    Wünschenswert ist eine webbasierte Lösung zu graphischen Auswertungen von Archiv-Daten in form eines Dashboards im Client und in form eines BI-Centers für Kundenspezifische Archiv-Daten.

    Eine Dashboard Übersicht:

    Wie viele Aufgaben sind heute neu reingekommen
    Wieviel oder welche Dokumente wurden archiviert
    Wieviel Eskalationen .....
    Wiedervorlagen
    ...

    Ein BI-Center der Kundenspezifisch konfiguriert werden kann für interne Statistiken:
    Dokumentenbezogen
    Planungsübersicht
    Kalender
    Wiedervorlagen

    Dieser kann als separates DocuWare Tool gekauft werden
