  1. language mapping for index fields when creating

    When creating indexfields you create those in one language. But if you need multiple languages they are not supported yet.
    A simple solution could be, that after creating the index field you can add the translation to those fields in the desired language.

    This would assist the filling in of a form as the first field would be ready to receive data rather than having to type a Tab key or click on it.

    When you "add link to document" from a workflow email node, that link will only and always use the default result list which is not always ideal.

  5. Repeat the task in the latest workflow version

    For testing / implementation purposes it would be great to have this feature. Only available for workflow administrators. It would be great to just right click on the task and select "Repeat in latest workflow version".

  8. Add possibility to put "Fixed, Index,.." as parameter of a Webservice (not only global variables)

    When we are in the WorkFlow we can call a webservice. Currently, we could only put 'global variable' as parameter of the webservice. It will be very helpfull to be able to put other type like 'Fixed value', arithmetics, indexes,... (like when we are in assignation box for exemple). Somes webservices needs a lot of parameters, most of time it's just a fix parameters like name, ect. When you have many and many parameters to put, it's long to have to declare each parameter as global variable for just put a fixed value, just in order to put it on…

    When downloading, Docuware shall alert if the same file name is downloaded/imported. This will avoid the duplication of files or will make separating files easier.

  10. fulltext version 7.6 does not work searching on several indices with a space, without using "OR"

    add the possibility of searching several indexes in all fields, e.g. 1234 1235 1236 without the need to enter "OR", e.g. 1234 OR 1235 OR 1236

  11. Document Viewer:Image Manipulation: Image threshold - For Dark Scans

    Have the ability to retouch documents scan that is to dark with using a threshold slider, and convert Full Colour/Grayscale scanned PDFs to B&W to reduce size for emailing.

  12. Use attached files in form to fill out form fields

    When attaching a structured file to a form, it would be great if we could use the data from the file to fill out fields of the form in order to speed up the indexing process. This could work the same as the import features from a folder where you need to include identification rules, anchors and the specific part of the document where the data needs to be extracted.

    Users should have the ability to save the Annotations that are repeated. For ex: location/name/note that are common for multiple documents and can be added with just 1 click vs every time clicking in text box, ctrl v

    To explain more: similar to templates in outlook.

    delete a single attachment after it has been stored individually from an email in outlook connect.

    It common to need to send a selected range of pages from a document. With only the current page, the document or the file as options now we find users taking quite a few extra steps (equals more time consumed) in order to email out a few selected pages from a document
