Vorbefüllen Tabellenfelder - Übernahme Vorkontierung aus z.B. ERP
Gängiges Szenario: Vorkontierung von mehr als nur eine Zeile von Tabellenfeldern in DW mit Daten aus einer externen Datenbank.
Beispiel: Eingangsrechnung wofür sämtliche Kontierungsinformationen in einer externen ERP vorhanden sind.

Anzeige von archivierten Audio- und Video-Dateien im DocuWare-Client
Seit vielen Jahren sind Protokolle in Form von Audio- und Video-Dateien vorgeschriebene Speicherformate im Bankgeschäft. Es ist bedauerlich - und ein klarer Wettbewerbsnachteil - , daß DocuWare diese regulatorische Vorgaben nicht unterstützt.
Beispielhaft sei das nachstehende BaFin-Rundschreiben von 04/2017 genannt:

Please maintain Index details of a deleted document in Audit report to help deleted documents audit.
When i modify any document index values, Audit report screen shows modified record's details. But deleted record details are not shown.
It is required to show index details of deleted record as part of audit requirement. Attached deleted record screenshot for your reference5 votes -
Das Werkzeug "Text in Zwischenablage kopieren" dauerhaft in der Volltextsuche aktivieren.
Bei der Suche über die Belegart oder den Firmennamen merkt sich der Viewer, die Auswahl, daß "Text in Zwischenablage kopieren" aktiviert ist. Was sehr gut ist.
Bei der Suche über "Fulltext" allerdings wird diese Auswahl jedesmal wieder zurückgesetzt. Was lästig ist.
Mein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre:
Die Funktionalität, daß sich die Auswahl, ob "Text in Zwischenablage kopieren" aktiviert ist oder nicht, auch für ALLE Ergebnisse, auch die der Full-Text-Suche zu merken.5 votes -
Use regular expressions in Document Processing conditions
When setting up a template for Document Processing it would be good to have more control over indexing and identification of documents. Using regular expressions would be great for indexing fields where you will not always know what text you want to replace, you could find a pattern and then replace that. It also goes for the identification of a document. When you are looking for something on the document to identify what kind of document you could search for a regex pattern to identify the document for processing.

Allow the example to be optional instead of required for field masks.
In some cases is its is not desirable to provide and example to the user in the store dialog when using a field mask. Additionally, requiring an example to be displayed to the user for each mask limits the re-use of a particular field mask.

Desktop Apps abwärtskompatibel
Die Desktop Apps sollten auch Systeme bedienen können, die eine niedrigere Version haben. Zum Verständnis: Mit den Desktop Apps, die ich von einer Version 7.2 installiert habe, möchte ich auch mit einem 7.1er System arbeiten können. Ja, ich habe mehrere Kunden, die auf verschiedenen Versionen sind.

Scan Configs permanently associated with Client scan settings
Clients should have the option to make the scan 'processing configuration' permanently associated with a specific set of scan settings. This would allow users to select, from multiple saved scan settings, a specific scan configuration without having to manually change the processing configuration each time.

Unterworkflows (Unterprozesse)
Es wäre praktisch und hilfreich für eine gute Übersicht, sowie Reduzierung von Wartungsaufwand, wenn man Unterworkflows erstellen könnte, die unabhängig vom Archiv sind.
Diese sollten wie eine Funktion in der klassischen Programmierung funktionieren.
Beispiel:
Man baut einen Unterworkflow zum Klären von Belegen. Hierzu stellt der aktive Benutzer mithilfe eines Stempels eine Frage an einen bestimmten Mitarbeiter, dieser Antwortet dann auf die Frage, der Fragenstelle kann dann den Beleg freigeben, ablehnen oder eine neue Frage stellen.
Freigeben und ablehnen zeigen dann auf das Ende.Im Hauptworkflow, wo dieser Prozess öfter benötigt wird, soll dann keine Querverbindungen zum Anfang des Prozesses nötig…

You can use Office documents in the Forms. But the output is always PDF. Please create option for Forms output to Word and Excel

Flag document if workflow has been stopped or errored
Workflow Controllers have the option to stop a workflow instance and, it may happen that a workflow errors and then stops. In both cases the document will retain the current document status and it may go unnoticed by the workflow users to find out that a task simply has disappeared from their list. It would be great to have an ability to catch these documents either in a List or in a system workflow which then sends tasks or email notifications to dedicated members of staff - who are not necessarily workflow controllers

Automatische Passwortübernahme bei Änderung auch im FTP Plugin
Offensichtlich wird bei einer Passwortänderung des hinterlegten Users des FTP Plugins die Passwortänderung nicht automatisch übernommen. Das kann dazu führen, dass sich der entsprechend hinterlegte User sperrt (Wiederholt falsche Kennwort Eingabe), sobald Datein über den FTP ins System geladen werden sollen.
Das Passwort sollte wie beim Workflow Designer/ Autoindex automatisch übernommen werden.

Improve Testing and Add Unit Tests to Workflow
Allow us to create saved unit tests for the workflow system.
That way we can press a button to see if any modifications broke anything in the system.Also date manipulation is broken in the testing environment. Using VBA expressions to change a date, defaults the date to the year 0001 in testing but works fine in actual workflows.

Benutzergruppen als Auswahlliste genutzt werden können.
Wenn ich eine Auswahlliste erstelle, benötige ich die Möglichkeit eine User-Gruppe zu hinterlegen. Somit werden die Mitglieder der Gruppe zur Auswahlmöglichkeit. Desweiteren wäre es von Vorteil, wenn z.b. der Benutzersync neue Mitglieder in die Gruppe hinzufügt, diese Auswahllisten sich dann automatisch aktualisieren.
Momentan gibt es diese Funktion nur auf onPremise-Systemen via SQL-Abfrage. Diese Möglichkeit habe ich in der Cloud leider nicht.5 votes -
Option to set Merge Form Field behaviour as Single Line Text or Multi Lines Text
As default Merge Form Field displays text as Single Line Text and often text from a web form disappears if it's too long. They only way the text breaks lines is if it's linked to a Multi Lines Text Field from a web form.
Now with Fill Areas if I want to overlay text from a Keyword type index in workflow to a fill area that wasn't linked to Multi Lines Field it behaves as Single Line Text.
Could you give us an option to choose Fill Area behaviour (as a Single Line Text or Multi Lines Text), please?5 votes -
Add notes on workflow designer
It would be helpfull to be able to create personal notes in workflow designer. For example : I can note the last modification, leave a not on the WF for someone else...

single click to view documents in the viewer
Instead of double click, make document appear in the viewer with a single click. At a minimum, make it an option to choose between double click and single click.

Filterung von mehrspaltigen Auswahllisten über Workflow-Variablen
Die Filterung von mehrspaltigen Auswahllisten sollte auch über globale Workflow- und Index-Variablen möglich sein. Momentan ist das nur über Dialogfelder integriert.
Beispiel:
Es wird eine Mandantennummer als globale Variable mitgegeben, auf diese soll dann eine externe Auswahlliste gefiltert werden.5 votes
