Filter by names of document trays (or also file cabinets)
A customer - accounting company - has hundreds of customers and each has it´s own doc. tray. It would be helpful if they were able to search by name in document tray list.

Give the ability to generate a report of how many documents have been stored to a document tray/how many docs were stored from said tray
It would be very helpful to have a report that shows the history of a doc tray and all of the files that entered it and were stored from it

„Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man im Verlauf der Workflow-Entscheidungen die Möglichkeit hätte, den Filter für den Workflow zu speichern oder eine Vorauswahl im Benutzerkontext zu hinterlegen. Möchte man alle Aufgaben sehen, müsste man den Filter auf ‚alle auswählen‘ setzen. Nach der Bearbeitung einer Aufgabe springt der Filter jedoch wieder auf die Grundeinstellung zurück, sodass nur die eigene ‚in Bearbeitung‘-Aufgabe angezeigt wird. Das bedeutet, dass der Filter nach jeder erledigten Aufgabe erneut angepasst werden muss. Es wäre daher wünschenswert, eine feste Einstellung einrichten zu können, die diese wiederkehrende Änderung vermeidet.“

Ability to embed external links in the Web Client to be provided.
DocuWare's unique settings and work manuals are prepared for each user. This function is necessary to access these.
For example, providing a feature that allows users to freely embed hyperlinks next to the "DocuWare" logo in DocuWare Web Client solves this problem.
Users can click the link to view the original operation manual whenever necessary.

The list of currently available users to select from is displayed as a list of login names.
For example, in a workflow, when selecting the next assignee on a task, there is a risk of making a mistake with the login name, so we would like to have a list of users that includes the first name and last name.1 vote -

Choose what to export as preconfigured solution
Having the possibility to choose which file cabinet/parts of the configuration we want to export as a DWBUC file. Right now, when we export, it's the whole configuration no choice.

Document Name is no longer retained via Edit & Send in version 7.9+
The infrastructure team confirmed the following behavior was changed on purpose due to another Bug starting in versions 7.9+: when editing any documents via Edit &Send that have an index field set as Document name, the Document name is no longer retained, as it used to be, and now reflects the Original File name. We need the change to revert to how it used to be. The document name should be retained once opened in its native application via Edit & Send.

Dokumentverarbeitung: BT-Felder bei E-Rechnungen angeben
Es wäre hilfreich bei der E-Rechnungskonfiguration, wenn in der Dokumentverarbeitung zusätzlich die BT-Felder, zwecks Eindeutigkeit und schnellerer Zuordnung angegeben sind.

concatenate form fields in indexes and merge fields
There is another post for date calculations in forms that is also important but my problem is that I am trying to idiot proof my forms because people can't seem to enter the date correctly. I realize that this is a PEBCAK (problem exists between chair and keyboard) problem but my fix to it is that I index the day of birth with a select list of 31, the month of birth with a select list of 12 and a year of birth. Then in a workflow I put them all together as a date. It is a bit obnoxious.…

Groups in email task
Allow Group selection when assigning users to an email. Also nice if it worked the same way as Task Assignment where you can select all in the group, or specific users in the group.

Be able to decide which signers gets the signed document sent on email from ValidatedID
In validatedID you can send a document to signature to multiple signers.
And you can also get ValidatedID to sent the signed document to the signers afterwards.. But you can't in the current integrations select if all should get the signed document from ValidatedID. They support it in the API but its not implemented in the integration1 vote -
Azure-Gruppen Synchronisation mehr Auswahl
Wenn wir mehr als 1.000 Berechtigungsgruppen für Docuware haben, müssen wir jede Gruppe einzeln anklicken, um sie auszuwählen. Es ist nicht möglich, alle gefilterten Gruppen gleichzeitig auszuwählen oder mit der Leertaste schnell eine Auswahl vorzunehmen.
Wir benötigen dringend eine Lösung, damit wir nicht den ganzen Tag damit verbringen, unsere 1.800 Gruppen zweimal manuell auszuwählen. Das ist sehr ineffizient und unpraktisch.1 vote -
Automatic clipping
Automatic clipping of documents based on a common predefined index field to avoid users having to manually clip documents together because of indexing the documents; usually documents are stored separately and would appreciate if the system can auto clip based on a criteria defined in the designer or auto index configuration.

We need to have a counter in the workflow designer as an activity to enable creation of loops in the workflow based on number of iterations. The counter can be used in conjunction with workflow conditions to create loops and termination of loops.

I suggest that we have the ability to automatically import mails and attachments into DocuWare for the new DocuWare for Outlook
To have the same automatic import fucntionality for DocuWare for Outlook as we have for Connect to Outlook for the new Outlook seeing as plenty of people are using the new Outlook

Allow the "recently deleted" results to be disabled for some users
We do not want all users seeing what is in the recently deleted bin and would like to restrict this with a check option or permission

Mehrfache Verwendung von Stempeln in Folge bei Workflow Aufgaben
Es sollte für Stempel, die zur Bearbeitung von Workflow Aufgaben benutzt werden, ebenfalls eine Möglichkeit geben, diese mehrfach in Folge zu verwenden. Also ein Einstellungsmenu für Workflow Stempel, so wie es das für normale gibt, im Workflow Manager bei den anderen Stempeleinstellungen.

JavaScript in Form Design or Connect to API
Support of JavaScript or External API when using Form or Designing Form. Use Case Example Expense Report . When User Fills in several line items with Amount Fields. Need a Field which Displays the Advance or Claimed Amount in Words when they fill in the form. Example Total Amount requested in words. Five Thousand, Six hundred Dollars and 50 cents. Which can be achieved using JavaScript or connecting to API.
