Dokumente umbenennen
Es wäre schön wenn man den "Dateinamen" (also den Namen der z.B. in der Ordnerstruktur ganz zuletzt angezeigt wird bzw. der Name der unten im Viewer angezeigt wird) auch noch in der Ablage ändern könnte. Sofern man vergisst z.B. das PDF umzubenennen (oder über den DocuWare Printer druckt, hier kann man den Namen gar nicht selbst benennen) ist der Name sehr kryptisch, z.B. "SKM227200812121300009"). Wenn man z.B. über Request die Daten für eine Zertifizierung zusammen stellt steht dieses "SKM227200812121300009" anstatt z.B. "Unterlagen für die Zertifizierung"

Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List."
Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List." For example, if you create a "Paid by Credit Card" list, one of the headers will show a "Gross_Amount" and other information about the document. Is it possible to generate a total for such a column at the bottom of that window/tab?

Specify the output storage location and regularly export with the Request function of DocuWare Cloud.
DocuWare Cloud only works at manual exports by clicking download button.
It seems that you can specify and schedule storage with on premise, but it is not allowed with DocuWare Cloud.

Bessere Fehlermeldung bei schlechter Scan-Qualität und Intelligent Indexing "Error E10010: An Empty document"
Bessere Fehlermeldung. Siehe Ticket SR-143514-P5C2N.

provide a method of public access to docuware repositories
We are getting many requests both from existing customers and prospects for the ability to provide access to public record or read/only documents to a pool of users. Many are municipalities. Currently there is no way to share a pool of read only users or a way to accomplish this with Docuware cloud as far as I know of so we have to recommend alterntatives.

ValidateID Signature - Collect Reason for Signature Rejection
Currently although the reason for refusal is requested when not signing a document, then this value is not available for use anywhere. ValidateID does have this option available (Signers.RejectionReason from "Operation Get Document Information"). It would be very useful to implement the option to collect this information as otherwise you have to go and ask the person who has refused to sign the document to find out the reason for the rejection.

Arabic text support with DocuWare forms
When merging a DocuWare Form with PDF Form, and filling form fields with Arabic text, the text appears backwards in the generated PDF file and the letters are not connected. I appreciate if you can support Arabic and other RTL languages when merging forms.

Allow DocuWare Printer to be installed for USA with Letter as default
It make sense to allow or set the default paper size to LETTER for all USA installations. This could be auto-sensed by the installer or a check box on the selection screen.
Bothe manual and silent install methods should have this feature

Give a choice, check box, when installing Desktop Apps
Not all user want a Desktop Icon created everytime the desktop apps are installed or updated. This is particularly annoying for cloud installs where the updates are frequent.
It would be appropriate to able to decline the desktop icon from both the update installer and silent installer methods.3 votes -
Aktivität E-Mail im Workflow - Möglichkeit Anhänge mitzuschicken
Toll wäre es, wenn man innerhalb der Workflow-Aktivität "E-Mail" externe Dateianhänge hochladen und mit verschicken könnte.
Beispiel: Das Warenwirtschaftsystem generiert eine Auftragsbestätigung die via API an DocuWare übergeben wird. Diese Auftragsbestätigung soll nun via DW Workflow an den Kunden geschickt werden. Der Kunde möchte aber nun, dass neben der Auftragsbestätigung auch seine firmenspezifischen "Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen" (AGBs) mitgeschickt werden. Wenn man die als PDF innerhalb der Aktivität mit angeben und mit schicken könnte, wäre das fein.

Allow multiple answers in a field
Allow multiple form fields to populate the cabinet fields based on the answers provide.
IE
Product List 1 - Empty
Product List 2 - Empty
Product List 3 - Product 1Allow them all to be linked to a PRODUCT field but allow some form of arithmetic expression (IF Statements) to populate it.
Iif(Product 1="Product 1",Product 1,Product 2)
Something along those lines. Its frustrating having to create fields to import data back and forth.

Arithmetic Expression in Forms
Allow the use of arithmetic expressions in forms. This would be used to either populate cabinet fields with form fields or work out calculations on the forms.

Löschregeln Intervall Jährlich
Bei den Löschregeln fällt auf, dass es Intervalle bis monatlich gibt (und über die Auswahl wieviele Monate bis zu 6 Monate). Das Intervall "jährlich" fehlt aber. Nun sind aber viele Löschfristen jährlich (z.B. Buchhaltungsunterlagen 10 Jahre ab dem 1.1. in dem sie entstanden sind), so dass ein Intervall von 1 * Jährlich absolut sinnvoll ist.

Briefkörbe durchsuchen
Wenn man mit mehreren Briefkörben arbeitet und ein Dokument sucht, wäre es hilfreich dieses über eine Suchfunktion finden zu können, auch bevor man es archiviert hat.

Ändern der Viewer Einstellungen für alle User
Es wäre von Vorteil wenn wir für alle User eines DocuWare Systems die Einstellungen des Viewers abändern könnten sprich Funktionen ein- und ausblenden.
Zum Beispiel wenn wir mehrere Anmerkungsebenen für alle User einblenden müssten.9 votes -
Zoom while storing documents
While storing a document when using document processing, or intelligent indexing, have the viewer zoom into the area where the data is being extracted for an easier visual validation of the data on the page compared to what has been extracted. This would be particularly useful when validating long strings of numbers such as automobile VIN numbers.

In Docuware Viewer das Anhangdokument aus einer X-Rechnung öffnen
Aufgrund der neuen gesetzlichen Vorgaben, es möglich sein sollte X-Rechnungen mit PDF-Anhangsdatei aus DocuWare direkt heraus zu öffnen.
kurz: Docuware sollte in der Lage sein, Anhänge von einer X-Rechnung zu öffnen.

Löschfunktion, definierte Anzahl von Versionen behalten
In den Löschregeln ist es bereits jetzt möglich einzustellen, dass die aktuelle Version des gelöschten Dokuments beibehalten werden soll. Es wäre gut, wenn man stattdessen angeben könnte, wie viele Versionen (z.B. die letzten 5) eines Dokuments man behalten will.

Group related storage dialogs
When you click on "store" the user is provided a list of dialogs they have access to. I would like to suggest the ability to group dialogs. For example, maybe there are 5 dialogs for Customer Documents and 8 for Vendor Documents. When you click on "store" you would at the top of the list see "category" Customer, Vendor. When hover over Customer or Vendor, another level opens with just dialogs relevant to the particular category.

Cloud soll Workflow-Mails ohne zusätzliche SMTP Servereinstellungen senden
Ich möchte aus einem Workflow eine Benachrichtigung an eine Mailadresse versenden. Leider braucht man eine Konfig in den Mail-Diensten für versenden. Wenn diese SMTP Verbindung zum Kundenmailsystem (SMTP) nicht möglich ist (FIREWALL), sollte DocuWare eine Standard-SMTP Konfig bereitstellen, damit das senden von Mails mit Absender DocuWare.. funktioniert.
