Let me rephrase this. Clients will often have Microsoft 365 in their networks, including SharePoint Online. From DocuWare, we should be able to easily pass documents to SharePoint. It is currently almost impossible. Documents need to be individually downloaded from DocuWare (not in batches) and then uploaded. If applicable, they need to be manually reindexed in SharePoint. SP has PowerAutomate (formerly Flow) and many other features.

You can sign up for an Adobe Sign Developer Account here: https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign.html

Adobe Sign and the simpler Adobe Fill & Sign would be nice. The signer can sign on a form or can opt to have the system send him/her a text message with a link to a larger signature field so that signing is more natural and is authenticated with the process indicating the number and geolocation of the signer.

In addition to the security implications, with named licenses, not logging out inactive users causes problems because if a user leaves a session open and moves to another workstation or goes home he/she will be unable to connect. Also, if I am not mistaken , the Configuration menu DOES close out inactive sessions.
