Improve the display time of Error Message : Workflow Validation Error message
The currently displayed error message disappears immediately after it appears.
Users need time to review error messages. They can't even take screenshots.We would like this display time to be a little longer.
2 votesThank you for your idea. Currently error messages are displayed until a user clicks on them. Only warning messages appear after a certain amount of time (but it should be OK for creating screenshots). Could you please add, what kind of messages you are referring.

allow a data assignment to a table field in a workflow
I have a table field that has therapy evaluations and dates that need to be filled in by individual therapists. Unfortunately, I can not make the field required because then the first therapist would have to enter the dates for all the other evaluations that may not have been done yet by other therapists. So then I have therapists that just hit confirm on the workflow and the date is never entered. I would like to be able to automatically enter the current date if that field is blank but in the assign data to indexes table fields are not…

Text, der in die Zwischenablage kopiert wurde, im Dokument markiert bleibt.
Beispiel: Ich habe eine Rechnung mit vielen Artikelzeilen (eng untereinander aufgelistet). Aus diesen Zeilen kopiere ich Text mit dem Werkzeug "Text in Zwischenablage kopieren". Dann gehe ich in meine Zieldatei (bzw. Word, Excel etc) und füge den Text dort ein. DocuWare löscht dann aber die Markierung, was zur Folge haben kann, dass ich nicht mehr weiß, in welcher Zeile auf der Rechnung ich war. Aktuell behelfe ich mit den DocuWare Rechteckrahmen, Linien etc. Es ist sehr mühsam, längere Zeilen auf Dokumenten zu bearbeiten, wenn Docuware immer die Markierung aufhebt. mit Dokument verknüpfte Dokumente per Email zusammen versenden
Wir haben das Problem, dass wenn wir Rechnungen versenden, mühsam per Hand die zum Auftrag zugehörigen Arbeitsberichte suchen müssen und dann aus der Ergebnisliste per E-Mail teilen.
Danach öffnet sich Outlook als neue Email im Textformat und ohne Signatur. HTML geht nur bei einem Dokument. Es sind Dutzende Klicks nötig, statt einer automatischen Funktion.5 votes -
Parallels tasks
Workflow designer is not able to create parallels tasks in a workflow. The parallel task activity is not designed to create differents parrallels tasks.
We use multiple workflows to do that but there is no way to have data exchanges between these workflows (except using indexes, but it's not very convenient). Do you plan to enable parallelization in workflow designer ?3 votes -
Vorausgefüllte Dropdown in Workflow Aufgaben Auswahl vereinfachen
Will man in einer Aufgabe aus einem Workflow ein vorausgefüllten Indexeintrag ändern, muss zum Zugriff auf die gesamte Auswahlliste erst der Eintrag gelöscht werden.
Die Dropdown-Funktionalität sollte so verbessert werden, dass ein Klick ins Dropdown die ganze Auswahlliste anzeigt. Ich also nicht erst den Eintrag löschen, dann auf den Pfeil und dann auf den neuen Eintrag klicken muss.
Das aktuelle Verhalten sind mind. 2 Klicks zu viel. Es führt bei den Usern regelmässig zu Verwirrung, da sie das Gefühl haben, im Dropdown nicht mehr Einträge zur Auswahl zu haben.

Workflow Eskalation: Unabhängige Variablen für die Erinnerungs- und Fälligkeitseinstellungen
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man bei den Workflow Eskalationsstufen unabhängige Variablen für die Erinnerung und Fälligkeit hinterlegen könnte (momentan kann sich die Fälligkeit lediglich auf die Variable bei der Erinnerung beziehen).
Use Case: Kunde möchte immer nach x Arbeitstagen eine Erinnerung haben, aber fällig soll diese Aktivität erst nach einem zuvor berechneten Datum werden (bspw. 2 Tage vor Fälligkeitsdatum).

Tabellen in Dialogen sollten sortierbar und filterbar sein
Wir holen uns ERP-Produktivdaten nach Docuware, diese werden dann über Workflows in Tabellen befüllt. Diese Tabellen sind jedoch aktuell nicht sortier oder filterbar.
Erst recht bei mehreren Datensäzten, wäre dies ein enormer Vorteil.

Create an annotation function allowing a drawn shape (rectrangle for example) to hold text which could be used for searching related docs.
Use Case: A cemetery needs to store cemetery and grave records. They are doing this with paper cards with subsets of cemetery lots. I would like the ability to scan a map as a document, and be able to draw individual grave locations on the map, similar to what they're doing on paper. I would like to be able to click on that annotation and store additional information, text at the very least, perhaps some index values from a store dialog. Aus der DocuWare ein reduziertes PDF per E-Mail senden
Wir haben Kundenverträge als ausfüllbare PDFs in unserem Archiv gespeichert.
Der Grund: Wir verwenden das Modul "Formular", damit der Workflow ein paar Felder befüllen kann. Wenn wir den fertigen Vertrag schlussendlich per E-Mail mit unseren Kunden teilen, möchten wir ihnen allerdings ein reduziertes PDF senden.
Probleme bei nicht reduzierten PDFs:
- gewisse Browser können die bearbeitbaren Felder nicht anzeigen.

Dokument-Historie durchsuchbar
Es wäre grossartig, wenn man die aufgeklappte Historie eines Workflows mit einem Suchfeld ausstatten würde, um die Einträge durchsuchbar machen zu können. Das gleiche gilt für die Historie, z.B. wenn man danach sucht wer, wann ein bestimmtes Indexfeld geändert hat.

csv Dateien aus jeder AUfgabe gezogen werden könnnen, nicht nur aus den Kontierungsvorlagen!!!
Derzeit sehen wir die Möglichkeit eine csv Datei aus den Kontierungsvorlagen zu erzeugen. Dies hilft in der Unternehmensabstimmung. Warum werden in den einzelnen Aufgaben keien Möglichkeiten zur Erzeugung von csv Dateien angeboten. Es wäre viel einfacher im Monitoring!!!

Table Fields - Default Box Size Options
It is fairly common for me to have a case where I need to present a user with more than one table field, and sometimes a few of them. In most cases the row count for the table fields is small, resulting in a lot of wasted white space in the table field boxes. This makes for a lot of scrolling to get to what a user needs to see or act on. While this would have value anywhere, it would have special importance in workflow tasks. Ich schlage vor, dass das Dokumentenverwaltung auch für direkt angebundene E-Mail Konten zur Verfügung steht.
Aktuell kann man die Dokumentenverarbeitung nur bei Connect to Outlook einsetzen. Wäre schön, wenn dies auch für direkt angebundenen E-Mail Postfächer funktionieren würde, sprich bei Connect to Mail.
