WebClient.
For example to open a document with DWDOCID on a mobile device with the native app
docuware://[platform URL]/[FileCabinet]?did=[DOCID]
or for searching
docuware://[platform URL]/[FileCabinet]?q=[QUERY]the DocuWare HTML5 app should support this with additional parameters appended to the base URL of the app.

Our customers have to have the Placeholder function of the Field Masks included in the Web Client
According to your FAQ #1858, Because of technical reasons it is not possible to display in Web Client placeholders in fields with field masks. Only in Windows Client placeholders can be displayed.
A large portion of our customer base is comprised of County Clerk’s Office within the State of Indiana. The primary field that they use to look up documents is a 24-character Cause Number, which includes numbers and letters separated by dashes in a state-defined format. In the Windows Client, we create a field mask which not only eliminates input errors but speeds data entry. The first 2 digits…

When using 'Keep Entries' have an option NOT to carry over field which is 'FileName'
When Multiple documents with similar Index data are stored, an option should be available to have the 'File Name' field come from the next document, not carried over from previous one. Would be even better if a selection can be made which fields are carried over and which are not.

DocuWare Printer weiter drucken
Der Anwender soll die Möglichkeit haben, selbst zu bestimmen, ob das Dokument weiter gedruckt werden soll oder nur im Archiv/Briefkorb landet.
Über eine Konfiguration ist dies nicht möglich, da es kein Unterscheidungskriterium für den Weiterdruck gibt.JEtzt muss also zweimal gedruckt werden (Beim Tiffmaker gab es dafür zwei verschiedene Druckkonfigurationen)

Remember the last used annotation after moving to next/previous document
In the web client when you choose an annotation such as the "Write text on overlay" it does not remember the last used annotation function after changing pages. The windows client would remember the last function and not require the user to continually click the same function over and over again. This becomes very frustrating when working on a large batch of files. Please see the attached file for a detailed walk through of the problem.
