5. Mac OSX compatibility with Desktop Apps is ESSENTIAL. Otherwise, a web-based solution that is not OS specific would work.

   A customer asked today for Desktop Apps for Apple support. Schools especailly use Apple products, and must find workarounds to use DocuWare.
