In der Aktivität E-Mail auf Tabellenfelder zugreifen
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich in der Aktivität E-Mail im Feld E-Mail-Inhalt auf Tabellenfelder zugreifen kann. Aktuell werden unter Indexfelder keine Tabellenfelder angezeigt.
In aktuellen Use Case, erhält der Rechnungssteller eine Infomail wenn die Rechnung freigegeben wurde. In dieser Infomail werden auch alle Einbehalte aufgeführt, welche im Zuge der Rechnungsprüfung vorgenommen wurden. Aktuell muss für jeden Einbehalt ein separates Indexfeld vorhanden sein, da der E-Mail-Inhalt nicht auf die Werte von Tabellenfeldern zugreifen kann.

Add the ability (as an admin) to assume the identity of any user to test permissions & functionality without having to sign in as that user.
While configuring new features, or troubleshooting existing ones, it would be helpful to assume the identity of a user to test and debug different features, such as routes through a workflow, etc. For obvious security and auditing purposes, rather than tasks being logged as that user, it could read something like "Admin as UserName" in the logs.

Search in Database Fields
I would like to see the Search available in database fields as well, like in the other menus. This would make it easier to search for a field, especially if there are many database fields.

This is to prevent the user who has several 'Document Tray' from having to search or even paginate when there are many.4 votes -
Bring back the comment in case of a reject decision (Docusign connector)
When using Docusign webservices with Docuware. This is not possible to bring back the comment of Docusign.
However when a user is taking a decision into Docusign this is mandatory to add a comment in case of reject.And this could be really usefull for all webservice method of Docusign, especially the method AddNewDocumentMultiSigners.

Für die Zusammenarbeit vermissen wir schmerzlich die Möglichkeit, einfach im Viewer - wie die Anmerkungen / Annotations - kurze Lesezeichen zu setzen. So wäre es möglich, über die Werkzeuge schnell an die gewünschte Stelle im Dokument zu springen.

Trigger a Workflow or Autoindex upon version change.
It would be useful, when a new version of a document is archived, to trigger a task or autoindex.

E-Mail per DRAG&DROP müssen in der Vorschau mit Anhängen angezeigt werden
Beim Archivieren von Emails aus dem outlook per Drag&Drop (also ohne Connect to outlook) werden zwar die Anhänge mit archiviert. Sie werden aber in der Dokumentenvorschau nicht angezeigt und somit erst sichtbar, wenn man das Dokument zum Bearbeiten öffnet.

PDF maschinell auslesbar
Wenn man eine PDF-Vorlage über ein Webformular ausfüllt wäre es schön dieses Dokument auch "maschinell" auslesbar zu machen. Dies ist derzeit leider nur indirekt möglich wenn man bei den PDF-Eigenschaften Ja(ausfüllbares Dokument) auswählt [VD.png]. Dann enthält die exportierte Datei in einem base64 dekodiertem Namen ds2.png die Information ds3+ds4.png. Will man aber verhindern das dieses PDF weiterhin änderbar ist (Option Nein), so kann man das ausgefüllte Datum nicht mehr automatisch auslesen(ds5+ds6.png). Hier wäre es schön wenn man das auch in diesem Zustand könnte (entweder wieder unter dem entsprechenden Namen abrufbar oder aber als Metadaten im PDF Dokument potentiell ähnlich wie https://www.ferd-net.de/startseite.html?acceptCookie=1…

Document Tray custom columns (with Intelligent indexing)
When intelligent indexing enabled for particular Document Tray, please let us select custom columns so we can use Filter / Sort.
If the intelligent indexing knows the value, it should appear in the custom column.
Example: invoice processing - intelligent indexing automatically indexes "Supplier name". I want to be able to see "Supplier name" column in Document Tray and be able to use filter / sort in this column.4 votes -

Validierungen im Workflow-Designer verbessern
Die Möglichkeiten der Eingabevalidierungen im Workflowdesigner sollten verbessert werden.
Hier wäre eine Konfigurationsmöglichkeit wie bei der Konfiguration von Aufgabenlisten hilfreich.
Zudem sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, mehrere Fehlermeldungen bei nicht korrekter Eingabe einzelner Werte zu hinterlegen. Sonst wird das Ganze schnell auch für den Benutzer sehr unübersichtlich.4 votes -
Add a Multi-Decision workflow component
Presently we have a decision component, basically an If-Then-Else scenario. In order to check for multiple conditions, I end up with two or more cascading decision components until a condition is met, or the workflow falls through to some other state.
It would be very helpful to have a single decision component that would allow for multiple possible decisions and associated outcomes, and allow routing based on one of those decisions.

Signatures in Forms
Signing a form with an external signature pad such a Topaz would be very convenient in many customer-facing situations. Topaz provides integration tools. Signing forms with a mouse is too simple, requires that the customer access a computer or tablet and the result generally does not look good. Adding an electronic signature in a workflow is fine for remote signing but not convenient with a customer present. The Validated ID Biometric option is the best bet now, but a simple Topaz signature device would be easier.

Docuware Forms Filterung der Auswahllisten anhand von anderen Forms Feldern
Die Filterung der Auswahllisten ist leider nicht ausreichend umgesetzt.
Aktuell ist es nur möglich Auswahllisten anhand von Feldern zu filtern in denen die gleiche Auswahlliste auch hinterlegt ist.
Es wäre auch gut wenn die Filterung eines Drop-Down Feldes auch auf andere Forms Felder oder vordefinierte Werte (z.B. eingeloggter Benutzer)beziehen könnte. Damit könnte man z.B. folgende Anwendungsfäll abdecken.
Fall1:
Ein Mitarbeiter soll in einem Formular nur Personaldaten auswählen können auf die er auch Zugriff hat. Ansonsten könnte er sensible Personaldaten sehen, die für Ihn nicht sichtbar sein sollen.So etwas ist aktuell nicht umsetzbar, da der Auswahlliste der eingeloggte Benutzer nicht…

Creating lists of users within groups/roles.
We need to be able to create lists of users within a role or group.
In on premise systems it is possible to make a query to generate such lists. On the cloud, SQL statements being disabled (!), this is not possible.
These lists would make it possible to have a dynamic list of users without needing support tables to be maintained manually.4 votes
