1. AutoIndex with Docid

   Add the DOCID field in the list of system fields that can be assigned when doing an AutoIndex. To be able to assign this value to a metadata ot fhe document or to be able to use it in BB.DD connections in order to wirtwe it in the local tables.

2. Number of pages in documents trays when intelligent indexing

   When a tray uses intelligent indexing, we can't see the number of pages of the document.

4. PlatformServices - .NET API: Dateien an einen bestehenden Dokument direkt voranklammern.

   Es existiert in dem .NET API die Methode AddDocumentSections, mit welcher man die Dateien an einen bestehenden Dokument direkt klammern kann, ohne diese vorher in einen Briefkorb abzulegen.
   In vielen Fällen ist es aber gewünscht, die neue Dateien vorne hinzufügen. Dafür fehlt eine entsprechende Methode.
   Es ist zwar möglich, die Datein erstmals n einen Briefkorb abzulegen und dann voranklammern, es ist aber unnötig kompliziert da einen "technischen" Briefkorb und zusätlichen API Aufrufe braucht.

5. Gesandte Anfragen bei Erledigung markieren

   Wenn ich einen Ad-hoc Workflow mit Anfrage senden starte,
   dann bekomme ich zwar eine E-Mail wenn die Anfrage von allen Benutzern erledigt wurde, aber ich sehe in meinem Reiter "Gesandte Anfragen" auf den ersten Blick nicht, dass etwas erledigt wurde.

   Ich würde vorschlagen, dass es hier auch einen Blase (rot/gelb) mit der Zahl der erledigten Anfragen gibt und/oder zumindest, dass der Eintrag der Anfrage Fett gedruckt dargestellt wird wenn die Anfrage erledigt wurde. So wie es auch bei eingehenden Anfragen ist.

6. Allow pages to be deleted from a document prior to storing in File Cabinet

   In some cases documents include a mix of double-sided and single-sided pages. If the document is scanned at a local copier it does not allow you to opt for automatic blank page removal like a scan station might. This means that the scanner picks up the blank side of a single-sided document, making the document larger than necessary. It would be great to have the ability to remove these pages without having to unstaple all the pages to remove them, then to restaple. This opens the opportunity for pages to not be restapled to the correct document versus going into the document prior to storing and removing them.

7. More Stamp Colors

   We need more stamp color options besides red, green, black, blue, and yellow. Yellow is useless on a white background. When multiple departments are touching the same document, it would be helpful to color code department stamps. Thank you.

8. Sort documents based on Username in Document Tray

   Multiple people scan documents into a Document Tray. I would like the ability to sort documents based on user that submitted them. I need multiple people using the same Document Tray so if one person becomes unavailable, someone else can go in and work on their documents. We don't want each user to have their own Document Tray as we have over 8,000 users.

9. Automatisch ablegen: Deaktivierungsoption für die Abfrage "Möchten Sie die Dokumente nach der Archivierung aus dem Briefkorb löschen?"

   Je Briefkorb sollte die Option bestehen die o.g. Abfrage deaktivieren zu können - ein unbeabsichtigter Verbleib von Dokumenten im Briefkorb und einer daraus resultierenden doppelten Ablage kann somit verhindert werden!

10. DocuWare Forms Daten nicht nur in Formular schreiben sondern auch abholen

    Mit 7.1 wurde die Möglichkeit geschaffen Formulare rückwirkend über den WF Manager zu beschreiben. Diese Funktion bietet viele neue Möglichkeiten und ist ein riesiger Schritt in die richtige Richtung.

    Da wir künftig aber ja immer mehr intelligent mit den Daten arbeiten möchten sollte es möglich sein, die Eingaben im WF Manager in Variablen schreiben zu können ohne diese vorher über die Indexdaten einzulesen. Insbesondere bei sehr großen Formularen sind die Möglichkeit der Übergabe mehrerer Entscheidungen die nur für einen WF und nicht für das Archiv benötigt werden über Indexfelder sehr umständlich. Wenn diese jetzt im WF Manager über variablen eingelesen werden können, öffnet dies neue Möglichkeiten für Workflows auf Entscheidungen in Formularen zu Reagieren und entsprechende Aufgaben, Mails oder auch Webservice Anforderungen auszulösen.

    Ich schlage daher vor, dass Forms Formulare nicht nur beschrieben werden können, sondern die Inhalte auch in variablen importiert werden können.

11. Attempts to Logon by Inactive Accounts Notify Administrator

    If an User Account is disabled by unchecking the Active checkbox, and the user attempts to logon to DocuWare, the user now gets a message that their account is inactive. We want the Administrator to be notified of the logon attempt.

12. Remove tasks from other controllers when reassigned

    Typically the Accounting Team members as well as potentially Department Heads are workflow controllers. It may now happen that tasks which ran into an error or could not be assigned to "normal users for any reason" get assigned to the controllers.

    Typically one of the controllers then reassigns the task to another user for them to complete.

    The problem is that the other controllers will still see that task in their own task list until the reassigned user finally processes the task. This often leads to other controllers also assigning that task to other users which then causes confusion...

    It would be much better if reassigning a task would automatically cancel the tasks for the other controllers or assigned users so that only the newly assigned users have that task until they complete it.

13. Verknüpfung mit einem Ordner aus dem Windows-Explorer-Client auf z. B. den Desktop, kann nach einem Neustart nicht mehr aufgerufen werden

    Öffnet man den Windows-Explorer Client und zieht z. B. ein Archiv mit gedrückter ALT-Taste auf den Desktop, so kann man eine Verknüpfung mit dem Archiv erstellen. Wir nutzen dies dafür eine Archiv-Verknüpfung auf dem Desktop zu haben, um hierüber schnell Dateien ablegen oder Workflows starten zu können. Ist man im Projektgeschäft tätig und betreut z. B. bestimmte Projekte so ist es sehr nützlich sich mit den "Projekt-Ordnern" aus dem Windows-Explorer-Client eine Verknüpfung erstellen zu können um hierüber die Dokumente schnell ablegen und suchen zu können.

14. The max amount of given select list entries

    The max amount of given select list entries (SelectListsMaxCount) should be set individual for the cloud organisation.
    The maximum standard of 50 entries is reached quickly in normal operation.

15. Der WF-Manager sollte SQL-Update in externer Datenbank können

    nicht nur das HOLEN von Daten zu einem Workflow sollte möglich sein, sondern auch das ERSTELLEN / ÄNDERN von Datensätzen in anderen Archiven / externen Datenbanken - am liebsten auch mit der Option das SQL-update query selber angeben zu können.
    Hintergrund ist, dass wir für einen Bewerbungsprozess eine Statistik-Datenbank füllen wollen

16. Hierarchie für "CC an Chef" im WF-Manager im Fall der Eskalation einführen

    Wunsch ist bei Fälligkeit mit einfachen Mitteln eine E-Mail an den Chef zu schreiben, um ihn darüber zu informieren, dass Arbeit liegengeblieben ist. Das Gleiche bei Überfälligkeit.
    Derzeit:
    Nur im Falle einer Eskalation von Überfälligkeit ist derzeit eine Zeitüberschreitung möglich, womit man dann (umständlich) den Chef über die nicht erledigte Arbeit informieren könnte- nur leider hat dieser dann auch die Aufgabe, was hier ziemlich unflexibel ist.
    An vielen Stellen fehlt mir im übrigen auch der Arithmetische Ausdruck, mit dem man vieles sehr dynamischer gestalten könnte.

    Man könnte es realisieren, indem man nach der Zuweisung zur Person und vor der Aufgabe den "WF-Assigned-To" übersetzte in eine GV, die die E-Mail des Chefs enthält und diese dann bei Eskalation von Fälligkeit/Überfälligkeit mit ins AN-Feld setzt (da noch kein CC möglich) - das erscheint mir aber ziemlich aufwändig.

    Mit der Umsetzung dieser Anforderung wäre in meinen Augen eine Hierarchie nötig, die man z.B. im Organigramm-Stil pflegen könnte.
    Im DW WF-Manager könnte man dann mit einem Klick ein "CC an Vorgesetzten" auslösen.

17. Export-Recht aufteilen

    derzeit ist das "EXPORT-Recht" zusammengefasst und beinhaltet mindestens die 3 Aktivitäten herunterladen, drucken und senden per E-Mail.
    Wenn man den DSGVO-Tipps folgt, müsste dieses Recht vollständig entzogen werden. Nun wünscht sich ein Kunde das Druck-Recht, was ich nun gern einzeln vergeben können möchte - geht aber leider nicht: Bitte Export-Recht auf einzelne Rechte aufbrechen

20. reduce license timeout (actual timeout is 2 minutes!)

    Please reduce the license timeout to zero. Right now the user has to wait 2 Minutes until the license can be used on a different computer. our client has multiple virtualized workstations (autocad, ...) and a terminal server. All users work on terminal server an on virtualized workstations for some tasks. Therefore they need docuware on both systems. We accept that one use can only be logged in on one device. But on the other hand, it would be user friendly, if the named license can be used directly after logout. This timeout doesn't make any sense when working with named licenses.
