Ability to copy or duplicate a table field in a cabinet
I have a client that needs the ability to store 7000 lines for some invoices and each line needs to be described in 3 different tables(12 columns for each table). Because of the limits imposed by table fields (1000 rows max per table), I need to create 21 identical tables by hand, which is... heavy...
This problem led me to this post, where I am sharing my frustration and I hope that the community will vote for this topic :) .

Allow clipping documents to documents in a workflow on Mobile
Mobile users participating in a workflow may need to add photos or other documents when they approve or reject requests. The app offers the Clip function but it does not work.

OCR neu auslesen erzwingen
In manchen Fällen erhalten wir eine PDF, in der bereits die OCR-Daten enthalten sind. Meist handelt es sich hierbei um unlesbaren Müll. Mir fehlt eine Möglichkeit den Hauseigenen OCR-Service bei diesen Dokumenten an zu wenden.

Workflow Designer: Variablen Aktivitätenfinder
Eine aus der Liste ausgewählte Variable zeigt ja in einer Tabelle an, wo diese Variable verwendet wird. Klasse wäre, wenn man auf genau so eine Aktivität klicken könnte und man entweder dorthin kommt oder aber diese Aktivität zumindest irgendwie hervorgehoben wird.

Hyperlinks on documents before being sent to DocuWare Printer should not turn to Text
When printing with DocuWare printer all hyperlinks on a document turn to text. Many customers ask that it should stay as hyperlinks.

gMSA Support
Docuware should urgently support gMSA (Group Managed Service Accounts). It´s a basic securty feature since Windows Server 2012. Misconfigured service accounts are a common problem, as not many companies though even know how dangerous is to keep them misconfigured.

die Spalte "Zugewiesen" in der Aufgabenliste könnte für alle Benutzer sichtbar nicht nur für Controller
Bei einer großen Anzahl von Aufgaben im Workflow wäre es wünschenswert in der Aufgabenliste die Spalte "zugewiesen" aus dem System für alle Benutzer anzeigen zu können. Damit könnten die einzelnen Aufgaben besser identifiziert werden. So können die Mitarbeiter erkennen , ob sie zugewiesen sind oder nicht. das wäre sehr hilfreich! Ich möchte nicht dass alle Mitarbeiter als " Controller " im Workflow zugewiesen sind...

Gesandte Aufgaben konfigurierbar machen
Wer viel mit "Anfragen Senden" arbeitet wird feststellen, dass die Übersicht schnell verloren geht.
Helfen würde, wenn man die Ansicht konfigurierbar machen könnte, sodass zusätzliche Information (Belegnummer oä) angezeigt werden.
Außerdem wäre es praktisch, Dokumente im Archiv zu markieren, sodass man direkt sieht, welches Dokument einer laufenden Anfrage zugeordnet wurde, wo es eine Antwort gibt oder welche Anfrage geschlossen wurde3 votes -
Create an Admin message function
Create the ability for an Admin to post a login message for users to alert them to updates, new information, or whatever an Admin wants their users to know. Just a pop-up that can be closed by the user after reading it.

Allow enable or disable of individual users to use Mobile
The ability to disable users from using Mobile. Any user if they can connect to the company intranet can set up Mobile by scanning the config page. It will be helpful to be able to have a group that can be assigned to a user to allow or disallow mobile set up, or a check box per user to allow or disallow users.

Im Ordner Dialog ein Datum Type Feld als Unterstruktur verwenden können
Hallo,
Wir würden gerne den Ordner Dialog verwenden. (optimieren)
Hier soll ein Überordner mit dem Firmennamen die erste Ebene darstellen. In einer zweiten Eben hatten wir geplant, dass dort dann Unterordner mit den Daten der einzelnen Dokumente dargestellt werden sollen.
Somit versprechen wir und, dass eine gute Übersicht entsteht.Leider ist es aktuell scheinbar nicht möglich ein Datum Type Field als Eigenschaftsfeld einzufügen (vgl. Abbildung)

Version number displayed on the Docuware Desktop app screen
Display Desktop app version number somewhere on the screen so its a point for users to validate after an upgrade

Update all triggers to use a condition for DOES NOT CONTAIN
In the Trigger conditions for Workflow Manager, Autoindex, Transfer etc, there should be a way to use a DOES NOT CONTAIN statement to allow for increased flexibility when setting up triggers

dass der Filter in den Aufgabenlisten (Workflow) auch mehrere Filterkriterien (z.B. über Such-Operatoren) aufnehmen kann und man über mehrere Kriterien filtern kann.

Enable viewer to show several pages at once
We have a lot of invoices with 2 or 3 pages. It would therefore be a great time saver if the viewer window would display all 2 or 3 pages at once. After all, there is more than enough grey space for that even if the first page is being displayed in full hight.

Workflow Section Comments
It would be nice to have a comment tool in Workflow where you could draw colored boxes around groups of activity blocks and add tool tips to the blocks that describes what that section of the workflow is doing.

Verwaltung mehrerer DocuWare Cloud Organisationen im Local Data Connector
Es wäre sehr praktisch, wenn im Local Data Connector mehr als eine Cloud Organisation verwaltet werden kann. Gerade als Systempartner der viele Kunden betreut ist es sonst nicht immer möglich für jeden eine separate Installation des Connectors bereitzustellen.

Shortcut zum Sprung in Suchfeld
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es mittels Shortcut möglich wäre in ein Suchfeld in der Suchmaske zu springen. Somit wäre der Wechsel von Maus zu Tastatur nicht mehr möglich
