Transfer Funktion Ereignis basiert
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man einen Transfer, ähnlich wie ein Auto-Index, ereignisbasiert starten könnte. Aktuell kann man nur minimal alle 10 Minuten Dokumente von einem Archiv in ein anderes transportieren, die gewisse Indexeinträge vorweisen können.
Besser wäre es diese Dokumente direkt zu transferieren, sobald ein bestimmter Index gesetzt wurde.
Hintergrund ist, dass wir gerne Dokumente aus Vorlagen automatisch bei bestimmten Ereignissen im Archiv erstellen (transferieren) lassen möchten.Vielen Dank.

Erweiterte Filter in Listen
Erweiterte Möglichkeiten zum Filtern Listen wie bspw. "Ist leer", "Ist nicht leer", "enthält", "enthält nicht" würde das Eingrenzen von Ergebnissen und anderen Listen deutlich vereinfachen.
Sie Suche gibt hier leider auch wenig Möglichkeiten für die beispielhaften Anwendungsfälle: "Suche alle außer" und dies auch in komplexeren Zusammenhängen analog dem Regeleditor.1 vote -
Angepasste Controllerlisten / Workflowlisten
Controllerlisten (Listen mit Inhalt der Globalen- und Workflowvariablen) erstellen, anpassen und anderen Usern ohne weitere Berechtigung oder Controllerstatus zugänglich machen.
Bsp.: Alle heute gebuchten Dokumente nach bestimmten Kriterien anzeigen lassen, ohne diese Kriterien dauerhaft in die Indexdaten schreiben zu lassen

Beispiel: Bei Sortierung nach DokArt soll bei der Auflistung ersichtlich sein die Seitenzahl des gescanntes Dokuments.

Ergebnisliste bei "Aufgabe senden" editieren
Verwendet man "Anfrage senden" wird in der Aufgabe des Empfängers lediglich die Information angezeigt, wer die Aufgabe gesendet hat. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man für den Dialog "Anfrage senden" eine Ergebnisliste erstellen kann, damit auch Indexwerte in der Aufgabe des Empfängers erscheinen.

Indexar o Actualizar valores de FileCabinet por archivo csv cargado desde WebClient de docuware.
Se requiere poder cargar una archivo csv desde la interfaz web client de Docuware. El objetivo es poder indexar o actualizar los valores de los file cabinets.

Anhänge sollten leichter betrachtet werden können
Hallo,
wenn ich eine globale Mailarchivierung mit Connect to Mail konfiguriere, erhalte ich EML-Files, in dieses sind auch die Anhänge enthalten, dazu benötige ich aber z.B. Outlook, der Viewer in DocuWare kann durch Blättern aber den Anhang NICHT erreichen, es sieht so aus als ob der fehlen würde, freilich ist mir bewusst das dadurch der Speicherplatz steigen würde, aber es wäre, so wie bei Connect to Outlook, viel einfacher zu betrachten

Enable AutoIndex To Write Back To CSV Files Without A Header Row
AutoIndex will write back to CSV files with a header row. It also writes back to CSV files without a header row; however, it writes back row 1's data to row 2, row 2 to row 3, etc. Then it doesn't write back the last row.
AutoIndex can support a CSV without a header row. Therefore, AutoIndex should be able to properly write back to a CSV file that doesn't have a header row. Since AutoIndex doesn't properly write back to CSV files without a header, this is one way the configuration of DocuWare can be improved.

DocuWare Desktop Needs To Store Information On When A Folder Configuration With An Interval Set Runs
The Document Processing Folder/Import configuration can be configured to run at a regular interval. Although, to set the time for it to run, one must run it for the first time when it is supposed to run for it to be scheduled to run. Unfortunately, DocuWare Desktop cannot record the time it last ran.
As a result, if DocuWare has to be restarted it has no way to know when to run. Therefore, since the job is active, it runs, which disrupts the schedule. SInce the Interval can be set, DocuWare Desktop should be able to honor the Interval when…

Ich schlage vor, dass die Optik der Oberfläche am Computer derjenigen der mobilien Applikation angeglichen wird
Die Optik und Suchmöglichkeit an einem Computer (PC) ist nicht gleich benutzerfreundlich wie bei der mobilien App. Hier sollte eine Anpassung erfolgen.
Weiter wäre es wünschbar, dass sich die Suche nach dem Google-Standard richtet und so mit wenigen Zeichen bereits Vorschläge kommen.1 vote -
Provide some Error messages on the Desktop Uploading.
It's come to my attention that if you are pointing a connection to a local folder to upload into a DW instance. If the agent stops there doesn't appear to be any error messages either pop up in the app or via the windows notification pane. automatically advance to the another field when a barcode is scanned in forms.
I have a form for inventory disposal. It has fields for asset control numbers. The asset control tags have barcodes but when I scan them the curser remains in the fields where I scanned the code. It would be nice if I could scan the barcode and have it advance to the next field.

Auswahlliste mit mehreren Datenquellen
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man in externen Auswahllisten mehrere Datenquellen kombinieren könnte. Es existieren bspw. bei unserem Kunden mit 2 Mandanten pro Mandant eine lokale Datenverbindung. Ich würde diese beiden gerne zusammenwürfeln können.

Liste mit Workflow Einträgen aus Aufgaben überwachen
Es wäre gut wenn man beim erstellen von Listen auf die Workflow Einträge zurückgreifen kann. Es sollte auf die gleichen Einträge wie bei Aufgaben überwachten zugegriffen werden.
So wäre es möglich detaillierte Informationen zu den Workflow Aufgaben abzubilden, da nicht jeder User die Rechte des Controllers haben soll.

Benutzersynchronisation nur noch per LDAP statt Windows
Die Benutzersynchronisation sollte in zukünftigen DW Versionen nur noch per LDAP möglich sein.
Alternativ sollte man beim Update aus vorherigen Versionen oder bei der Einrichtung über die Administration von dieser Windows Synchronisation mit einem Hinweis abraten.

Have ability to add reminders on forms that they will be expiring or need updates at certain times.

Allow select lists to be used for check box/multiple choice in forms
I have forms that use checkbox fields. But I would like to be able to use a dynamic list for the checkbox items. An example of this is class lists for attendance. When a kid enrolls or drops I would like to be able to use the student record information to change the attendance form automatically.

Assign alternate web form field to a file cabinet index field when storing to the cabinet
I am using multiple optional form fields to collect document index data dynamically through form behaviors. It would be nice to write form field 2 data to the document index if field 1 is empty.
This would be like assigning multiple OCR zones to a single index field in Document Processing.

Export or synchronize documents with history
When transferring/synchronizing documents into a different file cabinet there is no may to export the workflow history, also document history cannot be transferred but especially the workflow history is important for many customers.
When is this important:
-many customers are moving from on premises systems to cloud
-splitting one large file cabinet into several smaller onesFor audit reasons keeping the workflow history is crucial but there is currently no other way than having Docuware Request with workflow history export which you save localy and run if requested by some auditor. Aufgabensichtbarkeit anhand von Indexwertprofilen
Es gibt Rollen welche die Rechte anhand von Indexwertprofile steuern (z.B. Index Vertraulichkeit = 1; Vertraulich = 2; etc.)
Dann gibt es Rollen für Workflow Aufgaben (z.B. Rolle "Einkauf" erhält die Aufgabe Rechnungen an Prüfer zu verteilen)
Hat nun ein Benutzer aus der Rolle Einkauf nur eingeschränkte Sichtrechte, bekommt er trotzdem das "geheime" Dokument als Aufgabe. Er kann es zwar nicht öffnen, kann aber trotzdem die Aufgabe bearbeiten. Zudem sieht er die Indexwerte des Dokuments innerhalb der Aufgaben, obwohl er gar nicht das Recht dazu hat.Meine Idee wäre daher innerhalb des Workflow Designers eine Checkbox beim Element "zuweisen an"…
