Anhänge mit definierten Anmerkungsebenen versendet werden
Beim Versand von Dokumenten als Anlage einer E-Mail, insbesondere aus einem Workflow heraus, kann nur entschieden werden, ob alle Stempel und Anmerkungen oder gar keine mit versendet werden.
Wäre es möglich die Anmerkungsebene zu definieren, so könnte man zwischen internen und externen Kommentaren unterscheiden (ähnlich der Berechtigung im Hause für Mitarbeiter).4 votes -
Stempel mit Anmerkungsebenen verbunden werden
Es wäre gut, wenn ein Stempel einer Anmerkungsebene zugewiesen wäre. Das vermeidet, dass ein Stempel nach dem Setzen von Mitarbeitern eingesehen werden kann, die dazu nicht das Recht haben.

Anmerkungen oder Stempel "Rückgängig machen"
Es wäre schön wenn man z.B. mit dem Textmarker eine Stelle markiert, man aber nicht zufrieden ist (zu viel/zu wenig/schief) man einen "Rückgängig"-Button hätte. Aktuell ist es nur möglich die Änderung entweder zu speichern oder man muss das Dokument komplett ohne Speichern verlassen und das ganze neu starten. Das gleiche gilt für Stempel: wenn man einen Stempel gesetzt hat kann man ihn nicht mehr entfernen, obwohl man das Dokument noch nicht gespeichert hat, sondern man muss komplett raus gehen. Hier wäre die "Rückgängig"-Funktion, die es z.B. auch in Word oder EXCEL gibt, sehr hilfreich

Weiterführen des Workflows durch berechtigte Person
Es sollte möglich sein den Workflow aus dem Archiv heraus weiterführen zu können, sofern man die Berechtigung hierzu hat. Konkret: wenn Unterlagen angefordert wurden, der Rücklauf zur Überwachung für eine Woche später auf Wiedervorlage gelegt wird, das Dokument aber schon nach 2 Tagen zurück kommt besteht nicht die Möglichkeit diese Wiedervorlage vorzeitig auf "erledigt" zu setzen. Das ist nur über den Workflow Designer möglich. Hierauf hat aber ja nicht jeder Zugriff. Und nicht jeder der eine Wiedervorlage vorzeitig auf "erledigt" setzen darf soll berechtigt sein im Workflow Designer zu arbeiten.

Task sort default to multiple columns
Add secondary and third columns for sorting in a workflow Task. I know you can shift click multiple columns but having it default to the multiple column sort would save time.

One-Time Scheduling Option
On any job that includes a schedule option ... allow for a selection that would do a one-time only execution of the job.
For example I have a use case where I want to schedule a transfer job for my migration from on-premise to the cloud to happen overnight ... I'm not always available to manually kick off overnight jobs and putting them on a "fake" schedule is a less than ideal solution (I don't want to run the risk of duplicating data if I forget to disable the schedule in time). I have 8 years of data to move…

DocuWare Clipping - Add ability to delete/remove files from the file cabinet
Currently there isnt a way to delete one of the clipped documents from the file cabinet unless version management is turned on, and even then you must keep the first file.

Mail-Dienste - Versenden mehrere Accounts notwendig
In der aktuellen Version kann man alle Workflows nur mit einer E-Mailadresse versenden lassen. Man kann also z.B. für Bewerbungen, Einarbeitungspläne, Rechnungsprüfung, etc. nur über die eine Adresse versenden (Konfiguration / Mail-Dienste / Versenden). Unserer Meinung nach sollten die einzelnen Workflows (oft Themen- oder Bereichsabhängig) über individuelle E-Mail-Absender verfügen.

Pull user's first and last names from their account.
With the integration of Azure, usernames become "jdoe" or "john.doe" and it makes it impossible to pull their first or last name out of their account. We would like the ability to do so for the Workflow tool.

forms on ipad
There should be an option to set forms to display in desktop view on mobile devices such as an iPad as a mobile view is to narrow for the screen size of a tablet.

Grant access to create Baskets and File Cabinets to the API
When working within the API you have the ability to create users and assign them groups and roles. However, you still have to manually create Baskets for the users to use.
By the same token, now that you are able to export and import a valid XML for a FIle Cabinet to speed up creation, you should be able to create a method to allow passing of an XML (or FC class).
Once the idea for export/import Workflows is completed, it would be nice to have this functionality for that as well, as it will significantly speed up moving data…

Hide Uneeded Store Dialogs in Trays
Allow for store dialogs to be specifically hidden (possibly by File Cabinet reference) via a configuration within the tray.
For example:
The system has an Accounts Payable tray, which an administrator user is using, this tray allows them to see store dialogs for HR aswell.However, with the proposed idea you could turn off these extra store dialogs to reduce user error

Massenlöschung von Daten verhindern
Sollten aus irgendeinem Grund mehrere Hundert/tausend Dokumente gelöscht werden z.B. durch Anwender oder Workflow oder Autoindex)
So sollte dies erstmal gestoppt werden und eine Sicherheitsabfrage erfolgen, um nicht gewollte Löschungen durch Konfigurationsfehler oder Anwenderfehler vorzubeugen.4 votes -
User Synchronization Tool - Default Groups to "Skip During Synchronization"

The tool should default groups in the group matching tool to "Skip During Synchronization" instead of trying to create new groups for every one.Long backstory:
I am migrating from Docuware On-Premise to Docuware Online and the User Synchronization Tool is a huge step backwards. My AD structure is such that my DocuWare groups are in an OU with approxmiately 300 other security groups. Indexierung und Ablage aus dem Briefkorb - Benutzereinstellungen (Viewer) speichern
Jedes mal, wenn mit der Indexierung und Ablage aus dem Briefkorb begonnen wird, muss man sich seine Einstellungen erneut "zurechtbasteln". Es wäre schön, wenn man in seinem Benutzerprofil die Möglichkeit hätte die aktuellen Viewer / Indexeinstellungen zu speichern. Dies hat damit zu tun, dass ich z.T. mit Zwei Bildschirmen, manchmal aber nur mit einem Arbeite. Ich habe für beide meine liebsten Ansichten zur komfortablen Bearbeitung und muss, sobald ich die Indexierung neu beginne, diese Einstellungen immer wieder erneut vornehmen. Z.B. wenn man auf einem großen Bildschirm die Indexeinträge und den Beleg in einem Fenster (links Index, rechts Beleg) anzeigt haben…

Cloud Status abrufen aus den DocuWare Desktop Apps
Es wäre gut, wenn man den Cloud Status auch aus den DocuWare Desktop Apps heraus aufrufen kann, da Web Client oder Login betroffen sein könnten.

Allow the ability to group two role variables into a role list variable.
Ie.
Single Role Variables
Manager - GVMANAGER

Assign to Role and Variable
Allow the ability to assign to a pre defined role and also to a variable.
Within the workflow I have a role variable which is defined by the path of the workflow.
I would like to assign the task to the ROLE and VARIABLE for approval but can only do one or the other.

Table Fields - Make Required Field Actually Required
Hello everyone:
It would be useful if a Required column in a table field actually be required when a document is stored and probably in other contexts, too.
Right now I can set a column as required, but unless a row in the table field is popped the field is not actually required and the document can be stored with no table field entries.Causes bit of extra work for me and the client as I then have to build an autoindex routine to check for existence of table field data and set a field to indicate whether or not…

It would be very helpful if the office internal font could be added to DocuWare. In our case it would be the source sans pro font.
