    es entzieht sich meinem logischen Denken, weshalb Einzelfelder und Matrizen(Tabellen) mit Intelligent Indexing gefüllt werden können, Stichwortfelder jedoch nicht. Wir haben ein einzelnes Stichwortfeld, in dem wir alle Bestellnummern und Lieferscheinnummern eintragen. Da diese oft nebeneinander stehen, möchten wir nicht immer in der Matrix(Tabelle) hin und her springen. Somit bleibt es bei einem Stichwortfeld. Dieses kann aber nicht per Intelligent-Indexing gefüllt werden. Eine Tabelle hingegen schon.

    Hier wurde wohl ein Schritt in der Entwicklung übersprungen...

    Wir haben uns mit einem Umweg geholfen: Per Fremdsoftware werden die Dateianhänge des öffentlichen Ordners in einen Ordner exportiert, der wiederum dann von DocuWare überwacht wird.
