1. Create a mass delete within the "temp" document tray due to the fact if you have an issue during import all the files get placed there.

   I also see the need for this feature because since the trash bin has been implemented, deletion policies are much slower. If an admin is sure they want to permanently delete a large number of documents in a short period of time, it is no longer possible.
