Right now my client submits a merge form which a workflow then populates with additional data. The problem is that they want these documents to be read-only after the workflow is finished -- that way they can use "Send" to email read-only PDFs directly out of DocuWare. Right now they have to use an external program like "Microsoft Print to PDF" to generate a read-only PDF, then manually drag it into their email client.
The best option would be to have a "flatten PDF" node in workflow that makes the PDF read-only. That way I can put that at the end once the workflow is completed.
