    man kann in den Docuware Settings unter Mail Dienste mehrere SMTP Profile für das Versenden von Emails erstellen. Es wäre schön, wenn man diese unterschiedlichen Profile auch im Workflow nutzen könnte.
    Gerade wenn man Rechnungen über Docuware versendet ist eine Email Adresse buchhaltung@firma.de sinnvoll.
    Infomails über neue Aufgaben an die Mitarbeiter sollten aber weiterhin von Docuware@firma.de möglich sein.
