Thank you for your contribution. We are now working on a new version of the Workflow Designer, which will bring a whole new user experience, so we set this wish to “Planned”.
I’d like to point out that a couple of things are possible in the meantime, like reordering decision and now also reordering data assignments. Multiselect will come with the new version.
In case of changing size and shape of the activities, we are not planning to do this currently.
I’d be happy to learn why and how this would help you in your daily work.PEGS

Kodak Capture Pro added a DocuWare destination starting in version 5.9 I believe. It is now on version 6.1. It creates DWControl files with images and metadata that can be imported into DocuWare.

A datasource created with an ftp file (Cloud) does not have the 1000 record limitation,but exporting the data periodically is a pain.

We installed a low cost utility program that deletes blank pages from files in a set of folders and rewrites the files to a parallel set of folders that are the ones actually imported by DocuWare. A script that runs frequently makes this unattended.

Deleting and enhancing images during Import would be great. We have a new client with many branch offices and their MFPs do not delete blank pages. They need to scan in duplex mode. Many blanks result and are a pain, especially the back of the barcode cover sheet which is deleted upon importing. Every single document therefore starts with a blank page.

As a first step, the workflow history could be downloadable as a csv, like the Audit Reports already available. We would like to obtain Send Request information and it is neither a full workflow not an event that is recorded in the existing Audit Log.
