See which user(s)/role is/are assigned to workflow tasks even for non-Controllers
It would be great to be able to access task assignments in an index field so that you can use Lists to see where and with whom tasks are currently sitting in a workflow.

allow rows of an excel file to be copied to a table field in a workflow
We use excel timesheets and the top of the timesheet has rows with the accounting code, the time type, employee number, and hours. Those are then imported into our accounting system. I am trying to make a workflow that will have employees do their timesheets in docuware and then when payroll is done simply export everything in one shot with an odbc sql query. It would make payroll a little easier. As it is people do their timesheets and then all of them are downloaded and each one is then imported individually into our accounting system. Forms select list filter on text field
Sometimes data in a select list shouldn't be visible for certain users. It would be great if it would be possible to filter a select list with a value entered in a text field on the form. For example in HR managers are allowed to see their own employees but aren't allowed to see all employees. Therefor advanced filtering is needed to filter on logged on user.

Implement AI-based natural language search functions to browse documents
AI offers the possibility to search among documents in natural language. This would be valuable, because we observe that users tend to request expert-users for help in searching theirs documents, that they struggle to find.
Of course, non-generative AI (e.g. Prisme.AI) that would be able not to find, instead of inventing / creating.1 vote -

Power Automate is great to handle multiple documents at a time (e.g. list all files in a tray & do something with them) ; it is missing some existing endpoints such as clip / unclip / staple / unstaple

Dokument im Viewer nicht schließen, wenn in einer Aufgabe auf eine Verknüpfung geklickt wird.
Wenn ich in einer Aufgabe im Viewer auf eine Verknüpfung klicke, um die Rechnung mit dem Lieferschein o.ä. zu vergleichen, schließt sich das Dokument im Viewer und man kann beide Dokumente NICHT mehr vergleichen. Unser Kunde ist sehr unzufrieden damit!

Verknüpfung sollte im Viewer nur angezeigt werden, wenn sie auch besteht.
Jetzt werden Verknüpfungen angezeigt, obwohl es kein verknüpftes Dokument gibt. Der User klickt darauf und es öffnet sich eine leere Liste. Das ist nicht benutzerfreundlich, sondern eher frustrierend!

Terminalserver korrekt unterstützen
DocuWare unterstützt nach wie vor Terminalserverumgebungen nicht korrekt
Userprofilinformationen werden in ProgramData gespeichert anstatt im Roamingpofil des Users
Die Desktop Apps verbinden sich Browserabhängig. Stelle ich die Verbindung per Edge her funktioniert sie nicht in Chrome.
Bei Terminalserverumgebungen mit mehrere Terminalservern müssen Verbindungen stets neu erstellt werden und man muss sogar auf den Browser aufpassen.Hier hat DocuWare meines Erachtens ein Architektonisches Problem das alle Kunden mit Terminalservern betrifft. Das sollte man dringend anpassen da sonst größere Mittelständische Unternehmen vor allem mit großen Terminalserverfarmen und Load Balancing nicht unterstützt werden.

Ansicht Ordner Verträge
In der Ansicht der Ordner im Archiv Verträge werden mehrere Spalten angezeigt, die keine Infos enthalten, z.B. ist die Spalte Projekt oder Dokumentennummer leer. Die Infos kommen erst weiter unten in der Hierarchie.
Leere Spalten anzuzeigen finde ich verwirrend, weil man Inhalte erwartet.

Ich schlage vor, dass der Versand von Dokumenten an mehrere Mailadressen gleichzeitig möglich sein sollte.
Ich schlage vor, dass beim Dokumentenversand (beim Versand von ausgefüllten Formularen, wie Ausgangsaufträgen o. ä.), wie in einem normalen Mailprogramm, mehrere Mailadressen getrennt durch Semikolon eingegeben werden können und der Versand des Dokuments per Mail dementsprechend parallel an mehrere Mailadressen erfolgen kann.

Beliebige Dokumente verknüpfen (nicht klammern/nicht heften)
Wir bekommen von unterschiedlichen Kunden Rechnungen und Belastungsanzeigen. Sie kommen an unterschiedlichen Tagen, in beliebiger Reihenfolge und können unterschiedliche Belegnummern haben.
Der erste Beleg wird ins ERP-System exportiert und von der Buchhaltung gebucht. Das darf beim zweiten Beleg nicht mehr erfolgen.
Wir suchen nach einer Möglichkeit den zweiten Beleg als Begleitdokument des ersten Belegs zu kennzeichnen. Im Prinzip sollte die Möglichkeit bestehen, jedes Dokument mit jedem anderen Dokument zu verknüpfen.
Dadurch können wir ihn nach dem Export ins ERP-System verhindern und nicht mehr bis zur Buchhaltung durchreichen.

Adding an option to also delete from the Recycle Bin when migrating from the Document Tray in StorageRobot.
When using StorageRobot to migrate documents from the Document Tray to the File Cabinet, we set the configuration to delete the source documents.
In this scenario, the documents migrated from the Document Tray to the File Cabinet are automatically moved to the Recycle Bin. When migrating a large volume of documents, having the exact same data transferred to both the Recycle Bin and the File Cabinet significantly strains the storage capacity.
Therefore, we request that an additional option for automatic deletion from the Recycle Bin be added to StorageRobot, alongside the existing "delete from source" option, when migrating documents from…

Hallo zusammen,
es wäre Super wenn es wieder vor Ort Schulungen/Veranstaltungen wie die DocuWare User Conference geben würde. Diese Veranstaltung war super vor allem der Austausch und die Ideen wie andere Prozesse umsetzen genial waren.

Allow URL's to be put into the results/list dialogues so we can link to web pages or video links
We use video clips as part of our documentation to support areas of our business such as property inspections and surveys, these are stored obviously outside of DocuWare, but it would be really useful to allow live hyperlinks as a field type in the results and/or list views so we can link a video/s to a record in DocuWare - alternatively a storage method in DocuWare to allow video format files

In der DocuWare Ergebnisliste gibt es die Möglichkeit, direkt zur letzten Seite zu springen.
Tatsächlich wird jedoch maximal die 100. Seite geöffnet.
Wenn mehr als 100 Seiten vorhanden sind, kann man lediglich über den Pfeilbutton „Nächste Seite“ einzeln weiter navigieren. Der Pfeilbutton „Letzte Seite“ wird nach der 100. Seite ausgegraut und ist nicht mehr nutzbar.1 vote -
E-Invoice bei mehreren Anhängen verarbeiten
Wenn eine e-Invoice aus Emails ankommt, so wird sie nur verarbeitet, wenn es nur einen Anhang gibt. Oft werden aber auch AGB als PDF mitgesendet oder weitere Nachweisdokumente z.B. Lieferschein. in einem solchen Fall sollte der erste Anhang der Email untersucht werden auf E-Invoice Merkmale. Für den Fall dass eine Mail mehrere E-Invoices enthalten sollte, könnte man dann das Dokument aufteilen und alle E-Invoices als einzelnes Dokument ablegen.

Sicherheit von Formularen erhöhen
Standardmäßig werden Formularlinks in DocuWare als einfache, unverschlüsselte URLs bereitgestellt. Aktuell gibt es keine native Möglichkeit, den eigentlichen Formularlink zu verschlüsseln oder sicherer zu gestalten.
Für eine höhere Sicherheitsstufe wäre es daher sinnvoll, folgende Funktionen zu ergänzen:Verschlüsselter Formularlink
Möglichkeit, den Link zum Formular – z. B. über den DocuWare URL Creator – automatisch zu verschlüsseln.Option für automatische Ablaufzeit
Zeitlich begrenzte Gültigkeit von Formularlinks, z. B. nach 24 oder 48 Stunden.Passwortauthentifizierung
Zusätzliche Schutzschicht, bevor das Formular geöffnet werden kann.Automatische Deaktivierung nach Einreichung
