set individual annotations
Currently, the annotations don't work individually, when you add something is automatically merged with the document. I request this feature.

Berechnung mit Werten aus dropdown Feldern
Berechnungen in Formularen ist seit Update 7.8 möglich. Jedoch ist eine solche Berechnung nur mit Nummernfeldern möglich und nicht mit Werten (dezimal/numerisch) die vorher über Auswahllisten "geholt" wurden!
Möglicher Workaround:
Das jeweilige Nummernfeld darf mit dem Inhalt eines Feldes befüllt werden, sofern es sich um einen numerischen Inhalt handelt.
Als vordefinierter Eintrag werden die Feldbeschreibungen angegeben
Anschließen kann man dann eine ganz normale Berechnung mit den so befüllten Nummernfeldern durchführen.3 votes -
Listen sollten sich mit Informationen aus externen Datenbanken anreichern lassen.
Zur Vermeidung doppelter Datenhaltung wäre es schön, wenn sich die Ergebnislisten mit Informationen aus externen Datenbanken anreichern ließen. So könnte man beispielsweise personenbezogene Daten (Name, Geburtsdatum etc.) mit Hilfe des Docuware-Indexfeldes PersonenID aus einer externen Datenbank abrufen und in der Ergebnisliste in separaten Spalten einblenden.

intelligent indexing feldfilter automatisch updaten
In der Konfiguration vom Intelligent Indexing ist es ja möglich eine Datei für einen Feldfilter zu hinterlegen. Zum Beispiel die Firmenliste, die er abgleichen soll. Diese Dateien müssen manuell hochgeladen werden. Eine Firmenliste ändert sich aber ständig. Hier wäre es gut, wenn man die Liste updatet, dass sich die aktualisierte Version dann autom. updatet im Intelligent Indexing und man das nicht manuell machen muss.

Make an addition with one click indexing
When you are filling up a table with amounts using the One Click Indexing, for example.
Would'nt be great to be able to do additions ?
For example I have an invoice with 10 rows and I want to use the 3 first rows to create an unique row in my table field. When using the one click indexing with the ctrl+click, i'm able to concatenate each of my click in one unique field.
When this field would be a floating type, it would be great if the same ctrl+click was additing up each floats instead of concatenate them, so…3 votes -
Have the ability to copy fields on forms.

Extra file cabinet colours
Add a few extra cabinet colors over the standard Red, Green, Blue & Yellow.
Maybe Pink, Brown, and Purple, or at least a couple extra. When you have a cabinet by department you quickly start to double up.

Workflow Belegbeanstandung
Es wäre gut, wenn "zu Unrecht" beanstandete Belege wieder aus der Belegbeanstandung herausgeholt und wieder in den Workflow zur Freigabe gebracht werden könnten.
Momentan muss in einem solchen Fall der Beleg erneut an den Briefkorb geschickt werden, wodurch die Dublettenprüfung durch das System veranlasst wird.3 votes -

allow a data assignment to a table field in a workflow
I have a table field that has therapy evaluations and dates that need to be filled in by individual therapists. Unfortunately, I can not make the field required because then the first therapist would have to enter the dates for all the other evaluations that may not have been done yet by other therapists. So then I have therapists that just hit confirm on the workflow and the date is never entered. I would like to be able to automatically enter the current date if that field is blank but in the assign data to indexes table fields are not…

Parallels tasks
Workflow designer is not able to create parallels tasks in a workflow. The parallel task activity is not designed to create differents parrallels tasks.
We use multiple workflows to do that but there is no way to have data exchanges between these workflows (except using indexes, but it's not very convenient). Do you plan to enable parallelization in workflow designer ?3 votes -
Tabellen in Dialogen sollten sortierbar und filterbar sein
Wir holen uns ERP-Produktivdaten nach Docuware, diese werden dann über Workflows in Tabellen befüllt. Diese Tabellen sind jedoch aktuell nicht sortier oder filterbar.
Erst recht bei mehreren Datensäzten, wäre dies ein enormer Vorteil.

Create an annotation function allowing a drawn shape (rectrangle for example) to hold text which could be used for searching related docs.
Use Case: A cemetery needs to store cemetery and grave records. They are doing this with paper cards with subsets of cemetery lots. I would like the ability to scan a map as a document, and be able to draw individual grave locations on the map, similar to what they're doing on paper. I would like to be able to click on that annotation and store additional information, text at the very least, perhaps some index values from a store dialog. Parallele Aufgaben auch an Rollen verteilen
Es wäre hilfreich, dass wenn ich eine parallele Aufgabe an 2 Rollen verteile, diese zwar alle Mitglieder beider Rollen vorgelegt wird, aber die Aufgabe erledigt ist, sobald ein User jeder Rolle die Aufgabe bestätigt hat.

Notification
We have the possibility to put a notification for
:
- the new documents
- modified index fieldsBut not for all the documents which would correspond to a filter at a time T.
That's a shame.
For example I cannot create a notification for all unsigned invoices which will return the same list every day as long as they are not signed...
It would be so easy with this option!!!
In order to have this possibility, we had to create a special cabinet, a Workflow and 2 Autoindexes... it's complicated for nothing.

Globale Workflowmodule z.B. für Fehlerbehandlung und Mehrfachverwendung
Ein Workflow kann schnell sehr unübersichtlich werden, wenn man Fehler je Workflow Schritt abfangen möchte. In modernen Umgebungen gibt es dafür globale Behandlungen.
Entsprechend wäre es sinnvoll, wenn man auch globale Workflowmodule entwickeln könnte, die für bestimmte Ereignisse wiederverwendbar wären. So zum Beispiel für ein zentrales Fehlerhandling oder aber auch als Funktionsaufruf mit Übergabe- und Rückgabewerten.

Steuer ID prüfen
Die Steuer ID von Eingangsrechnungen oder Eingangsgutschriften wird nach dem Scannen automatisch geprüft. https://evatr.bff-online.de/eVatR/xmlrpc/. Dadurch werden Finanzamt Probleme vermieden.

Save form changes without publishing the form.
We should be able to save any changes made to a form without publishing it. This should work exactly like DocuWare workflows.
