E-Mail per DRAG&DROP müssen in der Vorschau mit Anhängen angezeigt werden
Beim Archivieren von Emails aus dem outlook per Drag&Drop (also ohne Connect to outlook) werden zwar die Anhänge mit archiviert. Sie werden aber in der Dokumentenvorschau nicht angezeigt und somit erst sichtbar, wenn man das Dokument zum Bearbeiten öffnet.

The "Overwrite previous field data with this stamp" does not work for hidden field on the "Store Dialog".
If applying the stamp beforehand the pre-index data will not change if the field is hidden and has a default value.
Please improve it so that the index can be updated by stamp even if it is hidden and custom value is set on Store Dialog.

Connect to Word or excel like Outlook, to store the document in a tray or a cabinet

I suggest to implement the feature which let you choose between diffrent "sending mail services" within the workflow "send e-mail" option

Eine Formularvariante nur für eine Indexänderung
Es wäre hilfreich eine neue Formularvariante zu haben, die wenn sie ausgefüllt wird, nur Indexeinträge von Dokumenten/Datensätze ändert und selbst nicht abgelegt wird.
Durch eine Bedingung soll festgelegt werden, welche Dokumente/Datensätze zur Änderung betroffen sind.
Dadurch wird die Ablage von unnötigen Formulare verhindert, die durch Workflows/Autoindexe abgefangen werden und Änderungen an bestehenden Dokumente/Datensätze verursachen und die möglichweise zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt durch eine Löschroutine gelöscht werden.

Lesezeichen im Viewer
Lesezeichen im Viewer.
Für die Zusammenarbeit vermissen wir schmerzlich die Möglichkeit, einfach im Viewer - wie die Anmerkungen / Annotations - kurze Lesezeichen zu setzen. So wäre es möglich, über die Werkzeuge schnell an die gewünschte Stelle im Dokument zu springen.

Allow the ability to set column size on Table fields
Many times you have columns that always have a set number of characters, but he column is always wider and needs to be resized by each user. Many of my clients would prefer the column size be set to the size needed when the data is a set number of characters.

User Management - Configurable Org Units
We have almost 200 users in DWare and would like additional fields available to each user account that can be used as org units or filtering when managing user accounts. I really want to add Dept and workgroup as additional sorting and filtering on the USER MGT PAGE. If you extended either ROLE or GROUP that already exist, that would be OK but really looking for labeling and filtering on that page.

Cloud Storage Status Page
We use DWare across multiple business units within the organization and as such need the ability to drill into storage use BY CABINET and not simply for our overall account. We use this data to track performance and for dept chargebacks and forecasting when business changes impact storage use.

Ability to create data records only (no document) from docuware Forms
When docuware forms are used, there is no possibility of archiving only a document (for example inserting it as an attachment), but a summary document is always created with the inserted data.

PDF maschinell auslesbar
Wenn man eine PDF-Vorlage über ein Webformular ausfüllt wäre es schön dieses Dokument auch "maschinell" auslesbar zu machen. Dies ist derzeit leider nur indirekt möglich wenn man bei den PDF-Eigenschaften Ja(ausfüllbares Dokument) auswählt [VD.png]. Dann enthält die exportierte Datei in einem base64 dekodiertem Namen ds2.png die Information ds3+ds4.png. Will man aber verhindern das dieses PDF weiterhin änderbar ist (Option Nein), so kann man das ausgefüllte Datum nicht mehr automatisch auslesen(ds5+ds6.png). Hier wäre es schön wenn man das auch in diesem Zustand könnte (entweder wieder unter dem entsprechenden Namen abrufbar oder aber als Metadaten im PDF Dokument potentiell ähnlich wie https://www.ferd-net.de/startseite.html?acceptCookie=1…

Document Tray custom columns (with Intelligent indexing)
When intelligent indexing enabled for particular Document Tray, please let us select custom columns so we can use Filter / Sort.
If the intelligent indexing knows the value, it should appear in the custom column.
Example: invoice processing - intelligent indexing automatically indexes "Supplier name". I want to be able to see "Supplier name" column in Document Tray and be able to use filter / sort in this column.4 votes -
Stempel nur für bestimmte Listen anzeigen
Bei Dokumentverknüpfungen kann ausgewählt werden in welchen Listen eine Dokumentverknüpfung angezeigt wird.
Ich fände cool, wenn es diese Funktion auch bei den Stempeln gäbe. Damit würde es das falsche setzen von Stempeln reduzieren und man könnte die Zweckbindung des Stempels verbessern.
Ein aktuelles Beispiel: Ich habe eine Liste die mit Dokumenten gefüllt wird, bei denen der Export fehlgeschlagen ist. Nach dem der Kunde den Fehler behoben hat durch den der Fehler ausgelöst wurde, soll er dir Möglichkeit haben diese wieder für den Export freizugeben. Durch die Verknüpfung des Stempels mit der Liste könnte nun verhindert werden, dass Dokumente fälschlicherweise zum…

improve username options for creating/linking accounts with SSO
Currently, Azure sync only allows for email or upn prefix to be synced as a user name. This is the same for linking current users during SSO sign in.
With many large organizations, a prefix may not be unique across an entire forest, only full email or full upn is unique (prefix@domain.com). It is necessary to provide more options for linking or creating of DW users during these SSO processes

Not Enough Text space on form for our Large quotes
There is not enough space in the text for our customers large quotes and Tenders, Their Clients do not like the scroll down bar. When printing it cuts off. There should be an option to add extra pages, or be notified there is not enough room in the text page and text will be lost when printing.

Erweiterung der Filter in den Protokollierungen
Hallo,
derzeit lassen sich die Protokollierungen in der Konfiguration Tagesgenau anzeigen. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn auch die Uhrzeit berücksichtigt werden kann.Des Weiteren wäre es nicht schlecht, wenn man die Filter-Optionen analog der Ergebnislisten hätte, sodass man bspw. alle Protokollierungen vom Benutzer XY am 01.01.2023 von 13:30 Uhr bis 15:30 Uhr erhält.

Suchfunktion bzw. Suchfilter in Datenbankfelder
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass in den Datenbankfeldern auch die Suchfunktion bzw. Suchfilter verfügbar sind, so wie in den übrigen Menüs auch schon. Dadurch würde die Suche nach einem Feld erleichtert, besonders bei vielen Datenbankfeldern.
