Allow attachments that are sent to outlook from web client to be copy/pasted into another active email thread without having to save locally
In outlook, you can copy/paste attachments from 1 open email thread to another without saving locally first. When sending attachments to outlook via the web client, all other outlook windows are locked (disabled), forcing you to save the attachments locally before moving them to various other emails.

If triggering a new mail from outside of Outlook there is no possibility to copy and paste attachments. Try this with the windows functionality of “Send to email” from the Windows Explorer.

Allow printing of multiple items from the Multiple File Cabinet Result list.
Allow printing of multiple items from the Multiple File Cabinet Result list. You have to copy them to a basket first in order to print them all at once.
However, you are able to print multiple documents from a standard result list / Task list, just not a Multiple FC result list.

Miniaturansichten
Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit, die Miniaturansichten zu vergrößern um Dok. sicherer zu erkennen z.B. beim Heften/Klammern/verschieben ohne diese im Viewer aufzurufen. Sobald sich mehrere Dok. im Briefkorb befinden wird es unübersichtlich, zumal die Reihenfolge der Dok. sich je nach Scanvorgang oder Docuware print etc.ändert.

Use 'Tab' same as 'Enter' in search dialog index field selection
When you enter a value in a search dialog index field, you see automatically the results to choose from. You can walk through results using the cursorbuttons and select a value by ENTER. Would be usefull to make the select also possible by using ALT button.

Stichwortfeld-Symbol in Ergebnisliste
Wenn in einem Stichwortfeld mehrere Einträge vorhanden sind, sollte in der Ergebnisliste in einer Spalte ein Symbol angezeigt werden. Idealerweise kommt belim klick auf das Symbol dann auch eine Infobox mit den entsprechenden Einträgen

Im Viewer die Möglichkeit haben, einen Button zu klicken um in den Briefkorb zu kopieren (Wie bei Kontextmenü in der Ergebnisliste).

Show Message into Docuware
When a user archive a new file, Docuware show a user defined message. A possibility to fix into the Platform method.

Move the settings location for DocuWare Desktop from the ProgramData to the LocalAppData
In terminal services environments that wipe the ProgramData on a daily basis, it is difficult to work with roaming profiles and have DocuWare desktop apps work efficiently. It would be great if, in the next version perhaps, DocuWare could go back to storing these setting under AppData or another roaming folder so that it is more friendly to terminal services scenarios.

Konvertierung vor der Dokumentenanzeige in ein PDF-Format
Zentrale Einstellmöglichkeit um z.B. alte Tiff-Formate in PDF zu konvertieren bevor sie an die nachgelagerte Anwendung bzw. einen Viewer übergeben werden.
(Es gibt Tiff-Formate die zukünftig nicht mehr im SAP-ECL-Viewer angezeigt werden können.)

Option to delete old versions of a document
It would be interesting to implement an option to delete old versions of a document. the case is that the user is doing versions of a document until thinks that the newest versión is the definitive. Therefor the user needs to be able to delete all the old versions of the document. Free disk space could be a reason.

Autoscan/Scan hotkey
I feel like it would be a good idea to have the option to allow the scanner to automatically scan documents into Docuware when it detects that there are papers placed into the paper tray, or maybe even allow the user to assign a hotkey on the keyboard that will start the scanning process.

Edit Forms CSS/Javascript
Other competitors to DocuWare that offer Forms solution are graphically very customizable. DocuWare's Forms are not as robust. It would be nice to edit the graphical elements of the Forms more in-depth via CSS and/or JavaScript.

Indexfelder zurücksetzen
Bei Ablage von Dokumenten per Platform SDK muss man Indexfelder als leer übergeben können. Ebenso brauchen wir unbedingt die Möglichkeiten einmal gesetzte Indexfelder per Update wieder auf leer "zurücksetzen" zu können. Letzteres lässt sich im Augenblick nur für String-Felder realisieren. Int, Decimal und DateTime-Felder können einmal gesetzt nicht wieder zurückgesetzt werden. Das ist zur Korrektur unbedingt notwendig!

automatischen Stempel setzen bei Datenbankeintrag
Die Option "Wird die Entscheidung per Formular getroffen, wird automatisch ein Stempel gesetzt" soll ignoriert werden, wenn es sich bei dem „Dokument“ um einen Datenbankeintrag handelt

In the tab that contains the name of tray it would be an improvement if it also contained the number of documents in that tray.

dynamische Ergebnisliste, Spalten autom. ausblenden
Wenn wir nach mehreren Feldern (eindeutige Auswahl ohne *) suchen, interessieren diese Felder in der Ergebnis-Anzeige nicht mehr, da diese ja bei allen gefundenen Dokumenten gleich sind.
Wir würden jetzt gerne die Spalten, die in der Suchmaske mit eindeutigen Werten befüllt wurden automatisch auf Spaltenbreite 0 setzen lassen, damit diese die Übersicht in der Ergebnisliste verbessern, also „Suchspalten dynamisch ausblenden“.
1) Unsere Suchmaske (Screenshot-1)
2) Das Ergebnis, hier sind die Spalten ProjectNr., Doctype, Item und PSP Code uninteressant, da diese ja anhand der eindeutigen Suche (ohne *) alle den gleichen Inhalt aufweisen (Screenshot-2)

Ein Gitternetz oder ein Lineal im DW Viewer verwendet werden kann - z.B. um die positionsweise Prüfung oder Erfassung von Rechnungen zu erle

Keep entires in dw Import
It would be helpful If DW Import supported keep entries when processing a batch of documents. The use case for this is when a user scans a batch of documents with a batch separation sheet and each document in the batch would have its own document separation sheet. The batch sheet would would map to field (like batch number) and the document sheet would contain document level information. I have seen in other software this can be accomplished by using keep entries (from previous document) when processing a batch in DW import.
