This would be a very useful feature. Have an option, that based on confidence, would allow all documents above that confidence level to be automatically saved into the file cabinet. In fact, this is probably the most common question I get during Intelligent Indexing demonstration. Once I tell them that green means the DocuWare system is "highly confident" it extracted the field data accurately the question is "So why didn't it store the document automatically?" or "You mean the end user still has to look at every single green document?".

Task Manager should behave like Workflow Manager in this area. Workflow Manager has the ability to select from all available fields when generating the email message. It would be very useful.

Great idea! This would be very useful with Microsoft Office documents especially as they contain meta data fields that are helpful in indexing.

Yep, it would be great to be able to play i.e. stream multimedia files (video and audio). Right now they can be stored in a file cabinet but must be downloaded to be played. Not efficient if you're storing GB sized files!
