Stempel mit der Eigenschaft "nicht sichtbar" erst NACH dem Speichern nicht sichtbar werden.
Hintergrund:
Nicht sichtbare Stempel sind - nicht sichtbar, ach was. Heißt sie können eigentlich nur einem Zweck dienen, nämlich Positionen auf dem Dokument zu bestimmen (zumindest fällt mir kein anderer Anwendungsfall ein). Da sie aber sofort verschwinden, ist es unmöglich mehrere sauber zu positionieren.
Anwendungsfall:
Wird ein Dokument zur Signatur an Validated übergeben, benötigt es wahlweise Textanker oder angegebene x/y Koordinaten in mm. Bringe ich auf mein Dokument Stempel auf, kann ich über einen Webservice die Position ermitteln und so die Koordinaten bekommen.
Die Unterschrift bei Validated erfolgt auch exakt dort wo ich zuvor gestempelt habe - nur überdeckt der…1 vote -
Add Stamps to Multiple Documents in workflow (not using API)
We would like an option in Workflow Designer and standard stamping to apply a workflow stamp either to the first page only or to all pages of a document. For example, when a user approves a batch of invoices, the stamp is currently applied only to the first page. If the document contains multiple pages, we need the ability to apply the same stamp, including workflow comments and user information, to every page without using an API. Offer a key command to open in offfice 365 for the web
If you highlight a document and hit ctrl+alt+I it will edit index entries ctrl+alt+w will bring up document history. There are several of these key commands. It would be helpfull if there was a key command to edit the document in office 365 for the web.

Name aus Datenbank zusätzlich zu Benutzernamen verwenden
Wir verwenden kurze Mailadressen (xx@firma.de) in der M365-Umgebung und möchten in DocuWare SSO nutzen. Das führt dazu, dass der Benutzername in DocuWare ebenfalls kurz wird (xx) und dann auf den Stempeln auch nur dieser kurze Name verwendet wird. Vorschlag: Vorname und Nachname aus der Benutzerdatenbank ebenfalls im Stempel anzeigen, dann können auch kurze Benutzernamen verwendet werden.

Request for Improved Aura Response Performance
Generating a response in Aura currently takes approximately 60 seconds, even when searching and comparing only about three single-page documents.
For practical business use, this response time is considered too long and negatively impacts usability.
We would like to request improvements to Aura's response time so that the feature can be used more effectively and efficiently in daily operations.

Durchgängige Tastaturnutzung im Splittbooking
Ich möchte beim Buchen im Splittbookingbereich nur mit der Tastatur arbeiten.
Die Nutzung der Maus empfinden wir als umständlich.Ein Wechsel zwischen den Zeilen mit Pfeiltasten Hoch und Runter ist aktuell nicht möglich.

VolltextSuche konfigurierbar gestalten. Indexfelder wie z.b. Dateigröße ausschließbar machen.
Wenn Kunden nach einer Artikelnummer suchen und es werden viele Dokumente mit z.b. genau der Dateigröße angezeigt, ist das Volltext-Ergebnis kaum mehr sinnvoll nutzbar.
Wenn ich Felder ausschließen kann - z.b. Dateigröße, DocID - dann würde das die Ergebnisqualität deutlich erhöhen.2 votes -

Transfer Jobs currently allow the transfer of documents between two file cabinets and now, in Cloud, between two organizations. However, tracking these transfers is an operational challenge due to the absence of a built-in option to update an index field in the source system upon completion.
Today, we are forced to rely on cumbersome workarounds—scripts, AutoIndex rules, and other manual processes—just to enable basic transfer tracking. Ich schlage vor, dass es möglich sein muss, dass der User beim Versenden das Mailkonto ändern kann
User wollen die Mail von einem Funktionspostfach versenden. Wenn der User das Funktionspostfach auswählt und dann einen Text in den Mail-Body schreibt, ignoriert DocuWare das und es ist kein Text in der Mail.
Das ist ärgerlich, denn so ist diese Mail nicht im Zugriff von anderen MA, die auf das Funktionspostfach zugreifen können.

Option IDP OCR Bild zu übernehmen
Bei Verwendung der IDP Funktionen in DocuWare wird leider das Original Bild und OCR verwendet, welches von DocuWare generiert wird. Das führt dazu das folgende Funktionen von IDP sich nicht in DocuWare übersetzen lassen:
- Handschrift Textshot fehlt -> Somit kein Fulltext oder kopieren der Handschrift
- IDP Option "Zuschneiden" geht verloren
- Ausrichtung von IDP wird ignoriertBesonders problematisch ist das beim Thema Handschrifterkennung. Ich habe ein Formular eingescannt welches handschriftlich ausgefüllt war, jedoch kommt diese weder zugeschnitten, korrekt orientiert und ohne den Textshot in DocuWare an. Damit kann ich lediglich mit IDP Extraktion die Werte auslesen, aber das…

We need a faster way to clear the recently deleted from the "recycle bin"
When doing a transfer with delete or a deletion workflow the recycle bin fills faster than you can clear it causing the storage to max out. There needs to be a faster way to clear the recently deleted from the system.

Allow Custom Form Prefixes
Currently when a Form gets created, the link has a prefix of ourcustomservername (which is the server name). As an example, https://ourcustomservername.school.edu/DocuWare/Forms/student
When we publish the link for Public use, we don't want the server name to be exposed. Can we change ourcustomservername to docforms when a Form link is created?1 vote -

Es wäre schön, wenn man über den Workflow-Designer die Anzahl der tatsächlich aus der ext. Quelle zurückgegebenen Werte beeinflussen und das evtl. per SQL Syntax erreichen könnte.
Technischer Hintergrund
• Die Einstellung "Maximale Anzahl der angezeigten Zeilen 1" im Workflow Designer begrenzt, wie viele Datensätze aus einer Abfrage in der Vorschau angezeigt werden. Please make it possible to specify predefined entries for specific index fields when opening the index editing screen from the List Dialog. Please also make the same functionality available in the Result Dialog.
Predefined entries can already be specified in the Store Dialog.

Klammern von einzelnen Dokumenten aus dem Briefkorb an bestimmte Bereiche eines im Archiv befindlichen Dokuments
Es geht um das Klammern von Dokumenten aus dem Briefkorb an ein bestehendes Dokument im Archiv. Bislang ist es möglich, über den zweiten Arbeitsbereich das anzuklammernde Dokument auf ein im Archiv bestehendes Dokument zu ziehen und das anzuklammernde Dokument dann vor oder hinter dem Archivdokument anordnend zu klammern. Genau an dieser Stelle wäre es sehr praktisch, wenn nicht nur vor oder hinter das Dokument geklammert werden kann, sondern die Möglichkeit besteht, (bei bereits geklammerten Archivdokumenten) zwischen den Dokumenten zu klammern.

Ability to edit the email template for new users and password
currently the email that is generated for new users or for password resets is functional but not really user friendly. We have had a number of customers ask for the ability to change these templates to a more customer corporate branded html format where they can Taylor the message to be correctly received by the new users and include other information they feel relevant.

Geklammerte Dokumente sortieren
Es sollte möglich sein geklammerte Dokumente innerhalb der Klammerung neu zu sortieren. Warum ? Wir erstellen ein Formular um an dieses Formular alle zugehörigen Dokumente die sich im laufe des Auftrags ansammeln anzuklammern, da es sich um verschiedene Dokumente handelt die normalerweise nicht einzeln archiviert werden, wird das sehr schnell unübersichtlich. Es wäre also hilfreich gleichartige Dokumente wie Materiallisten oder Regieberichte sortieren zu können.

Ability to add a cost under a client quote without uploading a document as a purchase invoice
I would like to be able to add employee expenses on credit cards as a cost under a client quote. It would be helpful to be able to type these in to a field rather than having to upload an actual document - at the moment we have to add it as a purchase invoice and then stop thee workflow as the expenditure has already been approved and taken place.
