1. Admin Berechtigung auf alle Konfigurationen

   Könnt Ihr einbauen, dass man eine Berechtigungsgruppe (Admin) anlegen kann, welche automatisch in jeder Konfiguration welche von einem Benutzer erstellt wird als Besitzer hinterlegt wird. Somit könnte man den Benutzern viel mehr Konfigurationsfreiheit zur Verfügung stellen, ohne das Problem zu haben, dass unbekannte Konfigurationen für Admins Probleme im System verursachen.

2. Suche/Filter Briefkorb

   Wir nutzen den Briefkorb als eine Art Sammelinbox für Rechnungen von allen unseren Kunden. Das können zum Teil +100 Dokumente sein.Die Rechnungen werden mit kundenspezifischen Key's über die REST API geliefert. Damit die Rechnungen pro Mitarbeiter nach Kunden bearbeitet werden könne, wäre in Filter im Briefkorb sinnvoll.

3. Allow installation of DocuWare Desktop in offline mode

   In the past, we had the possibility of installing the DocuWare Desktop in offline mode, i.e. by deploying centralized .msi files accessible by all of the client's employees in order to launch a set of commands allowing the installation of the various desired modules, and this in silent mode.

   Recently, we have been forced by DocuWare to proceed with the installation by a command that calls an .exe file.
   This poses a real problem because customer security restrictions prevent us from deploying in silent mode.
   Take the following case:
   The client does not wish to authorize any user profile known to the domain to install on users' workstations (including Administrators).
   Installations are only done by a local administrator.
   The local administrator is not known to AD, which is an imperative criterion in order to be able to go through the client's proxy.
   All of these criteria mean that the operating mode imposed by DocuWare makes it impossible for us to deploy in silent mode.

   This is why we want you to provide us with a procedure for installing in offline mode.

   Par le passer nous avions la possibilité de procéder à une installation du DocuWare Desktop en mode hors connexion, c'est à dire par le déploiement des fichiers .msi centralisés et accessibles par l'ensemble des collaborateurs du client afin de lancer un ensemble de commandes permettant l'installation des différents modules souhaités, et ce en mode silencieux.

   Depuis peu, il nous est imposé par DocuWare de procéder à l'installation par une commande qui appele un fichier .exe.
   Ceci pose un réel problème car les restrictions de sécurité des clients nous empêchent ce déploiement en mode silencieux.
   Prenons le cas suivant :
   Le client ne souhaite autoriser aucun profil utilisateur connus du domaine à procéder à des installations sur les postes de travail des utilisateurs (Administrateurs inclus).
   Les installations ne se font uniquement que par un administrateur local.
   L'administrateur local n'est pas connu de l'AD, ce qui est un critère impératif pour pouvoir passer par le proxy du client.
   L'ensemble de ces critères font que le mode opératoire imposé par DocuWare nous rend impossible le déploiement en mode silencieux.

   C'est la raison pour laquelle nous souhaitons que vous nous mettiez à disposition une procédure permettant une installation en mode hors connexion.

5. Option to auto rename a document's filename to select index criteria, when downloading or emailing from system

   When downloading or emailing a document the ability to name the file as the index criteria or elements of it would be nice.
   PDFs export out as the filename which is normally a unique number or MFD number. These have to then be renamed outside of the system.
   it would be nice to have an option to auto-rename the files by selected fields.

6. Number the lines in Workflow Designer.

   Please number the data assignments etc by number of lines. When the validation checks if there are any errors it just states line number 103 for instance then I have to count all the way down to that before I find the line. It would be much quicker if numbered.

7. Trigger a Workflow or Autoindex upon version change.

   It would be useful, when a new version of a document is archived, to trigger a task or autoindex.
   Currently, it is not possible to trigger a process if the version of the document is changed

8. Stempel verschieben/besser platzieren

   Wir nutzen zum Anbringen der Stempel immer die linke Auswahlseite und gehen nicht über die Navigationsseite. Ist es nicht sinnvoll, auch aus diesem Schritt heraus die Stempel selber anbringen zu können und eventuell, wenn das Dokument zu wenig Platz hat, ein zusätzliches weißes Blatt auszuwählen? Wir haben des Öfteren das Problem, dass die Stempel über dem Text angebracht werden und die Anmerkungen dann nicht mehr lesbar sind oder das die Stempel sogar übereinander liegen.

9. Add option to export csv to display table data and document data in same row with only one column header row.

   It would be nice if the report export could display all column headers (table and document record) on the same row and only display once. Having a column header for each row of data makes it difficult to manipulate the data in the csv file. The extra column headers must be deleted.

10. Allow numeric select lists to index numeric data types in forms

    In forms, you can not index a numeric field from a dropdown. This I am sure is for data integrity. The problem with this is that I have an external select list with a local data connector to my accounting database that has a column with an int data type. It recognizes it when I use it for an autoindex. Forms however do not recognize it. For my purposes, a quick solution would be to simply allow a numeric form field to be linked to a multi-column select list. That is what I am trying to do anyway. At DocuWorld when they were demonstrating the linking of multi-column select lists in forms I specifically asked this question "So I can set it up so that my users can choose a description and it will fill in the number?" they said yes I could do it. My problem was that I neglected to say that I wanted to index the number as a numeric data type.

13. Extracting Additional values from Documents already stored in the File Cabinet

    In this use case, business has to reconcile a large set of documents using a reference on a document that was not previously indexed, It would be nice to have a feature where we could extract additional information from documents already stored in a file cabinet, without having the manually find/index the documents, or downloading the documents and reindex via processing files (as this may cause issues if the solution is linked to an ERP with automated workflows)

14. Custom select lists are missing from the dialogs when copying file cabinets.

    When using a xml file to copy a file cabinet, the custom select lists assignments are missing from the dialogs. 'The user can only use entries from the select list to set the field' check box remains checked though. The fields with only the default select list are copied correctly.

    So the admin has to go through each store dialog, and the index dialogs on each result list and task list, to fix this bug. If a dialog is forgotten, then the user is unable to enter anything in those index fields.

    For those customers who take fully advantage of the Task List module, cloning a file cabinet becomes a nightmare.

    This should not have to be a suggestion, but is a bug in the software!

16. Vertretungsregeln bei Krankheit

    Die Vertretungsregeln greifen erst bei Neuzuweisungen. Wenn ein Admin einen User aufgrund von Krankheit nachträglich abwesend meldet, dann befinden sich die vorher zugewiesenen Aufgaben weiterhin nur beim nun kranken User. Entweder man wartet auf Rückkehr oder auf das Greifen der konfigurierten Eskalationsstufen. Hier wäre es meiner Meinung nach Sinnvoll, dass der Vertreter direkt Zugriff auf die Aufgaben bekommt, quasi als zusätzlichen Aufgabenbereich.

17. Viewer Kompatibilität für .mmap Format

    Aktuell wird das Mindmap Format .mmap von DW nicht im Viewer unterstützt. Wir hatten hier das Verhalten, dass an Kunde damit in DW arbeitet, jedoch nur eine Userin diese Dokumente nicht öffnen konnte und eine Fehlermeldung erhielt, dass das Format nicht unterstützt ist.
    Der Support verweist dazu dann natürlich auf die unterstützten Dateiformat. Daher würden wir vorschlagen, dass dieses Format auch unterstützt wird im Viewer.

18. Autoindex Container/Menü vergrößern

    Ich würde mir wünschen, dass der Web Container des Autoindex größer wäre. Gerade bei längeren Namen muss man immer die einzelnen Spalten verschieben um die Bezeichnungen richtig lesen zu können. Wenn der Container größer wäre, dann hätte man dieses Problem nicht.

20. Notifications for web basket / Benachrichtigungen für Briefkorb

    New documents for DocuWare arrive in web baskets. Thus web baskets need to be monitored permantly by employees to index and store new documents and to start followup processes in DW without loosing any time.

    Notifications for web baskets would help a lot to increase productivity and to decrease manual effort of employees for permanent monitoring of several web baskets.

    E.g.
    * New document arrived in web basket XY

    Basically same functionallity as for archives.

    Benachrichtigungen für Briefkörbe würden die Produktivität steigern und den manuellen Aufwand der Mitarbeiter für die permanente Überwachung mehrerer Briefkörbe deutlich reduzieren.
