Unterstützung von OAuth für SMTP-Konfiguration
Sehr geehrtes DocuWare-Team und Community-Mitglieder,
Ich möchte eine dringende Verbesserung vorschlagen, die die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit von DocuWare erheblich erhöhen kann. Derzeit bietet DocuWare nur die Möglichkeit, SMTP Basic Authentication für die SMTP-Konfiguration zu verwenden. Dies ist zweifellos eine praktische Methode, um E-Mails zu senden, aber in der heutigen zunehmend vernetzten und sicherheitsbewussten Welt reicht dies möglicherweise nicht mehr aus.
Microsoft und andere Branchenführer empfehlen die Verwendung von OAuth für die sichere Kommunikation mit E-Mail-Servern. Allow drag and drop to Outlook e-mails for sending documents
I get a lot of requests from users that would like the option to drag and drop documents from the DocuWare webclient (i.e. from a search result) directly into an Outlook e-mail.
Currently, the only option is to right click and Send by E-mail. However this option creates a new, empty, e-mail and freezes up the whole Outlook client until the e-mail is sent. This renders our users unable to respond to document requests or to attach documents into ongoing conversations - which is the case most of the time when a document is needed.

Right now, there is no possibility to change this behavior. DocuWare is using a system functionality from Windows to send an email. Outlook is blocking access to the main window when using this system functionality.

Clip documents within a workflow
currently the user is required to clip documents manually, it would be seamless if documents could be clipped automatically within a workflow so that they could be email as one document

stempel automatisch
Bei uns wird das Zahldatum von unserer FiBu-Software bereits jetzt an DocuWare zurückgespielt und in ein Indexfeld geschrieben. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist jedoch der Workflow bereits beendet (da bereits final geprüft). Ein Vorschlag wäre, dass auch bei automatischem Füllen von Indexfelder ein Setzen eines Stempel ohne manuellen Eingriff möglich ist. Anwendungsbeispiele neben dem Zahldatum sind dann zum Beispiel Eingangsdatum von Rechnungen.

Fill Table fields via DWControl files in DW Import
It would be extremely useful to be able to fill table fields via DWControl files with DocuWare Import. That way we could use third party capture solutions to extract and validate data from documents and then output to DocuWare with all the index and coding already done through the capture solution.

Stempel direkt bei der Einrichtung einer Anmerkungsebene zuordnen
Bei der Konfiguration von Stempel sollte die Möglichkeit bestehen diese direkt einer Anmerkungsebene zuzuweisen.
Kunden stempel Dokumente mit internen und externen Informationen.
Wenn ein Dokument jetzt ausgegeben werden soll, darf dies nur mit den externen Informationen geschehen.Ich kann zwar aktuell testen, auf welcher Ebene welcher Stempel ist und die nicht passenden Ebenen ausblenden aber es kann natürlich auch gemischt gestempelt worden sein.
Mit der Vorgabe in der Konfiguration bekommt man hier einen gewissen Standard.

Fillable PDF Web Forms
An option to have the pdf Web Forms create a Fillable pdf like you can with the merge forms. We would like to have PDF forms instead of flat PDF's.
I really like the layouts I can create with the web forms, but I have to use Merge Forms because we need the ability to easily edit the PDF's after they have been submitted. Merge forms are ok, but making the Web Forms as fillable PDF's would be very helpful for us, and much faster to create and easier to manage.

Improve stamps trigger validation on edit dialog
On previous docuware version (6) on applying stamps cause validation trigger if the stamps is configuring to change a field.
The idea is to bring back this behavior to docuware 7, this is extremely great on cases that document need to be validated if need a specific stamp.
Now if change a document on result list using stamps this not occurs but if you edit index on edit dialog the validation occurs.

Possibility to click hyperlink inside document viewer
Possibility to click link inside the stored document. For example, if you have www.google.com inside your stored document, at the moment is not possible to click this link by document viewer.

link annotations with index fields
It would be great to give the ability to annotations to auto-populate index fields, like the stamps do. Since stamps are permanent and cannot be edited or deleted, the annotations are more user friendly for "live documents" that are being updated.

Store Automatically Currently ignores the settings in the selected store dialog. It should still default values in fields etc.
Personally I think this is a bug. Currently Store Dialog settings like preloaded default values are ignored. If you select multiple documents in a tray and use the Store Automatically the settings of the store dialog are not processed. This causes huge issues if a status field for instance was preloaded to kick off a particular workflow. The user is allowed to do it but the documents get stored without the necessary default index values and the user has no idea the fields were not filled in as they are if they store one at a time with the store…

Man Dokumente scrollen kann, nicht blättern!
Es ist sehr umständlich, z.B. in einer Rechnung blättern zu müssen, um den Endbetrag zu sehen. Beim Buchen muss ich dann immer aufpassen, dass ich in der Buchungserfassung bin. Wenn ich in den Belegen scrolle, bleibe ich in der Erfassung.

neues Viewer-Fenster im Workflow aktivieren
Der in neuem Fenster geöffnete Viewer schließt sich, sobald man aus der Workflow-Aufgabe rausgeht, z.B. indem man "Klammern" anwählt.
Es wäre schön wenn der Viewer auch im Workflow offen bleiben würde, so wie in allen anderen Modulen auch.
Anwendungsfall: Kreditkartenabrechnungen kommen als Eingangsrechnung ins Archiv, der Verantwortliche soll seine Tankbelege etc. an die Abrechnung klammern. Die Belege liegen bereits in seinem Briefkorb (PaperScan). Zwecks Kontrolle möchte er die Abrechnung in einem Viewer-Fenster und den aktuellen Beleg in einem weiteren sehen, leider schließt sich die Abrechnung beim Klick auf "Klammern".
tl;dr - Viewer-Fenster schließt sich manchmal in Workflow. Bitte anpassen.

Erstellung von Briefkörben bei Benutzersynchronisation ändern
In DocuWare 6.12 wird nun ein Briefkorb unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen automatisch erzeugt, wenn ein Benutzer aus einer Synchronisation mit dem AD erstellt wird. Problem:
Bei einer Synchronisation von 200 Benutzern erhalte ich 200 Briefkörbe mit dem Namen "Inbox" ohne eine Beschreibung. Administration unmöglich.

Allow The Folder Structure Dialogs to be accesable by URL integration.
Seeing as more and more parts of DocuWare are directly accessible by URL Integration it would be nice for the Folder Structure dialogs to be directly called by an URL Integration as well.

I'm surprised that you can't confirm a task without using the mouse. Customers confirm a lot invoices everyday and don't wanna use the mouse every time.

Have Desktop client check status occasionally of Desktop service and auto-restart it if stopped.
I frequently get tickets from users getting "DocuWare Desktop Service is unavailable". This is almost always caused by the service being stopped for some reason and the user doesn't know how to restart it. Since the Desktop client can't do anything without the service running, it should automatically make sure the service is running every once in awhile.

Form filling checks and crosses
When mapping fields to a merge doc, can we have the option to have ticks, or checks as well as the existing "X" ?
The reason is that when using a Checkbox field in form design, and then mapping that to a merge form the data changes from a "tick" for yes on the web form, to an "X" which can be interpreted as a "No" on the merge form.

Die Option "Briefkorb für jeden ausgewählten Anwender anlegen" wieder in das System implementieren. Ist das von der 6.10er zu der 6.11er vergessen worden?
15 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Im Augenblick konzentrieren wir uns auf andere Themen, deshalb planen wir diese Idee nicht für zukünftige Veröffentlichungen. Wenn die Nachfrage nach diesem Thema steigt, werden wir diese Idee eventuell wieder aufgreifen.
Wir denken derzeit darüber nach diese Möglichkeit mehr an die Erstellung eines Users zu hängen, also auch an User Sync.
