2. Ermittlung Prüfsumme - "echte" Dublettenprüfung mit Prüfsumme als Indexwert

   Um echte Dubletten (absolut identische Dateien) zu identifizieren, wollen wir die intern vergebene Checksumme prüfen - am besten per Indexwert, alternativ über die Platform Services.

   Das ist zur Zeit nicht möglich, man kann nur den Status der Checksumme prüfen.

   Wenn allerdings Angebote, Auftragsbestätigungen etc. mehrfach in DocuWare gelangen, sind die Indexwerte nicht hinreichend, um Dubletten zu identifizieren.
   Der Inhalt kann sich bei gleichen Indexwerten geändert haben.

   Damit werden dann Workflows unbeabsichtigt mehrfach ausgelöst.
   Die Archive werden unnötig gefüllt.
   Es entsteht doch wieder ein Suchaufwand, weil das "richtige" Dokument erst identifiziert werden muss.

   Eine Prüfsummenerstellung außerhalb von DocuWare per Webservice ist "teuer" für Cloud-Lösungen - und außerdem überflüssig, wenn man die interne Checksumme abgreifen könnte.

3. Table fields - Webhooks/Loops/API requests

   DocuWare enabled table fields a few years back but never included a better work with table fields. For example there is no way to export table fields to external database without creating a data record from internal DW database. There also is not any solution to send the table field data through API request in workflow or webhooks.

   Generally it would be nice to have the same possibility with table fields as with regular type fields.

4. Definition Kriterium für Stickwortfeld auf auf Teile eines Feldes

   Es ist in einer Listenkonfiguration nicht möglich, bei Kriterien auf Teile eines Stickwortfeldes zuzugreifen.

   Enthält Anweisung greift nur auf das ganze Stickwortfeld zu. Zudem ist es auch nicht möglich mittels einer Ist(Where-Klausel) auf Teile eines Feldes zuzugreifen.

   Konkret geht es darum, dass man in der Liste alle Dokumente anzeigen lässt, die in einem bestimmten Stichwortfeld teile des "Login des Benutzers" haben soll.

5. Allow clipping and copying from the WF_TASKLIST_LINK tasklist view

   When opening DocuWare full webpage view, there is a possibility of clipping (or copying to a different location) files to the tasks. See first screenshot.

   When opening DocuWare "truncated view" (the one which we can generate through [WF_TASKLIST_LINK] in a workflow task cube's notifications tab or through DocuWare URL Creator) there is no such possibility. See second screenshot.

   This makes for some very awkward conversations with clients, since DocuWare's feature list changes because of the mode of accessing the task list.

   It is especially jarring for users who are not using DocuWare constantly, but only sporadically (i.e. they are not logged on constantly) and they want to just click the links in the e-mail notifications to log into the system and finish their task - but they cannot, because sometimes the task itself is "I confirm I have attached the relevant file at this stage of the process" - which cannot be done because of this feature missing.

6. JWT for login through API

   For a server to server connection through API it is necessary to use a cookie at the moment and send the credentials as arguments.

   We would like to have the option to use a JWT to login instead of a cookie. The cookie lasts for only 28 days and then the whole authentication process has to start again. Which means we have to send the username and password as arguments to the server on a monthly basis.

   HTTPS is used to encrypt the arguments and they will most likely be safe on transfer. But arguments are usually logged by the server upon receving them. Which would mean that our username and password would show up unencrypted in a log file.

   It would be disastraous should someone with bad intentions gets his hands on such a logfile.

   That's why would recommend to use a Token based path to login and authenticate.

7. Export - Select Page Range

   Users often need to send a set of selected pages from a document. Right now we can only send the page we're viewing, the whole document or the whole file so extra steps (amounting to extra time) is required to send the pages that need to be sent.

8. Export Function - Select Page Range

   It common to need to send a selected range of pages from a document. With only the current page, the document or the file as options now we find users taking quite a few extra steps (equals more time consumed) in order to email out a few selected pages from a document

   There are occasions where a user needs to transfer a group of annotations to another page, and much time would be saved if we could copy either a group of annotations or all of the annotations on a page over to a different document or page. Would be a real time saver

10. Annotations - Undo/Ctrl+Z Function

    It would be very helpful if there were an Undo or Ctrl+Z function for annotations. A quick Undo action would save a lot of time when corrections are needed as opposed to selecting the pointer, selecting the specific annotation and deleting it.

    Ergebnis bei einfachem Klick: Zeile ist markiert und Ansicht im Vorschaubereich, Rechtsklick in Zeile mit weiteren Optionen soll ebenfalls weiterhin möglich sein.
    Feature soll ein- oder abwählbar sein, je nach User-Präferenz.

13. Document Processing - Auto Selection Groups

    Right now if we set a Document Processing instance to be automatically selected then processes that use this function have to be evaluated against the full set of templates set for automatic recognition. It would be very useful to be able to create groups of automatic processing templates. Let's say that you have three templates that perhaps a PO might use. Then you might have four that a Sales Order might use. If you could group them then you could have a PO template that triggers on the same values that the Sales Order template would trigger on, but by grouping the automatic recognition templates you would not have any trouble with regulating the templates that will be used for the specific items you'll be capturing.

14. Allow Document Processing by Index Value Change

    There are many times that it would be very useful to be able to send a document in a file cabinet out for run in a Document Processing instance. Let's say we have some data presented on a document in both barcode and plain text. First we try to capture by the barcode, and sometimes that doesn't work. We could then set a field value and send the document off for a shot at a Document Processing instance that tries for the text instead. In a similar way, sometimes an anchor won't read right and that throws off the capture. We could send the document off again for a run at a Document Processing instance using different anchoring. In this manner you could chain together sets of Document Processing instances to really wring the most out of the capture process.

15. Filterung über Tabellenüberschriften in Listen einschränken auf mögliche Ergebnisse

    Wenn ich eine Suche öffne und nach Firma XY Suche kann ich im Anschluss in den Spaltenüberschriften der Ergebnisliste noch einmal eine Filterung durchführen. Bei z.B. Dokumenttypen werden mir hier auch nur Dokumenttypen(Belegarten) vorgeschlagen welche zu meiner Suche passen.

    Mache ich das gleiche vorgehen in einer Liste, erhalte ich hier als Vorschlag alle Dokumenttypen die es in meinem Archiv gibt, also nicht gefiltert auf möglichen Dokumente innerhalb der Liste. (Anhang Screenshot2)

    Hier sollte die Filterung genau so funktionieren wie in der Ergebnisliste, die anderen Dokumenttypen können mir ja gar nicht angezeigt werden.

16. .Net API Erweiterung - Berechtigungen Abfrage ermöglichen

    Es wäre schön eine .Net API Erweiterung zu ermöglichen um z.B.
    eine Abfrage von Berechtigungen auf Archive und deren Elemente (Dialoge/Listen) zu ermöglichen. Ebenso die Standardrechte eines Archives Besitzer/Bearbeiter/Löschen/Lesen, eventuell noch eine Auflistung weiterer Rechte wie Indexfilterberechtigungen und Standardberechtigungen. Bei Standardberechtigungen/Indexfilter auch noch die globalen Eigenschaften,
    beim Inhalt (der Definition) sehe ich ein, dass dies eventuell auf Grundlage der Möglichkeiten etwas unübersichtlich werden könnte ;-)

17. Oberflächen im Corporate Design

    Hallo,
    um die Akzeptanz im Unternehmen zu steigern bzw. die Corporate Design durchgängig in allen Systemen zu haben, wäre es schön, wenn man die Farben für Oberflächen, Formularen, Suchmasken usw. in den Farben des Unternehmens gestalten könnte. Ich würde vorschlagen, dass man in den Systemeinstellungen eine primäre und sekundäre Farbe (am besten als RGB Wert) angibt und im Anschluss im alle Farben im System sich entsprechend anpassen.
    Sollten sich irgendeine Marketing-Abteilung für neue Firmenfarben entscheiden, dann würden wenige Klicks zu einer Anpassung im Gesamten System führen.

18. Rahmen im abgelegten Formular

    Hallo,

    ich fände es sehr hilfreich wenn es möglich wäre im Formular einen Rahmen um das Feld zu setzen (wie bei EXCEL).

    Beim Ausfüllen wird um jedes Feld noch ein Rahmen angezeigt. Sobald das Formular jedoch übermittelt und abgelegt ist, sind diese verschwunden. Wenn (wie bei uns) sehr viele Daten und Eintrage auf dem Formular vorhanden sind ist das Dokument dann sehr unübersichtlich, da es auch keine Möglichkeit gibt es z.B. über Farbe oder Fett-Druck optisch abzusetzen. Es wäre schön wenn eins von beiden möglich wäre.
